We were looking for a hearty breakfast to set us up for our epic walk to Robin Hood's Bay and back. After a walk around the area and realising that some of the coffee shops we had googled didn't open till 10am ...we asked a local woman where she'd recommend. Without hesitation she said the Coliseum and directed us to it. Tucked away from the street we enter the Coliseum Centre. Serving breakfast to regulars, the menu is varied and it is spotlessly clean. My husband devoured the full english...perfectly cooked and delicious. I have scrambled eggs on brown toast and it is gorgeous. We love our coffee and the americanos are full flavoured. The staff are so attentive and friendly. We will definitely go back again.

What a amazing coliseum the cloths for dressing up and the staff are great we had a fantastic time there is so much to see im sure visitors will have fun its worth the visit

On odd place tucked away on the street not far up from the railway station. Not sure how old it is, but the design looks a bit Art Deco. Inside it's looking a little tired, but there's a good main performance spasce with very comfortable seating. There is a cafe of sorts, and some not-ver-modern toilets.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. The bacon sandwich was great, tea and coffee good, takeway or eat in. Had a bacon sandwich while queuing to see a gig in the hall, great stuff.

Fuimos dos veces a la cafetería, principalmente para aprovechar la conexión a internet (1/hora). Fue el más rápido en internet que hemos tenido en 5 semanas en el REINO UNIDO. Tuvimos chocolate caliente y bollos, y ambas eran excelentes. El café es un lugar frecuentado por locasl, así que conseguir algo de color local. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y justo al lado de la principal parada de autobús.

We went here for the Tortuga Pirate Festival I had a Banana Milkshake made with Icecream which was very nice on such a hot day, Lots of cakes to chose from and the coffee is very nice too, clean toilets and very nice helpfull staff.

No es la típica parada corta para café, pero está lejos de la masificación al lado del autobús STN en el centro de la ciudad. Parte del personal tienen problemas de aprendizaje pero que no resta la calidad de la comida, el servicio ni el entusiasmo que mostraban. Todo está recién hecho y a un precio razonable y se sirve en un ambiente muy agradable y limpio.

Un lugar precioso para una comida o simplemente una bebida y una pieza de preciosa casa tarta casera.Tenía una papa de la chaqueta, que era precioso y bien presentado. También sopa sabrosa y saludable. La mejor taza de té en Whitby y amable personal hacen de éste un lugar ideal para visitar.

Este es un encantador edificio antiguo que ha sido modernizado para una variedad de propósitos múltiples que contengan un edificio pequeño teatro para reuniones, conferencias, etc. Hay un pequeño pero muy acogedor café bar dirigido por personas con dificultades de aprendizaje Mi hermana y yo disfrutamos de un café aquí y chattered al personal muy amable y servicial que compartieron con nosotros sus conocimientos de Whitby y la zona de los alrededores. El café era excelentey bebidas a precios muy razonables también están disponibles en la noche antes de un evento en el teatro Coliseum.

Always greeted by friendly staff, lovely home made scones are always on offer as is a great cup of tea or coffee. Have never enjoyed lunch here but am sure it would be an equally great experience!

Good value and good service. Near the bus station if need a quick snack or just a warming drink. Not so good for parking.

Hemos llamado en aquí unas cuantas veces y tengo que decir que nunca me ha decepcionado. La comida es fresca y excelente relación calidad precio. El Coliseo cafe apoya una caridad local cuyos clientes ayudar a servir y claro las mesas, así que es un lugar muy desde luego vale la pena visitarla. Espero que esto sirva de ayuda.
