This is the real deal. Coffee is selected, roasted and expertly served by the proprietors. Same goes for the food.

Genuinely the best coffee I’ve had in Brighton, their house blend is just the right combination of traditional and modern coffee flavours and is always made to perfection. The owners are so friendly and always take the time to ask you how you’re doing, can’t recommend this place enough.

Best coffee & pastries place in the town. I’m not being hyperbolic when i say this. These guys are serious about making hood coffee and are literally the only people in the city using equipment like this. If you’re into coffee, this is a real treat. They’re also lovely and the service is great! The pastries are made my the two chaps that run the business; some things are mainstays, some they change-up day to day and everything is always delicious. If your visiting Brighton, commuting via the nearby station or simply a local that hasn’t yet happened upon it yet; this coffee shop is worth that little going out of your way!

Pero hace un año le di tres estrellas porque, francamente, era un entorno hostil al cliente.Dos cambios significativos. Resulta que puedes hacer un buen café con leche media en grasa (¿Quién lo había pensado?). Y ahora son agradables, como en realidad amigables, con sus clientes.Y el café es el mejor en Brighton.

The perfect oat milk cappuccino every time. It's a real Italian cappuccino. The space is also really nice to spend time in and I love that they're not playing music.

Cosy little coffee shop with some of the best cakes & sweet slices I've tasted! All the staff are very friendly and contribute towards the chill atmosphere. I was served by someone who I believe is called Jake/Jack and he was very cheerful, which made for a lovely visit.

Coffee @ 33 es una cafetería en Trafalgar Road, Brighton.  Aquí puedes comprar todo tipo de café. Hay una gran selección para elegir.  El café en sí está en una habitación muy básica con banquetas y taburetes duros en bancos.  Encontré que la cafetería es más bien "sin alma", pero tal vez sea porque no es mi tipo de cafetería. Es bueno sin embargo si quieres café y conversación.

Best oat coffee and a seed flapjack! Coffee was strong, just how I like it! The seeded flapjack was fresh and had a sharp yet stunning jam running through. Yummy! Nice staff member too, very accommodating!

It's a small cafe with only rotating high chair and round chair without back available. Nonetheless, the coffee is great, the tea is fresh, the staffs are friendly. For a serious coffee drinker with strong taste like me, coffee 33 sure deliver great coffee unlike most of the coffee shop chain find in UK. I am from Indonesian and I need bold, strong, coffee taste. I approved coffee 33

A lovely little coffee shop very close to the station. A good selection of coffee, some non coffee drinks (I had fresh mint tea), cakes, sandwiches and pastries. Will definitely be popping back next time I'm in Brighton. Does seem to get very busy though at times.

O, más precisamente, un acólito religioso que claramente resiente la necesidad de clientes sangrientos que se inmiscuyen en sus devociones al Gran Señor Grano de Café.Así que, tristemente, tres estrellas. Si el conejito gruñón no se tomara tan bien, tan seriamente, sería un cinco.

Per chi vuol degustare colazioni con caffè di alta qualità , dolci buonissimi e tanto altro ancora; dovete fare un salto in questo locale.Ambiente molto accogliente, personale gentile e socievole.Un posto veramente carino .Io nello stesso giorno ho fatto colazione con cappuccino italiano veramente fatto bene e la sera ho preso 2 dolci fatti in casa veramente top con un espresso italiano molto buono che di solito non trovi da queste parti.Altamente consigliato.Sicuramente ci tornerò!!!!!

If you love a really good cup of coffee, then a visit to a little café near Brighton Station is a must. There are so many choices and the guys are on hand to guide you through the decision-making. There is freshly made food there too, just the thing if you've just arrived from the train, five minutes walk away, or are making a long trip away from Brighton. Either way you'll enjoy the wonderful coffee. And I indulged in the Almond Cherry Tart. It just melted in my mouth. Call in and enjoy!

Brighton is full of good cafés but Coffe@33 has been and still is the absolute best. This place is cool, chilled and cosy without any of the pretentious main stream hipster vibes you get from other places. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who appreciates good quality coffee and great atmosphere.

This place serves my favourite coffee in Brighton- and was so glad to see they were serving it in a cafe in rye I visited too. The guys are helpful and know their stuff! Good luck to you and I hope to see you popping up across the country

There’s a Garden Centre up the A21 that boasts “The best coffee in Sussex”. It’s not. It’s not even close. There’s a gazillion places in Brighton that serve coffee on a different plane. Coffee at 33 is the best. The coffee beans are good and with a quick swoosh of milk they create amazing patterns that you feel guilty about destroying. The cakes and slices are homemade and delicious. The sandwiches and pastries look good too but...you can’t beat cake with coffee. You can sit on a stuffed coffee bean sack and read the daily papers and chat with the staff. It’s in the North Laine which is the home of the local trader. Why anyone would go to Costa when you can come here defies belief.

One of the best coffees in the city, hands down!

I heard the coffee from 33 was particularly good and I'm pleased to say this is true! I've purchased beans from most of the the coffee shops in Brighton now, to use in my machine at home, and I would say for me 33 blend is the best for an all round balance of strength and flavor with a fantastic aroma. I have also used all these different beans to make expresso martinis and 33 was once again the winner voted for by me and my wife. Thanks 33 you rock.

Read about this place and decided to pay it a visit, i must say i am amazed about the quality of coffee it is simply out of this world. Even though the place small which makes it quiet crammed up when busy but definitely worth a sip any given day.

A very friendly coffee shop. The manager Karim is very attentive and friendly to ones needs. Enjoyed the Lattes I had with friends today. Costa provides a good service to their customers and the prices of their cakes, paninis and coffees are not expensive.

I've tried 'em all. There's a coffee shop in the Travestere in Rome. There's Monmouth in Borough Market. And there's @33. And @33 sells better cakes than either of the other two.

I used to go here a few years back as they sell Monmouth coffee which is great but now I work in London and haven't been able to swing by. Went there today and they now roast their beans in house. Mine were roasted on Friday and it was without a doubt the best coffee I've had. Definitely worth a visit
