I hired a Rug Doctor and the motor died on it. Staff were helpful to quickly provide another machine. On the second machine the detergent spray malfunctioned to never turn off. Again, the staff were helpful. This time to provide a refund of the hire cost, minus the consumables. In Trump speak. Range good. Rug Doctor bad.

Sort out your air-conditioning. I won't come back until it's done. It's like a greenhouse in there.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had the Thursday steak and drink deal. Aged Rump steak cooked Rare, to perfection. Highly recommend. Cappuccino was delicious.
