Me encanta un buen pescado y chips y yo realmente aprecio que este lugar siempre está limpio. Huele limpio y brillante es siempre cuando estoy allí. The place is very near my house. So I went there a few times for take aways. Very clean and spacious. The lady at the counter is ever so nice always. The Haddock I always order is always good. Can't complain about anything really. I wish them success.

I judge a good Fish & Chips by how good it is as compared to Seashells at Lisson Grove, and Blue Pebbles in Hatchend, Harrow. If you have not heard of these two, check their reviews. At Cod Plaice, I dare say, from my first visit yesterday, the cod is definitely thicker, moist, looks and taste fresher than any I had eaten in the past 12 months. Even better than a specialist, posh fish restaurant at the Marina in Portland. To test the difference between a good fresh fish and a boring frozen one, try a portion at a place such a Whetherspoon, and a week later, try Cod Plaice. You will be surprised at your first discovery of what a cod should taste like. Notice the colour and texture are different. Then try the cod at your local fish and chips, and compare with Cod Plaice. If they are just as good, then consider yourself lucky. I bet they might not match the price at Cod Plaice. Don't just judge by my words, look at the picture I took. Then try it. Quick, a queue is forming outside.
