We enjoyed this cheerful family-run Levant-style restaurant. Looking for a light meal we shared three cold mezze and hot chicken couscous. Lovely, smokey baba ghanoush, good stuffed vine leaves and houmous. The chicken had a tagine feel to it, with braised cabbage and carrots, subtly flavoured. We ate everything and loved it. Sensible prices, discrete service, easy online booking with quick confirmation. Will go again when visiting the museums.

An amazing little stop in here for an early supper today. The husband and wife owners came and talked with us and were amazing hosts. The chicken burger raised the bar for sure! The Merguez sausage and lamb on the Royal Platter were amazing. The couscous soaked up all the delicious flavors from the assorted vegetables, chicken, lamb, and merguez. This stop was completely at random, and it was simply a perfect fit to our day. Also, the espresso martini was fabulous. Sarah and I can't recommend this place enough.

Had a lovely meal here this evening. The service was very attentive. We started with mint tea and mezzes served with a selection of warm pittas. The rotisserie chicken was our main meal, which was enjoyed by all three of us dining here tonight.

I’m not sure about all the five star reviews. Maybe we just had a bad night but we dined there with our family of four and everyone was disappointed. Service was inattentive (had to chase the server down for water refills, clearing the table, and our bill) and the food was bland, which was surprising given that this kind of cuisine is famous for its pronounced spices and flavours. I order a cous cous with chicken, lamb and mergez sausage and i found all the meat was very dry and overcooked while the dish was also moderately cold. it takes a lot for me to decline the "optional" service charge, which now seems standard in London, but in this case i did not hesitate to tell the server to remove it from my bill. given how many great restaurants there are in London i would NOT recommend this place.

Had the best chicken ever. Coming from Vancouver BC, I was searching for some healthy food choices. Eli elevated my experience for the day. Washrooms were spot clean here as well. Would definitely come back on my next trip to London.

You get quite a lot of chicken, which is tasty and tender, and the side of potatoes is enough to share between two. Chicken is served skin on but easily removed if you don't eat skin. The dish is simply served, service is pleasant in a small space. 12.5 % service charge is high.

I rarely leave reviews. In a neighbourhood riddled with multi-millionaires, their price points don’t reflect this. Comparatively cheap, family owned and superb couscous served soul bowl style with broth. Several patrons looked like regulars. Thanks for a great meal.

I've been meaning to try out this restaurant so after visiting the V&A, we finally had lunch here. It's a good spot close to the tube and museums and the prices are reasonable for this neck of the woods. I ordered the quarter chicken which comes with 2 sides- the kale and the fries which was £16. The chicken was succulent and tasty, I even ate all the skin which I never do! The kale was a healthy choice to counter balance the fries. I could easily had eaten more. I think the next time im here, ill order a half chicken as a quarter wasnt enough for me! There's not many rotisserie chicken restaurants around which is a shame so if you love rotisserie then this one will be right up your street.

Attended eli's restaurant and spoke with the owner requesting for my young daughter to use their toilet. I must add that the establishment was empty and had no customers. The owner refused our request, and there should be some consideration when it comes to young children needing to use the toilet.

This is a gem of a restaurant in the heart of Kensington. The owner Nida and her husband cook and serve beautiful French/Lebanese cuisine. The rotisserie chicken is fantastic. So is the potato gratin and the beans. For starters we had the babaganoush and the chicken liver. Both were really tasty. Total bill plus green tea afterwards was £59 including service. So great value for Kensington considering the quality and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Honestly, there is a special taste) different from others like it In other matters, I began to visit this establishment very often, sometimes even more than one, I recommend it to everyone, do not pass by. I love the sweet potato chips and order them whenever a restaurant offers them. Lovely meal in a lovely setting. The presentation of the food was as attractive as the taste was delicious. There were several vegetarian options and plenty of specials to choose from. I had the cassoulet and it had a delicious smokey taste and was in a Yorkshire pudding crust that tasted as buttery & flaky as a croissant. Was extra surprised by the mixed side salad on the plate--extra colorful and tasty! Unique and worth making a stop there!

Prices don’t seem to be justified either for quality or quantity. Chicken was served without any seasoning at all, and the vegetarian couscous was absolutely bland, lacking even salt. But the place cozy and has nice decor.

This is a lovely relaxed restaurant with the best freshly roast chicken and lovely salads. The service is friendly and professional, the atmosphere is busy and lively, I highly recommend this place for a great lunch.

Ever so happy we stumbled on this magnificent nest run by Husband & Wife who served a magnificent variety of Cold and Hot Mezze. I couldn't resist the urge to order their Hot & Cold Mezze Platter along with a single order of: Chicken Liver, sauteed in garlic, lemon juice and pomegranate molasses. I had a feast, my taste buds felt they had been invited to a glamorous wedding as they couldn't stop dancing with delight with every bite I took be it from the Mezze or mixed with the liver along with the zest of the lemon or the molasses. This nest is a must and I can't wait to visit again and try their main dishes be it Couscous or Rotisserie Chicken which looked and smelled scrumptious while they slowly rotated roasting on the skewers.

The restaurant is 5 minutes away from our hotel, we have tried the couscous royal and few other dishes. I would say flavors were good but nothing special! The grilled halloumi you can feel the quality of cheese, chicken burger corn fed average chicken taste, beetroot salad could be better. Finally the service was great and the gentleman greet us straight away from the door!

I was very adamant that it was salty. All she did was repeat the same sentence. We couldn't be bothered to argue with someone who has no customer service training. Lady, you didn't add salt doesn't mean the chips are salty. Shame on you. My friend tried to have it but couldn't finish. She has no issue with salt but she said the chips were soft and stale.

Excellent reasonably priced food and great service in a very nice atmosphere. Booked for a large group and it was perfect. Definitely recommend this place!
