My wife and I called in for a cup of tea having been here many time. This time ,however will be or last. The owner patted a clients dog and then immediately with washing her hands started preparing another persons order. If you want your food handles properly avoid it

We visited this friendly café as a group of 2 adults and 2 children before going on the Polar Express. We had a lovely lunch here, service was great and it was perfect for our needs!

The plate that I was served on was unclean. I then overheard the owner of the café tell a customer never to return again because he dared to complain about his food. Instead of offering this gentleman another meal she shouted at him that he should have to pay and when he refused she shouted at him to leave and never return. The cakes looked like they had been sat out for ages and had most likely gone dry. The tables too were unclean. I went to use the toilettes and they were untidy and only provided cold water to wash my hands in. Overall a very disappointing visit.

Such a shame I have to write this review. I was even telling my children off for complaining on how long we were waiting. However I then notice 2 families being served before us that I knew arrived after us. When I asked why, my answer was "I dont know you'll have to complain yourself" . Rather than 'sorry I will find out for you, or were busy and I think maybe a mistake was made in the kitchen' I completely respect it wasn't the waitress fault. I completely respect our order may have accidentally been looked at in the wrong order to. The place was also busy and I was even telling my children of for being upset as it was busy. Furthermore the chef had a nose, to put a face to my voice by popping his head out of the Kitchen and glaring. Such a shame as there are some lovely friends that work there A genuine mistake not dealt with kindly or appropriately, Has now lost custom. Which I'm sure won't worry them much However I would like to share my views anyway.

Went as family for breakfast...I cant fault it. We ordered 2x full English 2 eggs,2 bacon, beans, mushrooms,2 sausages. 2 rounds of granary bread and butter per person. I had 2 lovely waffles not those awful thick sugary ones but 2 lovely thin large round ones with proper maple syrup and a small jug. pot of tea for 2 and an americano.

Today my family and I went to coco for breakfast and drinks. The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. They do a wide range of Gluten Free options and was able to accommodate mine and my sisters requests and changes to the menu! It was super quiet in there and I would suggest maybe some background music to liven the atmosphere but apart from that the cafe is unrated and serves super tasty food!!

Tucked away down an alley this is a nice and stylish eatery, more a restaurant than a cafe. Nice spacious seating, good menu. Lamb casserole and mash (£7.95) was one of the three specials on today. Lots of parking only yards away at Cowper Rd car park..

A lovely Cafe hid away but who are there to offer an old fashion service and excellent home cooked food. The ambience of the cafe is quiet and very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is well worth the walk through the walk way to find it.

Tucked up the back streets, but close to a free car park in Dereham - Cocos offers a wide menu selection with home made delights like Waffles, eggs Benedict's as well as the usual sarnies, jackets and light lunches. Friendly service, plenty of seating including some outdoor tables. Clean and tidy. All you want for a locals cafe including nice looking cakes and pastries.

This small café bar is situated at 200 yards from the city centre. There is a big car park just at 30 yards from it. It is a little bit hidden away but if you want to have a quite conversation it is perfect. You can take there your love one and you will spend as long time as you want. No rush. Typical English food.

We stopped here for coffee and cakes with friends. The coffee was excellent and the cakes were home-made. We had the Victoria sponge and scones. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

For those not experienced this treat it has moved to new premises in front of Stratton House Hotel. Sitting enjoying delicious food in the sunshine looking out onto a pretty garden with a magnificent metal sculpture of a stag, bliss! Maggie makes imaginative food, well done to Maggie!

We called in for a coffee and must have hit a bad time as there were several granny's there with their grandchildren who were very noisy. Not the place for a relaxing cuppa. Having said that the staff were very friendly, the tea and coffee very good and the place was clean.

We were the first customers to be seated when we arrived upon opening and my husband and I watched as other customers arrived and get seated. We watched as the server went to their tables first to take their orders whilst we sat there seemingly unnoticed. I decided not to say anything just to see what would happen and one of the lovely ladies who seated us came back from whatever she had been doing and asked if we had been served yet. I said no and she was straight on it. Fortunately all staff on shift were well organized and the barista got through the drinks orders like a champ so we didn't have to wait too long. I ordered an oat milk latte and tarragon mushrooms, my husband had the full fry up. Food was delicious and hot. I felt the pricing was a bit off between our two dishes. Mushrooms on toast with 2 poached eggs and a bit of spinach £12 yet my husband's big fry up also had toast, eggs, mushrooms but then had beans, tomato, bacon ,sausages, black pudding for £14. Not a complaint, more of an observation. When we went to pay, the cashier read out what we had ordered and said Almond milk latte. Good job I don't have a nut allergy! Overall a nice experience, delicious food, friendly staff, excellent chef. Will return.
