Coco's in Bristol, City of

If you are not their friends or family they will look at you with disgust and are very rude. Do NOT GO, especially with your family if you are planning to have a fun time. If you want to have a terrible time, this is the perfect place to go.

Awesome and cozy place, super waffles and friendly environment. The staff has been amazing: kind, snug and helpful. I strongly reccomend having fun here :)

The desserts were really nice. My favourite dessert place to go to. I had a brownie and my cousin had a ferrero rocher sundae. We are definitely coming back here.

Compré 30 postres por valor y luego quería una botella de coca cola (transacción por separado) y ellos querían cobrarme 40 p como yo quería pagar con tarjeta. Les dije que está contra la ley cobrar al cliente por pagar con tarjeta y que la mujer simplemente se encogió de hombros. ¡Qué estafa!

Dirty tables, milkshake was just semi skimmed milk from masala bazaar, all in all I'm not going to mince my words it was absolutely horrendous

Keeping things very simple, it was our first time eating at Coco's, the food was great, the coffee too. Staff friendly and service was quick. Ideal.

Made my husband pop in for some ice cream to satisfy my craving at 19:50 on a week night. My husband said the man was very polite. We had 2 scoops each. Bubble gum and pistachio. Take away portions were a very good size compared to the ones we had in the kingswood branch. Equally as tasty and yummy! We will return.

Not enough staff , no customer service, dirty tables , unacceptable wait for desserts to be made. Really disappointed

Dirty tables that weren't being cleaned a member of staff even apologised for mess on tables however didn't attempt to move long wait for 2 crepes. Aside from the bad management we enjoyed the crepes maybe they were just short staffed on this occasion

Waffle was lovely,and there was plenty to choose from!price was inexpensive and would happily go again.family friendly cafe and is a good place to go with friends or family.

Wanting to leave a review to warn others of the price, the quality and rude manager. Ordered a crepe which was so well done it broke into pieces instead of being soft it was horrid! It was crunchy to which we simply could not eat! I have left pictures for others to see.. we tried to speak with the manager shaz to which we just had a rude reply. Would not recommend this place and certainly not there deserts! I like eating out at dessert places but would never be visiting here again. The "poppadom" we had cost £5.50 to which I have no problem paying if I could eat it. Do not visit this place! AVOID

Great selection of ice cream and the rest of the menu looks good too. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a nice, welcoming feel to the place.

Coco's sells instagramable waffles, crepes and sundaes as well as drinks like gelato milkshakes and smoothies. They have a good range of toppings and flavours. On this visit I had a banoffee waffle. The waffle itself was freshly made and beautifully soft and light and the topping was delicious. The decor is smart and clean. Reasonably priced for the high standard of food and drink.

Went to the Kingswood brand of Coco's and was very impressed, a good range of ice creams, sundaes, waffles, and cakes. Staff are very friendly as well

Very very tasty chocolate fudge sundae. Perfect ratio of fudge, sauce and ice cream I wasn't aware of any parking so had to go down the road slightly. Would recommend anyone wanting to go on a local outing for something sweet
