Cococure Lounge in City of London, Westminster

Complete waste of time. Not ideal for a group. Very disorganised and you are not guaranteed you will get what you ordered. Watch your bill carefully. We ordered food which was never delivered. But we were billed for it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Nice enough place and loved the music but as bottomless brunches go it wasn't so great. Food was ok when it came, drink certainly wasn't free flowing, and they forgot to bring our desserts. Some staff were a bit sniffy but there was a good crowd in, which made the atmosphere.

Great food and friendly staff. And would like to thank jaya for making our ladies bruch a great experience. I will definitely be visiting again

Awful do not go. The Stratford branch is a joke a needs to be shut down. Host meant to show me to the table following him he just forgets I am there and goes about his day, table for a large group not ready keep being promised it will be ten minutes one hour and half later table still not ready and we have to be moved elsewhere. Waited 30 minutes at the bar for a drink and then one of the workers decided to quit whilst I was waiting very crazy. Friends waited 2 hours for food which was 3/10 the whole place is a shambles and should simply be closed. I am not sure what the aim of this place is but it is awful.

Arrived at about 9pm on a Wednesday night, kitchen closed and no Shisha! And they said they close at 1030 when google said 12am… I’m not even sure why they were even open. I ordered 2 drinks which were overly expensive at 29 pound! Insane!

H made our time in Cococure an amazing experience! She was super attentive, kind and friendly (and quick with the alcohol refills) from beginning to end. The food was great and the vibes even better. Will definitely be going back!!! Thank you so much H (someone give her a pay rise please!)

We went for lunch (Groupon voucher unlimited Prosecco & wings) Food was lovely & very generous, you will not go hungry! Prosecco was plentiful & very nice. Fenica who was serving us was very attentive & made our experience there enjoyable. All the staff were friendly. We will definitely be going back to try the other dishes on their menu. 5*

The service was terrible, I came on the 8th or April. For my friends birthday under the name Amy. There was 6 of us and our table. To begin with they was not prepared for us and we had to ask for us to all get seated properly so we could eat out food. Secondly our food came out 40-50 minutes later baring in mind the brunch is a 1hour and a half. People as well that came after us got there food first. We all felt like we wasn’t evening listened to as we was constantly calling staff over for the same issues. And your safe gardening isn’t really it either. Bottomless brunch comes with food as your drinking quite a lot in a short amount of time food should really be there in a appropriate time space, from the time we ordered it should of been out in 20-30 minutes bare minimum. And because it came out so late les to one of my cousin not being able to sit up. But we was told if she don’t get up she must leave. It was the worst service I have ever had as I should know since I deal with customers/ client everyday . You need to do better

Very bad experience - I came here for my birthday with a group of friends and had the worst experience ever! On arrival they seated us at a table that was too small for all of us - we ended up moving tables and we received our "Bottomless drinks" 30 minutes later which tasted as if there was no alcohol. Food came almost an hour later after we arrived and was not good at all and not all of our food came. I paid for a group ticket which was meant to have bottomless drinks until 4:30pm - they ended at 4:00pm which meant we only had our "drinks" for half an hour. I was told that a birthday cake with sparklers were meant to come to our table for the "celebrant" this did not happen either - then service itself was terrible, the waiters don't come to you or they avoid looking at you when you ask for there attention. From what the place shows online is very different to the experience you have when your there. I will not recommended coming to this place. Very disappointed!

Very disappointed by the 2 security staff's attitudes especially the lady (one of them was called David at least from what he told me). I was asking for an explanation of why my friend was sent out and no one could explain to me instead they just gave me attitude. I know they are doing their job but the attitude like if you work for King Charles is extremely disgusting. If you want to send someone outside just because their drunk and falling, fair enough but at least allow the person to get her belongings from the cloakroom or at least speak with me and let me deal with my drunk friend, especially after spending £150 inside this is what you get. Security is meant to secure the safety of the club and the people instead of sending a drunk lady outside without checking if she's safe.

Had a table booked for 5pm on Saturday 5th November using the wowcher offer. I had spoken to the staff prior to making the booking, and booked online using the reservation option through OpenTable. That booking was confirmed via email from staff, and also through the reservation OpenTable. Turned up at 5pm, the place was in darkness, rang the doorbell and someone answered completely unaware we had a booking. We just left and went somewhere else. What a waste of time. No apology from the member of staff. Wouldn't bother with this place. Can't even be bothered to be open when they are taking bookings!

I bought one of the bottomless deals for a date . We had a fantastic time! The staff was very attentive and friendly . We had one hr of unlimited prosecco and 2 hrs of unlimited chicken wings . The value for money is unreal and the music, atmosphere and staff were beyond lovely . Strongly recommend this place .
