staying in Haworth decided to stay in tonight food was lovely in fact best takeaway pizza we have had it arrived on time and hot and the delivery guy was very pleasant and friendly top lad

First time ordering from Cocos. Food was excellent, portions are good, delivery driver was friendly and the milkshakes are insanely nice. We actually shared a milkshake between two of us and it was plenty. Will be back.

The decor was lovely and everywhere was very clean including the velvet chairs (which I loved)! Food was lovely, service too. We felt very welcome. We will definitely go again and would recommend a visit to friends and family 🙂

Popped in recently and was really impressed. The young lad on the till was really polite and friendly — great customer service goes a long way so well done to him. 👏 I had the chocolate sponge cake and it was amazing. Good prices, big portions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Keighley.

Im not allergic to any of the ingrediants in the strawberry kunafah cup but for aome reason as i was eating it i got itchy on my tongue lips around my mouth i was getting little bumps and i dont have any allergies

Took my lad for his birthday absolutely banging food and not expensive they came out with his birthday cake and the whole place sang happy birthday to him he was absolutely made up then they gave him a card and sweets absolutely amazing and I'll definitely be back again and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone thank you all so much for making his day special xx

normally I love eating from here. However I didn't like the attitude from the owner of this place. I didn't like his attitude when I mentioned there wasn't flavour coming through my slush and he was going on as if it was me and not my drink. I found him to be standoffish and rude in his approach and that alone has put me off from ordering here for a long time!

Ashamed to admit we order from here WAY to regularly as my kids are obsessed! Everything is always spot on, delivered hot and on time and the staff are always really friendly. Today we hadn’t even realised we has been given the wrong flavour dessert and they turned back up with the correct one. Really amazing service and food!

honestly love coco’s it’s my go to takeaway everytime u want good quality salty food like burger or chicken u can get that but want summet sweet for after u can get it and u just know it will be spot on everytime !

Went today Coco’s today for my son’s birthday. I had a great time, everyone made us feel welcome and they even brought out a celebration cake for my son. The food was great as well! The desserts and shakes are out of this world. Thanks.

Ordered a takeaway this evening from cocos. Delivered before the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately one of the burgers had cheese on when we ordered without but once cocos was informed they dealt with this very well. A full new meal including added extras was sent to the house within 20 minutes. Fantastic service and really appreciated the added extras :)

The Milkshake and Peanut Butter Stack were good but the Milk Cake was dry overall decent

Ordered deserts at 9pm order did not come till 11.15. Could maybe understand if it was a cooked meal but for a couple of deserts it shouldn’t take almost 2.5 hours.

Desserts were good. But they forgot to provide the straws for the milkshakes, which was frustrating.

Food was delicious but couple of item was missing.

Milkshake spilled all in bag. Food was cold. Took 40 minutes from when it had set off from the restaurant to arrive. Normally all ok but tonight was terrible.

Tried one of the signature milkshakes , Oreo & kinder I think it was , was really nice, had to wait a while but apart from that the milkshake was really good.

However, the service needs serious improvement. Every time I place a phone order, I’m given a pickup time (e.g., 10-15 minutes), but when I arrive, there’s always an additional wait of 10-15 minutes. This has happened multiple times. Often, we have family waiting in the car or are forced to park on double yellow lines, only to be told to park elsewhere instead of simply receiving the order as promised. This leads to unnecessary delays and frustration. I strongly request the management to provide accurate pickup times and ensure that when a customer arrives, the food is ready to go—not just being packed. Sticking to the given time commitment would make the experience much smoother. Hope to see improvements in the future!

Very bad experience 😕 the lamb smash burger didn't taste good at all very dry. The pizza was tasteless. Then waffle was dry just tiny bit of sauce

Not good. Waffle and cookie dough arrived very late, the cookie dough was over cooked so it was a solid cookie and burned around the edges. all the food was cold when it arrived. The waffle tasted of other savoury foods but was soft and would otherwise have been fine (if it was still warm).

Kunafa pot was amazing and definitely the best recommendation I’ve had! Some places give you almost all strawberries but Coco does the right amount of everything. Also honoured a special request. Thanks as always!

food was shocking curly fries were soggy and cold, burger pattys tasted funny chicken strips were overcooked and donner meat looked like it was sat under a heat lamp all-day ended up throwing it in the bin the only saving grace was the milkshake and waffle

There was a delay with delivery which was a shame. But having said that, the food was well worth the wait! Still arrived hot and it was delicious! I got one of the boxes - each element was so tasty and I was surprised at the amount of food you get for the price, a very good deal! Also got a waffle which was yummy. Overall I was really impressed.

This is the only place I will eat pizza from,but last night changed that our food was warmed up from the night before,the donner meat was dried up and hard uneatable,the pizza was the same,I rang to tell them about this and were told they would send replacements but never arrived,also customer service need working on
