All really highly rated, ordered at 12:15am on New Years Day, only waited 40 mins which I didn’t mind at all. Food was all amazing - haven’t tried here before so I was a bit unsure initially, got our food and everyone enjoyed, good portion sizes and really good service, cutlery and wipes included in the bag which I thought was a nice touch. Added note: my profession is a digital designer, I really appreciate the branding of the company, all really good!

Nice place - the food was not so nice ordered a matilda cake and recieved the cheap fudge cake that charities sell in Ramadan covered in chocolate sauce.

Came to bring my grand daughter tonight for tea. Food was delicious especially the pudding .Staff couldn't do enough for you were above and beyond .has disabled access . I asked one of the staff if they would put a candle in her desert for her birthday, instead they bought a big piece of rainbow cake with candle in ,played happy birthday sang happy birthday and gave her a tub of sweets .I asked if they wanted anything for this and they said no . How kind .great choice on menu for meals and sweets will deffo go again and for those who haven't been i reccomend you try .A BIG SHOUT OUT TO Co Cos

Absolutely amazing food, prices looked a little scary to me at first but that's just because the portion sizes are quite large. Service is amazing, staff are very nice. I have quite a lot of social anxiety but the staff still made me feel comfortable. Would absolutely recommend deserts as well. The price per person is closer to £10, if you want to get a dessert with it. Overall, great service, great prices, great food, polite staff, and I would absolutely recommend and am bringing for family with me next month.

Had a main meal and dessert. The food was really good and was very reasonably priced. Service was good and always with a smile. Plenty to choose from on the menu.

Ordered regularly until Saturday when I placed an order and it came up "Doesn't deliver to your area". I contacted them only to be told they had changed the radius from 5 miles to 4.5 miles. We are 4.8 miles. Sadly if they widen the radius I would never order from them again.

We ordered food from the coco website, an hour later it hadn’t come so I rang up, after being on the phone for 5 mins I was told it would be there soon, it literally came within 10 mins. Tasted ok but was cold, like they’d made it and someone had forgotten to bring it. Je don’t do just eat as we’ve been scammed by them so thought ordering from the website would be best, obviously not.

Used to absolutely love the place and the food was always spot on but the last few times we’ve had food from here it’s been stone cold.

Been a few times. On 2 occasions I was given the wrong order. The waffles have been really disappointing and undercooked. Felt ill on one occasion after. The milkshakes are nice. It's not nice to see staff vaping outside then handling food after. There is no facility to eat inside.

Ordered for the first time the other day and it's the worst place I've ever eaten from, that place needs to be checked for hygiene because the food made me violently ill for days, I was projectile vomiting for hours after eating it and felt like I had been poisoned, don't order from here unless you want to be in bed for days dying

Everything but the Cornflake tart was Alright. Look I don’t like complaining & have never had any issues worthy of complaining towards you. Your food & customer service is 2nd to none cannot fault it. Just that Cornflake tart I ordered was very Soggy not much jam at all & was practically stuck together like a chunk of hard syrup” When it should’ve been crispy but soft centred at sane time. It was a let down to your usual Effortless standards & im not proud to be complaining it is nothing personal

Unfortunately, for the past three orders the food has been stone cold. The jam Coconut sponge and custard seemed to be a bit frozen in the middle the chips tasted like dry bits of wood

Best thing about the smash burger is the bread and cheese. The meat was tastless Their milk cakes have gone downhill since they stopped using condensed milk and started using normal milk. Never again

Missed a few things from my order.. Also they put gherkins even when told not to.. this could have been a serious matter had my dad eaten them.. he has an allergy and they couldn’t cater for it !

Used to be top tier. Amazing food but ever since they have started to make burgers ect it’s gone down hill. Ordered today and got a kids meal chips were full of oil the burger was okay. Also got a milkcake which literally JUST had MILK poured on top of a cake. Absolute poor food never ordering again. It’s sad because we used to order so frequently but now they have just gone rubbish.

Nothing else but some meat and chips, no jalapenos and green onions, not a good experience and late.

Usually the food is really good, but recently every time we've ordered a slush they have 'run out' of the flavours we've ordered and send a random one, and often the cup isn't even full. I mentioned it on our last order and they've sent the wrong drink again. I think the website should be updated with the actual flavours available or at least ring and check which flavour to exchange it with.

Pleasant and courteous delivery man. Delicious, hot , fresh food. Our Hen party went in every pub in Haworth centre for a meal from 7.30 - 8.30pm after travelling from Mcr after work. None would serve us! Cocc came to the rescue! Thanks 😋

An establishment that cooks upon order, what more could anyone ask for. I have eaten everywhere in Keighley, and this is the only eatery that aim to cater for the customer's requirements be it fast food, or desserts.

Love it . Order all the time. Only thing I’d change is the fact they don’t offer a section where you can add extra toppings to your burgers etc . I’m a pineapple lover and want it on everything . But that’s only a personal opinion and it’s the only negative for me . Otherwise it’s great . Never had a bad meal yet and the puddings are amazing . Will continue to order on a regular basis as always

Coleslaw missing from the smach box. Ordered a plan cheese burger with the smash beef burger meal but come covered in sauce and salad. Ordered a burger with salad and sauce in the smash box but come plain. The cheese for the cheesy chips was more a cheese sauce which wasnt to are liking. Other than the mix up the burgers r nice

Food arrived on time which was the only good thing about this meal. The burgers arrived soggy and distasteful, and our donner meat was cold upon arrival. Will not be coming here again.

I ordered 2 x garlic sauce tubs and 1 x mint sauce tubs and none were delivered.

Website very ergonomic, good food, good service and free deliveries is a bonus but abut on the pricey side.

Was cold when it came but can’t complain

Waited 45 minutes until we decided to ring up to see where our order was (we spent over £30), whoever answered the phone then immediately put us on hold without knowing our issue. We hung up and redialed and they said our order was leaving the shop. We live 2 miles away and the order took a further 20 minutes to arrive. By the time the order eventually turned up over an hour later, we didn’t want the food anymore it had been so long, the food was room temperature, not very nice. Drinks were good but the whole experience was disappointing. We’ve spent a lot of money at cocos over time and recently the service has honestly gone downhill.

Smash burgers spot on can't complain best in town. Pizzas on other hand it's like chewing plastic. It's like chewing Hubba bubba chewing gum. Plenty of flavour like but not the best pizzas.

Very good however sent Reeces donut rather than bueno…. Good job we had no peanut allergy! Everything else was spot on 🥰

The best one yet! absolutely on the nose perfection, simple donner and chips cooked exactly how you would have hoped for even notes on order listened to. I am a regular and never leave reviews but this has been a perfect order from click to belly and appreciation is only given when truly deserved!
