Love the food here, the breakfast sausage baguette is the business, scores down to average though for service which is usually a bit “sharp”.

I love Coco Di Mama. They do the best breakfast in London (Lunches are also great). But they have to sort out their queuing process. It's not just this location, but all of them. It is a total free-for-all and the staff clearly get very overwhelmed, and the customers frustrated. There have been several times I've looked in from outside, fully intending to go in and spend my money, and I can just see the chaos inside and walk away. I've been inside and walked out several times due to the haphazard queuing system (or lack there-of). It wouldn't be difficult to put some sort of system in place to keep track of orders. I see a considerable amount of people doing the same and walking out, or not going in at all. They must be losing a fortune due to this.

I've been here before and had no complaints. Yesterday I had no time so I ran out to grab a quick bite to get back to work. It was 3pm so missed the lunch rush by a long time, no one in the restaurant. I ordered pasta bolognese with extra cheese. The cashier shouted the order back to the chef who wasn't there. Instead of going to get him she left it. Another customer came in and ordered an iced coffee, the cashier shouted back to the chef that she was out of ice and he came out of a staff door and acknowledged. 10 mins have now passed and no one is cooking. I asked how long the food would be, the cashier had clearly forgotten, apologised then called back again. No response. The chef eventually comes back with a cup of ice and goes away again. I am now standing by the counter waiting. I am offered a coffee which I politely decline and say I just want my lunch. The chef comes out and looks at the ticket only tostart making coffee, the cashier says to make my order. He plonks some pasta in a pot with sauce, stirs it and hands it over, forgetting the cheese. The cashier reminds him for a fourth time. I finally get my food, go to eat it - cold, bland and oily.

I love Coco di Mama! My university is nearby and this is the best place around to have a great meal! Food is tasty, fresh and cheap! Service is super quick, so you'll usually get your pasta within 2-5 minutes. Amazing, thanks!

I came here for the first time today for lunch. Loads of people from my work go here and I'd walked past a 100 times before. I previously looked at their menu online and I was impressed by the selection of pastas and different ingredients on the menu. I tried the blue cheese cabonara and I wasn't disappointed. I even asked the staff what they thought of it and they made recommendations about their favourite pasta. It was really delicious, it was filling but not stodgy or heavy. I really enjoyed the dish and I will definitely be returning to try new dishes. I also really like the business concept - fast food italian pasta but a vast menu to suit all customers - The service was quick as well, and the price is reasonable for the area - I've spent more on lunch before and it wasn't near as good as this. Pret, Eat, Starbucks will all turnout to be the same price if not more but not as good as this!!

Not the best you can find in London, but the pasta is enough and cheap and of course is super fast. The slice is of focaccia is recommended to clean the plate

Was sad when starbucks opened next door as thought they will lose custom. However that is not the case as coffee snacks and staff are all so much better 5 star from me
