I made an order through UberEats from the Worcester Restaurant. I looked at the online menu and decided on my favourite pasta dish. A great Carbonara with a good creamy sauce and pancetta and ham hock, and a garlic bread. What arrived was basically what I could have purchased for about £2 from Tesco. No sauce at all, just some dry macaroni. I rang the Restaurant and was basically told its not their fault and I have to take it up with UberEats. Terrible Customer Service, no help provided what's so ever. So now have to wait for UberEats to respond to my photo and msg. but until then I have had to order though a different restaurant just so I can have dinner. I would not recommend Coco Di Mama Worcester. Rubbish food, falsely advertised and poorly prepared, and terrible. Customer Service. It was just a 'hand ball' off to another company. No Help provided what's so ever. I would have thought the restaurant and the 'chefs' would have a bit more pride in their work.

Excelente relación calidad-precio servicio de almuerzo con algunas muy buenas opciones. Genial si te gusta la pasta tan caliente como el sol. Aunque muy abundante y la pequeña porción era más que suficiente.

He pedido de papa ottimo pizzería un rato ahora sólo comer y la pizza para ser agradable y fresca, no es la típica pizza grasienta y grasa, más sencillo y agradable. Los acompañantes están decentes y vale la pena probarlo. Yo uso este lugar tarde cuando tener partidos etc... Entrega rápida y miembros del personal muy cortés.

We don't have the words to describe this place... we arrived they didn't have our reservation, they tried to make us believe that they had found an arrangement and giving us their two nicest rooms, we had reserved 3... it was a dump, the entire building was being renovated, the hotel no longer existed, they made us believe that it was the Orlando Hotel (next door) which was the hotel now. Everything was a disaster, fortunately Booking.com helped us to change hotels quickly, the managers did not want to reimburse us... really we are not picky but we have never seen such a shame in our lives. Never really go there, that’s the best advice we can give you! We even advised Booking to remove it from their catalog...
