Beware of bed bugs!!! 1. I stayed in a standard single room at the Sino hotel London, I got a loft room without a window and a room was completely different from the picture they advertised! 2. In the morning when I woke up , I found a bed bugs in my bed crawling all over me and a got lots of bites. 3. The room had sewage plumbing issues , the bathroom was stinking of sewage very badly 4. The place was very dirty and filthy! 5. No hot water in the evening! 6. No receptionist at this hotel so no one to complain about my experience . 7. The hotel positioned next to a very busy road, so you get loud traffic noise, bring your earplugs. 8. Contacted the hotel directly but was no response, 9. Taking legal action.

This place has now permanently closed with the owners opening a new business in a similar location at Westfield London, the new business is now called "Catch Me". They have changed the menu entirely so it's not just a name change but an entire makeover.

He pedido de papa ottimo pizzería un rato ahora sólo comer y la pizza para ser agradable y fresca, no es la típica pizza grasienta y grasa, más sencillo y agradable. Los acompañantes están decentes y vale la pena probarlo. Yo uso este lugar tarde cuando tener partidos etc... Entrega rápida y miembros del personal muy cortés.

Hinry was exceptional, the food is amazing and his service is even better !! All props to him for being attentive and patient 😁 Thankyou :)))

Amazingly they denied to add some lettuce in my saver burger. Even though i took out the pickles. I think little common sense plus it was not even busy. So sad as in other branches there’s no issue
