Amazingly they denied to add some lettuce in my saver burger. Even though i took out the pickles. I think little common sense plus it was not even busy. So sad as in other branches there’s no issue

Order and you get the food. Nothing out of the ordinary. So its a good grab and go. No issues with them

Food was terrible and smashed, Order was not served fully and somebody almost took it away. Lots of garbage around the Store on the streets.

The sugar doughnut was hard as nails as if it was weeks old. Crumbled to nothing when broken.

the driver didn't say he was delivering my order till he was half way up dawes road and when questioned admitted to accepting another order on another phone. therfore my food was cold

Cold food, far slower delivery than said on the app. Never had a worse experience on this app than I had here.

The good part, the milkshake ordered was of the right consistency. The bad part - burger looked burnt, tasted ok. The burger & Coffee were both cold. The burger looked nothing like the burger advertised. McDonalds quality & presentation is not good

Went for pregame food but the staff were swamped. People were absolutely vile to staff and customers waited an hour+. When I finally got my food (using my receipt instead of their system) my burger came as just cheese pickles and ketchup…need more staff on game days

Order missing food and cold. Delivery driver refused to come to door with food and had to leave children in house to go get it as it had been left outside, making it more cold.

The delivery was over half an hour late, and the food was very cold.. so I would like a refund please, as I had too order food from elsewhere.. it’s not good enough.

The driver couldn’t find my address and that was after he had made multiple deliveries across the other side of the borough. Food was cold and not edible. Complained and only got the opportunity to get £3 credit. Not good enough

This is my local McDonald's and I hadn't been here in a little while, stopped in yesterday evening and was shocked with the state of the place! I had never seen it like this, normally throughout the day it's pretty well managed but in the evening it's filthy and the staff are so grumpy it genuinely makes visiting in the evening extremely uncomfortable! Will come back during the daytime but definitely not again in the evening..

It has been ongoing for a long time, it has pestered the very well thought out of concept of McDonald's in various places however I do not accept it when it is at my doorstep. Got given entirely wrong twice and instead of owning mistake blue buttons and unmarked police officers left unaware of what is going on when all that did not go on was delivering burgers smiles and adherence to what has been ordered. Out of respect for these people they will be given the opportunity to adhere, bring smiles and maintain good service one more time or else the CEO of fulham will make sure they go east where this behaviour is accepted. Not in in West London. It would also be appreciated if you could deliver what is ordered without pestering law enforcement. And if you may, there will be no talking at all with customers just NEXT, how it works in Norway, Sweden, South Kensington, Earls Court etc... But that is luxury enjoyed by people actually having pride in doing their job. If you would like to work somewhere else i would appreciate the honesty and help you on your way to a happy life wife and mind.

Popped in for some quick food - 1 wrap meal and a pie. The food took 20 minutes and the restaurant didn’t even appear to be busy. The pie was also around 80 minutes past its time card. I used to work at a McDonald’s in Bristol and we wouldn’t dream of letting standards slide that low.

Long wait. People there had the food ready but they were just chatting holding the bag for over 5 minutes. Cold food no tissues no sauces offered

Delivery was very late, and extras paid for were missing. Disappointing!

Stone cold. Cant actually request a refund as only offered a partial refund as account credit. No more orders from me until this is sorted

I ordered at 6:15 and the order just arrived now at 8:09, it’s super cold, unedible and seal was broken

Mobile order was ignored, showed the pick up to staff who just walked away!! The order had to be cancelled and re ordered in store, to only get home and realise I have been given a mini McFlurry instead of a regular.

My order did not arrive. We waited for 1+ hour and it did not arrive. My courier marked my order as delivered when it has not been.

Cold and no meat in the burger

I never eat the food just chopped it in the bin ☹️
