I've eaten here twice. I will be doing so more from now on .Fantastic value for money. The plates are hot, so is the food.

Went to a party here and really enjoyed it. It's such a shame that it is closing 😕

Absolutely outrageously good ribs for lunch 😋❤️😋. Honestly the best I've had in years 👍. Being coeliac, I was surprised & delighted. Boy did the chef deliver. The staff were extremely helpful, cheerful & polite. Helped with my mum in her wheelchair for seating. Suggestions & informative on the food. Excellent. Definitely recommended & I'll be back soon ❤️

Absolute joke of a place. 7.15 on a quiet Friday evening. Half empty but not taking walk-ins for food. The place is meant to be a restaurant!! Bad experience the last time came but wanted to give it another try. Safe to say that will definitely be the last time.

I went there with three friends for a dinner during a week. There was plenty of space, nice views and quick service. The food was great and portions were honest for their prices. There was no hidden service charges. Definitely recommend this place.

Went midweek for dinner. It was a beautiful, warm evening, and we sat in the awning area. The food was really good. Chicken ceaser salad with chips and fish and chips with a good bottle of wine. Very reasonable in a gorgeous setting with excellent staff, perfect.

Whilst on holiday in the area, from Norwich, we found this place by luck whilst using Google maps. What a little gem of a place it is. First visit we only had drinks in the lovely garden over looking the marina. Second visit was for breakfast and WOW what a fantastic breakfast it was. We both had the "jumbo full English" consisting off 2 Cumberland sausages, 2 bacon, beans, lots of mushrooms, 2 hash browns, 2 fried eggs and 2 thick slices of toast. Also included a drink of your choice (tea, coffees or juice.) It was one of, if not, the best breakfasts I've eaten. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Only stumbled upon this after a trip put on a boat, and what a find, delicious food, lovely atmosphere and reasonable prices, will definitely visit again when in the area

Completely off the beaten track unless you're a boat enthusiast. I enjoyed 2 very good ales: Sharpes Solar Wave. There's a good selection of gins for sale. I didn't eat, but was impressed with what I saw other diners enjoying.

Cheap high calorie pub food. At the weekend, life music with the charm of the 60s.

Yet again this place is an absolute joke advertise food untill 9pm ask for food at 730 no sorry no food orders only for reserved tables well every reserved table is empty can't even have a bowl of chips the staff were very apologetic however this place needs a management shake up. Your expected to pay over £5 a pint and cannot have any food.

The worst fillet steak I’ve ever eaten

Visited 29th of auguest I've been here twice and both times it has been abymissmal. The first time, I had a fish and chips, it was nothing special and very basic. There are so many places better, the skin was rubbery, the fish flavourless, and chips badly seasoned I went back here again with the family. The waitress at the bar served their friends before they started doing food, but when questioned, they said "yeah sorry we cant do that" The burger was again flavourless, barely any toppings, the meat was like Something you get In a school dinner.

We have been there a few times now and the food is excellent. Only criticism on our last visit is that the menu has been reduced quite a bit and could do with a bit more selection.

Lovely place and good friendly staff

It was my birthday (15/08/22) and wanted to eat here with the family. But due to short staffing they couldn't cater for us. So we had a drink and left. Drinks were lovely, however I suggest in the pims to use actually berry and not dried berry's as they became soggy. We had to eat the berry's quickly before they were all turned to mush.Was delicious though! I know you can do better next time.

Place is an absolute joke 3rd time visiting and again cannot get food website let me book table at 920 to be told kitchen closes at 9 on arrival won't be spending a penny at this joke of a pub/ poor excuse of a restaurant shame I've been coming here all my life never seen the place so dead

Great location, roast dinners piled high and brilliantly friendly staff.

Bit of a wait but they were busy. Chips were like cardboard, fish excellent.

Grotty restaurant advertising “all welcome” 12pm to 3pm Sunday lunch “until it is gone . Waited in rain for it to open at 12pm….2nd group in and told to find a table. Found one in windowless marquee. Waitress then told us they wouldn’t serve us any food as we hadn’t booked. Owner refused to answer me when I asked her if we would be able to order food and told by her that her staff could answer that and she wouldn’t provide an answer. Told by barman that there would be a long wait for food and it could not be guaranteed we would get any. An owner who refuses to speak to her guests should not be in hospitality business imho and make it clear that you don’t order or cook enough food to offer any welcome to anyone but pre-booked so potential guests don’t have to stand around in the rain expecting service. Avoid.

Cobbs Quay Bar and restaurant has a great vibe, fantastic views and friendly staff. The food is of a high standard with an extensive menu. We often try to eat there, unfortunately we are never able to get a table for 2 as a "walk in" for dinner.

The staff are really friendly and always happy to help. Great food and we love the quiz night!

Busy Sunday lunch service today. Just called in for a cup of coffee. Not as flashy or funky as some local eateries but lots going on, reasonable prices, good food and friendly staff. What's not to like??

Rude and childish staff who then asked me to pick up others people’s dog waste. (My first ever bad review) Was not aloud to sit outside as they wanted to let the grass grow - and not aloud to order inside unless at table whilst others ordered from the bar around me. As pathetic as it sounds with no aggravation at all from me.

A nice relaxing venue for a good meal. Very generous portions. Every eldest grandson, who has virtually limitless capacity was tested. The staff are lovely and a good time was had by all.
