What a fantastic view of the coast in this venue. I wish I’d asked for a large cappuccino! It was lovely, as was the Welsh cakes. Good value too. The place was spacious, clean and the lady who served me was very nice. Well done coastline cafe, I’ll certainly drop in again as my first visit was well enjoyed.

Visited the cafe at around 1.30, so lunch time. Was told none of the food menu was available, no explanation as to why, just a no in response to my question. Had tea and a Welsh cake, the teapots were heavily stained. The girl serving was pleasant but the other one seemingly in charge was abrupt and couldnt be bothered. Its a lovely space in a lovely setting, it's a shame it's not being used to its full potential.

Visited the cafe today and was served by a surly young woman who obviously didn’t want to be there. Coffee was okay. Toasted sandwich was cold and dry - no butter. Would perhaps have a coffee here again but would suggest customers choose prepackaged sandwiches

Visited Coastline Café for the first time recently to meet up with a friend working in the Civic Centre. We ordered egg mayonnaise and toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches. Although all the sandwiches on offer are pre-packed, fillings were generous and tasty. Teas and coffees were fine. The café has amazing views over Swansea Bay - the perfect place to chill out and watch the changing seascape.

Who would ever think of a cafe in a council headquarters? This is a lovely little gem of a place. The tea is very good, the coffee exceptional. It has all the cafe favourites, sandwiches, baguettes, cakes and biscuits, and a range of commercial ice creams and lollys. The view across Swansea Bay to The Mumbles is incredible. It is always worth a visit. If you're passing the place while taking in the scenery on a walk along the amazing foreshore call in. You won't be disappointed.

Three of us booked for Sunday lunch. Hubby and I chose the lamb, which was absolutely scrumptious. Grandson, who is vegetarian chose the nut roast (no other option). The selection of vegetables was okay - peas, carrots, cabbage and swede. An option of cauliflower cheese would have been nice - at an extra cost. It was however, disappointing not to have a Yorkshire pudding. It seems that they only come with the beef. My grandson in particular would have liked one - he didn’t have any roast potatoes either, which I think is ridiculous. It was a very tasty dinner with real gravy but for the price yorkies should have come as standard.
