Mis amigos y yo visitamos el autocar y los caballos mientras estábamos en las compras de Londres y luego un espectáculo en el paladio, inicialmente entramos a almorzar ya que vimos que tenían una oferta de almuerzo a un precio muy razonable teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en el Soho, los sándwiches eran fantásticos, las bebidas eran geniales, pero el cumplido más grande tiene que ir al servicio que recibimos, Ricky y el equipo estaban justo en ello, desde el momento en que entramos por la puerta el nivel de hospitalidad era excepcional, éramos un grupo bastante grande y el pub ya estaba bastante ocupado, debido a esto regresamos más tarde en la noche, esta pequeña joya de un pub será nuestro centro cuando visitemos Londres, gracias una vez más Ricky y su equipo realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, nos vemos de nuevo pronto

Lovely atmosphere, good playlist, prices are good too to be in central of london. Ricky was my server, look after my order, gave me suggestion and really happy overall.

We went for a drink with the intention of having dinner and around 7:00 pm they put a sign on the table where we were because it was reserved, so any occupied table can be kicked out (in a bad way) at any time if someone knocks. The rest of the place was pretty good, but we couldn't have dinner

Ricky is amazing ! The beers are also wonderful , I usually have to find my fav session IPA’s but they have 2 choices in here of tiny rebel! AMAZING!!! Club tropica , easy living omg amazing ! Most pubs struggle to even get it in ! They’ve got so many options for the summer vibes ! Deffo recommend for food and bevs !

Had a fantastic time with my friend who was visiting from out of town! Natalia & Sam were very welcoming and accommodating and made us feel like locals. Great selection of brews and great spot for drinks after a show!

Shout out to Ricky for delightful service and conversation. And have a look at the most excellent ‘Dog Board’ (yes, I said ‘Dog Board’). It’s just wonderful. Will definitely be back to the charming pub. Bring your dog!!

Hay varios Coach & Horses en Londres y todos ellos son recomendables, éste en concreto nos vino de perlas una fría y lluviosa mañana de invierno, una mañana más que dirían en Londres. Decoración clásica y muy cálida, con 2 plantas, hay bastante espacio. Probamos nachos que picaban bastante, llevaban una especie de curry lo cual nos trastocó un poco, pero estaban correctos y luego una buena hamburguesa para reponer fuerzas. Excelente trato y pintas de cerveza.

We visited years ago when Norman Balon was landlord and we call every couple of years when we visit London from our home in Sheffield. The atmosphere is always pleasant and this visit was no different.

It's very popular. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a lovely location near Carnaby Street and within walking distance of the tube station at Oxford St. I will go there again.

Lucky enough to have had a great night in this pub with a couple of old uni mates over Christmas- it was absolutely rammed, when the others were much quieter, always a good sign. It’s a lovely old pub, proper London feel to it! Was told it’s the best for a Guinness and it’s definitely one of the best ones I’ve had (in London anyway) Staff were friendly, service was a bit slow but considering how busy bar was it was to be expected, I do remember a round coming to over £25 for 3 drinks which is a lot from where I’m from but fornlindon that’s the par for the course I guess. Didn’t try any but had a nice selection of craft beers which I would love to try next time. Hope to be back soon. Cheers Guys

Love coming here after work for a few wines, vibes atmosphere and staff are friendly and welcoming. Especially love Thursday as there’s karaoke!

Perfect plase for friends to enjoy

Service was good and drinks fine but the food was not good. The focus seems to be on speed of service and keeping prices fair instead of quality. We had two very basic roast meals. Turkey dinner was almost barely warm including the gravy, no pig in blanket, carrots boiled not glazed. Roast beef with cold gravy again and the roast potatoes were dry and tasteless - reheated (at 1pm?) and not warm - certainly no duck fat involved. We pointed out the food being cold and just got a shrug. They did reheat the gravy. We ate it as no time to complain and start again elsewhere. It was edible - just a disappointment. Charge a little more if you need to - just provide value! Wine and beer were fine.

There are apparently THREE Coach and Horses in Soho. The one in question is Great Marlborough Street. Where do I begin ? I have had some truly awful bar meal experiences in my life. Yesterday I hit the jackpot. The ZENITH. "Three mini snacks for £15". How could they go wrong ? Well, cod goujons overfried and rock hard and bizarrely GREY were a starter. A "turkey sandwich" with dodgy looking turkey was a close second. But the "piece de resistance" had to be the "pigs in blankets". Five pink , non-cooked chipolatas (albeit with a token quarter inch brown longitudinal stripe) wrapped in undercooked bacon. (DO THEY KNOW WHAT THE LAVS ARE LIKE ON THE EUSTON TO MANCHESTER 6.53) ? We soldiered on with the grey rock hard goujons, and the dodgy turkey. But the raw chipolatas went back. They returned five minutes later with a SECOND parallel quarter inch longitudinal brown stripe. 80% still raw sausage. We avoided them. Thank heavens. The 6.53 to Manchester was standing room only. 5 raw chipolatas would have ensured a most memorable journey. PS For four of us, a "snip" at £135.20. AVOID THIS JOINT IF YOU WANT FOOD. Drinks were fine.

Natalia was very nice and we had an amazing night. Following a 6 hours delay with my plane what a relief to finally find some good people. Nothing to say expect, expetionnal ( and i am french;))!

I don’t usually waste my time on writing bad reviews but on this occasion I will. I was having a lovely evening on the 16/11/24 in this very sweet place until a staff member was extremely rude to me and left me feeling quite upset. I went to use the ladies bathroom and as another lady came out she informed me there was no toilet roll. I went back upstairs and asked the man behind the bar if he had any behind there and he was apologetic and told me to ask downstairs at the other bar which was fine. I then queued to ask at the downstairs bar, I said the same thing to another member of staff and he told me to wait whilst he looked for some which was also fine I was happy to wait. He came back a few minutes later which 2 rolls of toilet paper in his hands and then an older, blonde female staff member who seemed quite annoyed already was questioning the man who had grabbed the toilet roll and proceeded to snatch the toilet roll out of his hands and stormed off towards the toilets and didn’t really acknowledge that I was still waiting to use the toilet. I started making my way back to the toilet and she was stood in the hallway. I then said “it’s this one that has no toilet roll” thinking she may acknowledge that I was the one who was asking and the response I got was “well what does it look like I’m doing, there is obviously someone in there” she was quite aggressive and made me feel like I had just killed her cat. I was quite shocked and I generally hate confrontation and I replied “okay sorry but it’s not my fault that toilet paper has ran out” she then proceeded to shove one of the toilet rolls into me so I just grabbed some off the roll and passed it back to her. I then went in and used the toilet and came out then she laughed in the face as I walked back to my table. I fully understand that people can have bad days and working in hospo can be extremely busy and stressful. But I would never treat a customer like how I was treated and I was going to give feedback to her as I left however, i genuinely feel that she was the sort of person that would of been even more aggressive when faced with the view that her customer service was quite disgusting. Maybe if regular checks were put in place for the toilets this situation never would have happened in the first place. Sadly I will think twice before returning to a Greene King chain ever again. I hope the lady I’m referring to sees this and reflects. Perhaps a customer service course would be beneficial for her or at minimum learning basic manners.

We had a fantastic time at the coach & horses this evening, Sam greeted us with such a warm welcome, his hospitality was outstanding, for that reason alone we will surely return to the pub, the small plates were so tasty especially the Camembert dumplings and turkey croquettes, the mulled wine was also very tasty enhancing the festive feelings of the Christmas tree and overall ambiance of the pub, I’ve been working in soho for many years and as of today coach & horses is now my favourite pub. A massive thank you to Sam again for his impeccable service standards.
