The place was nice and cool.Staff are friendly and serving was good.Bhanu Prasad served me well and took care of each and everything.It was good and friendly.The ambiance was nice and I enjoyed alot by seeing through window.Thank you everyone for making my day.

Very good Festive burger for a reasonable price, service was a bit slow, I had to remind them I was waiting my burger, but it arrived after a short time and was really a good one, so thank you.

Raj was nice - I ordered a green tea online but they didn’t have any so he kindly replaced it with a pint of beer.

Honestly the best local in soho! Sam and Ricky both are the best hosts. The food is incredible I would recommend the chicken burger. Other than that the vibes are incredible and it’s a great place to come have a casual pint with your friends, work colleagues or girl friends. Don’t miss out!

We hosted our work annual karaoke event here on the top floor with about 50 people. The manager and staff were really accommodating to our requests, food was great and on time. Everybody had a great evening

Great atmosphere and customer service. I have allergies and Natalia who works here helped and made sure that the meal I ordered was right for me to eat. She was kind and compassionate from the moment I walked in, other employees were also very friendly. Food and drinks were tasty and I will come back when I'm in central London again.

Sam and Natalia were super friendly when I came here to visit with some friends. Nothing was any trouble and they helped us choose some lovely food from the menu which was delicious. Ricky the manager even popped over whilst we were eating to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend the coach and horses, and its proximity to Oxford Circus makes it a perfect location

I work close by and the Coach has never failed to be a bastion of quiet and calm as and when needed. Can’t rate the staff and the venue highly enough, particularly shout out to Sam. Might not be immediately obvious but there’s an upstairs, too! Check it out

Beautiful surprise in the middle of Soho. Great beers from local and international breweries, bottled, on tap...beer hearts, what more could you want? Plus delicious fries and on top and above all great and friendly service from Natalia. We will definitely come here again next time we visit London.

Awful staff. Extremely rude, and when applying discount they charged me the full amount. My partner and I sat down for a few minutes to be able to charge my phone but me never of staff (a guy with long brown hair on a pony tail) came to us asking us if we were going to order any food because there were people waiting. We were just about to order and that completely put us off so we just got a drink and then the guy on the till didn’t even put our discount. The manager on duty apologised to us but we really didn’t feel welcome at all

Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food (burger and beer menu) yes, the beer wasn't my thing, but I wasn't happy with that in London anyway. Very okay in terms of price. Oh yeah, and I'll only give 5 stars if I get powdered sugar blown up my ass. So don't be angry 😈.

Amazing experience at this cozy London pub! The warm, inviting atmosphere made it the perfect spot to unwind. Great selection of drinks, and friendly staff who all made us feel at home. The manager, Ricky, really interacted with everyone who entered which is lovely to see. Definitely a little gem of a pub with amazing staff, which goes a long way!

I visited the coach & horses a few months ago whilst in London with my mum and daughter and we promised Ricky (the manager) we would go back when next in London, we returned today and again we received such amazing hospitality from Ricky and Veronika, they really made us feel at home, the food was superb, atmosphere was great and the level of service was impeccable, I highly recommend this pub to anybody. We will certainly return when we’re in London for our next theatre trip.

On our second trip to London we revisited the coach & horses, my daughter and granddaughter were hungry and we knew exactly where to go, we were again greeted by Ricky (the manager) the reason for our return and a lovely young lady Veronica, hospitality is second to none, really made us feel welcome, at home and looked after, the cod goujon sandwich was perfect for the lunch deal, I tried the hazy days session ipa, highly recommend this pub for the level of service alone. Thank you for looking after us.

Have been visiting here every week since I've moved to London. If you're looking for a cozy environment with exceptional staff then this is one of the best pubs in London for that. I can name a few of their staff like Rajat who have always provided exceptional service everytime I've visited. Food and drinks are reasonably priced as well!

Apart from the fact two of our chosen menu items weren’t available - which wasn’t a big problem - we had a lovely dining experience. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was super. I had the fish & chips. Lovely fish, not at all greasy, with fresh firm chips & tasty mushy peas. There was stacks of bread & butter. Definitely a satisfied customer.

A friend and I were on our way to The Apollo Theatre, to watch a performance of Fawlty Towers, last Wednesday! We needed a couple of beers and a sandwich with chips, on the way! Richard and Natalie made us feel very welcome! Their service was exemplary and so good in fact, we decided to call in on the way back! It was so busy, yet Richard and Natalie were unflustered by it all! Brilliant! Many thanks!

Live in North Yorkshire now but on a recent trip to London I had to visit this pub again. I frequented it in the early 80s when I worked at M&S around the corner. Had a chat with Ricky at the bar…..I was telling him about my nights back then. He was lovely…very attentive and looked after us whilst we were there. We had a great lunch and some drinks. Ricky recommended the dish I had and he said the Spritz was perfect…..it was warm outside. The pub was looking very good…clean and smart despite a refurbishment soon. I will definitely be back again and hope to see Ricky there ….he was a star! Thank you.

Great Soho pub! Hugely impressed by staff & management! This is my second visit this month, visit one was slightly tarnished, but on expressing my concerns to the manager Ricky, I couldn’t have been more reassured that the pub has it’s customers best interests at heart. He listened carefully to my concern, took time to make sure it was resolved & wouldn’t happen again under his guidance. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well looked after in this establishment! This is how hospitality management should be done - very well handled & excellent communication - someone who genuinely cares about his team and customers!! Highly recommend.

It is a beautiful and cozy pub. We were very calm and very well cared for. Impeccable service and spectacular food (we had fish & chips and meat pie) at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it. We will come back. Thank you!!

Popped in on Saturday for a drink while visiting London for weekend. Lovely pub with good selection of drinks. Natalia is both warm and welcoming and knows her stuff. My partner has worked for GK for over 25 years and was really impressed. Liked it so much we popped back later for another drink, again warm welcome from a forever smiling Natalia. Will visit again for sure

Used to be a regular here during the 80s, checked it out tonight and very impressed by the service from barmaid Sara. Friendly and efficient, will return purely because of her excellent service.

Ellie is the one! Been coming here a while. Walk in she sees me. She acknowledges even when busy I know I’m not going to be ignored she will get to me. Love it. Love the way she is always professional but always is loyal to regulars! One of the best here! Natalia is also the same! Make them both managers and let them run the show. Be the best pub in Soho. X

Really cute and cosy pub in the heart of Soho, 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube which is convenient. Lovely traditional pub food, very helpful staff always serving with smiles on their faces and always happy to help. They have excellent knowledge of everything they sell and the area. Will definitely be returning!

I called in here with a friend for food and drinks. Being a blue light card holder the app stated at this time there was a 33% discount on food. Great we'll go there. The staff member makes and attempt to put in the vault code, but tells me she can't do it. Why advertise something that you will not honour? Update to this: the manager Angelo was in contact apologising on behalf of the staff member, he explained the discount should have been given and will be in future.
