Like many we stopped in whilst on the SWCoast path. Had a great sausage sandwich (really filled!) Their menu is reasonably priced, quality is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy cafe with plenty of outside seating!

It was OK. The breakfast was fine but didn't seem to have been made with any care.. The quality of the sausages was poor. The location and view were good though.

My recent visit to this café was an absolute delight from start to finish. As a hot chocolate aficionado, I'm always on the lookout for exceptional brews, and I must say, the hot chocolate here surpassed all my expectations. It was creamy, rich, and undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted. What truly sets this café apart is its commitment to catering to diverse dietary preferences. Being a vegetarian myself, I was thrilled to find a range of options available to suit my needs. And for my vegan friends, there were plenty of choices too, ensuring that everyone could indulge in their favorite treats. But what truly stole my heart was the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the staff and members of the café. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. It felt like visiting old friends rather than just another café. The surroundings added to the charm of the experience. With picturesque nature all around, it felt like a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And to top it all off, the café is pet-friendly! Being able to enjoy my hot chocolate while watching furry friend made the experience even more special. In conclusion, my visit to this café was nothing short of magical. Delicious hot chocolate, welcoming staff, and a pet-friendly environment - what more could one ask for? I wholeheartedly recommend this café to anyone looking for a cozy haven to unwind and indulge in their favorite treats.

A lovely café with delicious food and in an amazing spot. We visited the cliff top café on what happened to be the first sunny morning in some time. The views were lovely and it was very cosy inside. I had been before but not for some time and it wasn't some where I necessarily think of but someone else recommended it and we were very glad they did. I remember I had been a few times the other year to grab a takeaway breakfast baguette, as I was working along the cliffs, and that was lovely. The baguettes were full of tasty breakfast fillings and in delicious soft buttery baguettes. So I was looking forward to visiting again. When we arrived and saw the menu we were very excited. We ordered the breakfast stack pancakes that came with three pancakes, maple syrup, bacon, eggs and a hashbrown. We also had a milkshake each. It was all really delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon and hashbrown done perfectly crispy. The eggs were lovely and runny and it was all brought together by the maple syrup. I would definitely recommend a visit here anytime and I suspect it may become a favourite spot. Followed by a walk along the beach of course or perhaps after being on the beach and working up an appetite walking back up the cliff.

Very crowded, we waited half an hour for take away coffee and then it was wrong! It's in a lovely setting, but unless you're desperate, I wouldn't bother.

What a lovely place. I'd driven past on the road a few times and never noticed it. However, work Brunch brought me here. Had the Christmas Brunch which was lovely and is a nice alternative to a fry up. Attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcome. Now I'm in the know I'll be returning to try out other dishes ☺️

Great spot near the top of the cliff above Whitsand bay. Interesting menu including good vegetarian and vegan choices. Enjoy good coffee while while looking out towards the Eddystone lighthouse. Access to the beach from here, lots of steps but worth it.

Seriously good carrot cake, and the coffee was great as well. Reasonably priced as well.

It has a beautiful view across the sea. What more could you want with a tasty meal. Worth a visit summer or winter.

Excellent, busy and scenically located cafe catering for vegans, vegaterians and omnivores such as I. Be prepared to wait as breakfast time is very busy.

Stopped here for a cream tea while out on a cycle ride. A lovely little place with nice polite staff. Will definitely stop here again...

It's all about the location, location, location but the food isn't half bad either! Cracking brekfast from 10 o'clock in the morning and lunch is pretty good too!

Gluten free options. Bit pricey but it is the only option other than a holiday park bar for a few miles either side. Good food.

We popped in expecting the usual seaside cafe food but were pleasantly surprised.The food was delicious, locally sourced, home cooked and reasonably priced. A lovely surprise and highly recommended

You couldn't expect more of a community cafe. The staff are very friendly and the other customers are always happy and positive. You can come in for a tea and spend hours talking to the person next to you exchanging stories of the island

Great place to start the day or as a treat.

First class service, very friendly staff, dog friendly, has the most amazing views of Whitsand Bay. Food is always cooked to order and is superb, fresh local ingredients. As this cafe is on the cliff, parking can be a little awkward. You can either walk down the path or down a tarmac access road to the chalets around that area (no parking spaces) ok for cycles or motor bikes. Love this place.

Great little cafe. Fantastic sea views. Unfortunately parking is not easy, even for motorcycles. Be prepared to walk to the cafe after you've found somewhere to park.

Staff welcoming, friendly & attentive. Breakfast 7/10. Could do with local produce, like Cornish eggs & sausages/bacon etc. needed actual Heinz sauces, rather than the local shops version. Great scones. The VERY worst coffee I have ever tasted ANYWHERE! Tried iced & hot. Shame as I would have been every morning. The actual coffee machine looks up to the job. Staff + Scones = 4 stars. Coffee = less than 1 star, undrinkable.

Really friendly staff and a nice hearty breakfast. There were a few vegan options on the menu but we went for a vegan breakfast and a veggie sausages, mushrooms and hash brown baguette with a smoothie and hot chocolate. Was all very nice. Dog friendly too.

The perfect location for a cafe, right in the top of the cliff next to the long stair way up and down to the beach. We stopped here for some water and the views. Lovely little place.

We stopped here for a meal because we love this place and the view of Whitsand Bay. We were disappointed to find it was closed. So, we had to go somewhere else and won't bother going back here if it's opening hours are so unreliable.

Lovely peaceful sun trap café with amazing views. We just had baguettes but they were fresh and delicious and absolutely stuffed full of fillings for a very reasonable price. The salads looked great too. My new favourite café!

Looks like a great spot to stop while on a hike, however the hours on Google and their website are not accurate and they were closed all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday. In a relatively out of the way location it's a good idea to try and keep this information up to date online.
