Brilliant food at a very good price. Can't fault anything. One of our highest rated monthly eat ours.

Unfortunately a very long wait for orders to be taken and food to arrive. Then to be publicly humiliated by the management when they were questioned. My poor elderly mum was mortified by this. Never to return again.

Excellent food and service. We had starters, mains and desserts and they were all delicious! Very impressed.

We happened to just come across this beautiful little restaurant after we had visited Bygones. Two of us are vegan so were VERY excited to see some vegan food on the menu as most places we had been to in Devon offered very little vegan food. Daughter and I had the vegan lasagne and we can honestly say it was the best lasagne we've had, cos we're very tasty and fresh too and an added touch of a little salad on the side was a pleasant surprise. Hubby eats meat so had the burger- the thickest meatburger inside and said it was very very tasty. I was desperate to have the toasted currant bun but the portions were so good that I was just too full. Unfortunately we were on holiday and live in Essex otherwise we would definitely be visiting again. Definitely give this little place a go toy will not be disappointed- lady being the bar was very pleasant and atmosphere beautiful and relaxing

Have passed this place many times but never been in. Were on our way back from eating in Torquay and fancied a Coffee. Had visited 2 other places but as it was gone 6 on a Friday evening they were packed. Spotted the sign at Clementine and decided to give them a try. The staff were brilliant, friendly and welcoming. We had a Mocha and Cappuccino. Because they were doing evening meals the cakes has been put away , as we had seen on the sigh they did cake. They had no problem in getting a couple of pieces for us, a stunning bakewell tart and juicy lemon drizzle. The evening meals that people were eating looked excellent and we wished we had eaten here instead of Torquay. They looked very fresh and were excellent value. The place has a lovely atmosphere and most importantly is a family business, so well worth supporting rather than the bland chains. We will definitely be visiting in the future.

Charming youngsters who own this establishment and go out or their way to make your experience an easy place to return. Whether it's for coffee and cake , tapas, or a more substantial lunch, it's lovely food, a great ambience, run by lovely people.

This was a great spontaneous find for brunch. We had nice coffees and great poached eggs and avocado on toast. The serving staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Good value.

Have been regularly going for years now. Never fails to impress. Clementines vary their menu throughout the year and hold events such as christmas centre table making events with nibbles. Fantastic Sunday Roasts. Excellent steaks. Friendly hosts and excellent service. Very reasonable prices too. Definitely one of the best places to go for food and drinks in Torquay. Whether it's a coffee or alcoholic beverage. I am sure they cater for all tastes. Can defo recommend! And they are also pet and child friendly.

We had a lovely experience at Clementine. We really like this place, the attention of details that the people who run this place have. The staff are gentle, polite and really helpful. The food was amazing, tasty and fresh. I remember a guy was seated two tables away when he saw our sandwiches arrived he made a positive comment as he could see how fresh the sandwich were. We had also a hot chocolate which it was creamy. I raccomend this caffe.

I am still sitting in Clementine and needed to let everyone know, this place is incredible. The staff are lovely and the food is insanely good. We had tapas and burgers and both were generous, well cooked and not overly expensive. We will definitely all be back! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food was of the highest quality and superbly presented. I had the fillet steak and it was cooked exactly as I’d asked. It was so tender and literally melted in the mouth. The chips were the best I have had in a very long time. Totally recommend you give it a try.

Service was brilliant, meals delivered at a fast pace, maybe make it apparent that there is a dessert menu at the start so people can choose between starter and dessert. Staff were friendly and very sweet. Great atmosphere and vibe, food was very fresh tasting, definitely go again.

Gorgeous restaurant, great vibe, 10/10 service and lovely food. The pork belly, focaccia and ribeye were amazing and great value, but the chicken burger was a bit dry. Overall great experience!

An absolute gem and just what St Marychurch needed. Its dog friendly and very relaxed. You dont feel out of place dressed up or casual. Jess is an amazing front of house person and Daryl is an amazing chef. The portion sizes are incredible and they only use the best local produce and this shows. Have never had a bad meal there. Its an absolute gem and a must for everyone. Once you have been there once, you will get hooked! Its now our regular 'go to' and we love it there.

Lovely little restaurant in nice location next to Bygones Museum and not far from Cliff Railway. We had an evening meal after booking a table. The food was very well prepared and good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pricing OK too.

What a fabulous little find. Super friendly staff, dog friendly(even offered treats). The food was fresh and very tasty. Reasonably priced and plenty to eat.... forgot to take pics as we were hungry! I had ham and piccalilli sandwich. My hubby had tapas(squid, bread and olives) my mum had the burger. Delish!!

Very nice tapas at lunchtime with a cheeky glass of chardonnay. Pleasant vibe, decor, and service.

I had scampi + chips which was very good, the gherkins in tartare sauce were too chunky in my opinion. Someone else had steak, which they found to be rather chewy disappointingly.

Wowzers. This place was such a great find while visiting Babbacombe/St Marychurch. We stopped in for lunch and had a few light bites/small plates to share. We had a great mix of bold and punchy (katsu chicken topped fries - the stuff of legends) and elegant, refined flavours. Our fave was probably the Chorizo in wine with garlic; mouth watering. Massive thanks to the wonderful human who served us and helped convince my dad to try the halloumi - he is converted! Service was top drawer, atmosphere great, tables spread out nicely, and the food and drinks are really affordable. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Lovely place, warm and friendly. Great food freshly cooked. We visited on a Friday evening and was told they also open during the day so will definitely be revisiting for lunch.

We have eaten here three times and every time the food and service has been of a very high standard. I strongly recommend you visit. You will want to return again and again.

Lovely setting and amazing food! We regularly visit. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed with Great food. Weather you want a light bite or full meal. Portions are generous and cooked beautifully. Its not often you find somewhere so nice that you can go with children and the whole family is catered for. Clementine has got it spot on! Food for the kids and the grown ups and all leave full and happy. Kids review: My 4yr old says best chef ever and my 6yr old says best burger ever. We have been for breakfast, lunch, coffee&cake as well as dinner and sunday roast and all are highly recommended. The cocktails are good too!

Went for meal here last night, absolutely delicious. Best meal I've had out in a very long time. Lovely staff, even chef came out to say hello, great decor, really nice atmosphere and the salmon was cooked to perfection. I can thoroughly recommend this bistro for food and drinks any time of day. Went for dinner on Thursday evening. We were part of a large party. The service and food was amazing! My husband had a steak and said it’s the nicest steak he’s had in a very long time. The staff are really helpful and attentive

A group meal with a wide range of tapas selection. I especially enjoyed the tempura broccoli and the calamari was good too. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Popped in for lunch and were so impressed we booked for dinner. The food here is so good. The chef knows exactly what he is doing. The steak was cooked to perfection. The service was faultless and a very friendly all round experience. The updated decor has bought a new lease of life to the building. Would highly reccomend the restaurant for dinner in the evening but also for tapas or a sandwich at lunchtime.

Fabulous food! Had some light bites for lunch and finished with a slice of raspberry Victoria sponge, all tasted delicious! On top of that it’s a dog friendly establishment. :)

Went today with Mrs G for lunch. Very nice, good food, great customer service and very reasonable prices. Will definitely go back. So if you are in St Marychurch and would like a nice lunch with excellent customer service pop in you will not be disappointed.
