Lovely Find. Brilliant dog friendly resturant. Very welcoming with delicious food and great service. The sandwich and chicken soup were very tasty and well presented. Great value for money.

Lunch for a group member from my over 60s class. We waited over 35 minutes just to get orders for drinks and food taken.The food was prepared quickly(in 20 minutes- we were a party of 11 which was fair enough) but when I said i needed to leave in the next 10 minutes the manageress started shouting in my face loudly- saying we had been told there would be a delay on food due to the size of group. I was so shocked and embarrassed. She stood over me and shouted. I had not been told this. The lady who had kindly organised the lunch had no recollection of this either. When i left, the manager came out of the kitchen shouting that she was a liar and shamed her infront of the whole restaurant before barring her! This has traumatised the 70 year old lady and much of the group. What a horrible experience.

Great little spot for a wonderful and tasteful lunch, the staff were attentive and talked well with other customers. I had the scallops and chicken supreme, every mouthful was better than the last. It was also my 1st time having scallops so they have set the bar high!

Wow passed this place a few times but have never been in until last night ! Well We were not disappointed , we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady . We were taken to our table and were able to look at the menu in our own time no rushing at all (what a lovely change ) We chose our drinks we had a lovely bottle of Chardonnay not oaked ( yummy ). Hubby chose the scallops to start the pea puree was delicious . We both had chicken Parmesan which was amazing and the rosemary potato’s were fab as was the side of veg , This all came out not too quickly . We shared the lemon dessert which was delicious and hubby enjoyed an Irish coffee . Lovely warm welcome with lovely quirky decor . We will be going back . We thought it was great value for money too .
