Very friendly staff, food is excellent very popular

Food was wank greasy with no taste very disappointed bit into my bacon and sausage cob and grease was literally dripping out of it i'll say no more.

Visited friends who live in Grassmoor and went to the cafe for dinner. Was impressed by their great menu. Felt a bit nostalgic and had the beef stew and dumplings- absolutely lovely. Friendly people and fabulous food . Thank you. Will be back.

this place has more foot traffic than mecca u want a hangover cure Go here . you need a great breakfast this is the only location for me filled cobs (rolls for the uneducated) are to die for home made pies .cakes this is the my favourite food destination thank u ladies.

A lovely Full English Breakfast today with Coffee and Cake to follow. An Extensive Menu for breakfast, dinner or something to take away, such as the Pasty for my tea! A friendly, clean, Cafe in the Heart of Grassmoor, with smiling, pleasant staff and friendly customers, many of whom are regulars!

This café is a little gem. It's usually only for takeaways and snacks, but today they put on an amazing Christmas spread for our craft group. Special diets were catered for, the meals were lovely and the service great. They even went to the shop across the road and came back with some ice cream especially for me. I call that as being above and beyond. The café is nice and clean inside and we could smell all the lovely things they'd been baking for the take away customers. There's no toilet because it's mostly a place for people to just pop in and buy pastries and cakes, there's no level access, but it's only one step to get up, so it's doable for people who use a walking aid. There were several of us with mobility issues, but we all managed to get in and out ok. There's room for maybe 2 cars to park right outside the door and there's on street parking available nearby. We all had a lovely time and will definitely be going here again. I heartily recommend this café.

A lovely and local cafe that does either take-away or sit-in meals! Smiling friendly staff, and clean tables, floors and work surfaces! Lovely!

A small village cafe which serves home cooked food for a reasonable cost. The best thing is it's simple, filling and tastes good. Friday is always fish day, with Fish, chips and peas, bread & butter and drink being £5.95.

Always 1st class service and food - Katie, Helen & Claire (owner) are brilliant. As a family we try to go every Saturday for breakfast

Since having started work close to Claire's and having had their breakfast sandwiches, full breakfast and now lunches and cake - wow their roast dinner - we can't stop visiting for amazing food, all home cooked, lovely environment and very friendly staff. This is a gem of a cafe and we will be back soon.

Had my first visit to Claire's today as I just fancied a breakfast cob. Had an extensive menu. All sorts of things pork and stuffing cobs, cold sandwiches etc.. Great selection on cakes and pastries. You could add and take off on your cob and the cobs were SO SOFT! Staff were lovely and can't wait til next time!

Wouldn't serve an exempt from mask wearing man, discrimination. Even though 4 people without masks sat literally 1 metre from checkout and they only accept cash! I guess you're immune when sat down huh...terrible.

I have spent 13.00 on 2 breakfast today in this cafe 15 min wait to take order due to staff talking. The quality of food poor I should of gone to a pig farm they eat better than that staff well 1 very pleasant other one well rude etc How they got the rating will never no

An impromptu visit to this cafe in Grassmoor, about a mile from the centre of Chesterfield, before our long journey back home to Skegness. I hate the term "value for money" because it somehow implies "cheap and cheerful", but this was much better. A clean cafe, friendly staff, and the food .... we only had a medium breakfast, but there was more than we could manage. I love a nice fry-up and this was perfect. There was plenty of change out of a fiver and this price even included toast (or fried bread) plus a decent cup of tea! I will track this place down if I ever visit the area again.

Opened in January 2019 this new café has an extensive breakfast and lunch eat in or take away menu. Homemade fresh food cooked on the premises. Friendly helpful staff. I had an excellent coffee and toasted tea cake. Recommended
