First time visiting Riley’s today .Wow !!!! ,fantastic staff, food ,drinks .Nothing was to much trouble will definitely be back .ps Toilets also a credit to you x well done Riley’s .

Went on a quiet but sunny Sunday, looked like a decent place but was disappointed by a fairly "thin" Americano, ordered the veg breakfast, sadly they serve Quorn sausages which I loathe, & what must have been cheap beans & tinned mushrooms, the sauces on the table were some unknown alien substance that only remotely (very) tased of Tommy K or HP. Service was cheery, no issues there but why oh why for the sake of 50p and a bit of effort couldn't they make a decent plate of food, Get familiar sauces, use fresh mushrooms, stop buying Quorn veggy anything & invest in some baked beans that have some flavour.

I've been to Riley's multiple times. Always delicious food and drinks. Coffee is the perfect strength for me. Wide selection of homemade cakes and baked good. I've had the coffee and walnut cake and was highly recommend, massive slice too! Bacon's sandwiches are gorgeous, the bread is thick cut. I've had one of the mini breakfasts, which is just the right size for me. Can't fault the food. Service is always with a smile. Happy and friendly staff. All of the cafe is accessible by wheelchair/walker and they have a large accessible toilet at the back onf the cafe.

I've been coming to Riley's for a month or two now and I can't help but keep going back. There's a fantastic combo of good food, great drinks, fantastic cakes but the real deciding factor is the staff. Every single time I come here, every single staff member is always so smiley, so chatty and so kind. It's so nice to see in this day and age. Please never change! Massive thank you to Chris, Michaela, Kim, Josh, Jasmine and Ella. Thank you for always making myself and my friends feel so welcome! (Apologies if I misheard anyone's name!)

Riley's was a favourite haunt of my mum's, so much so that when she passed away we knew she would have wanted to have her wake there. Though it was a highly unusual request, Riley's were incredible. They are an integral part of Ramsgate community and knew mum and her friends well. It was lovely to be able to work with people that genuinely cared for mum, and were sad about her passing. They offered to close the cafe for the afternoon, for an incredibly reasonable price, and provided lots of varied and delicious food, even making sure there were many options for those with dietary requirements. They met all our needs, and even provided helpful suggestions for what we might like to have on the day. They set up a space for flowers, pictures and a remembrance book, and even set up their own touching tribute to mum. They created the perfect atmosphere for friends and family to be together and remember mum. From the music to the care of the staff, no one could have done a better job. Riley's is a place you should go if you want incredible cake, food, drinks, and most importantly to see friendly faces, get to know others and be known by them.

We happened to be passing and thought this place looked ok for a coffee which it was. We had small americanos with hot milk. The toilet was exceptionally clean!

Brilliant, Excellent, Highly Recommend this cafe. Never disappointed, it's our go to after shopping once a week, if we were in town more often we would use Riley's more often. The food is excellent value, very filling and well presented. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect for breakfast or lunch, good seating and plenty of space for prams. Good choice of menu and their cakes quiches and scones are all home made.

The service and coffee is very good and particularly like being able to purchase a Flat White that is a reasonable size

Brown toast instead of white (though swiftly corrected). Cold baked beans. Coffee tasted rather sweet.

Lovely service from this place, had coffee and toasties to takeaway Lovely fresh ingredients. Generous filling and it tasted of good quality ingredients. Place looked clean and tidy too and staff friendly. Worth a visit, ckes looked amazing too , massive scones ! definitely better than Costa or nero. Much cleaner, quicker and fresh !

Stopped here for a coffee and cake whilst venturing around Ramsgate. It was nice and clean inside, the coffee was good and the crossiant was delicious

Brilliant very friendly and helpful food is lovely and drinks various helpful. I will definitely go there again and there is plenty of room.

First time visotor today 19th December, great place went with my daughter while doing Christmas was very helpful to give me space with my mobility scooter as well. Friendly ,welcoming. Lovely hot chocolate, my daughter loved her milkshake. Will visit with my husband at some point.

I came for a nice little coffee and lunch, the tuna melt panini was beautiful, and the coffee was lovely and had cute latte art which is always appreciated by a fellow barista🥰 the staff were wonderful, thank you the young man who served us you were very welcoming and attentive. I wouldn’t give 5 stars just because my carrot cake was very dry and seemed like it was a few days old. But apart from that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend if you are in Ramsgate to try Riley’s , definitely the best cafe out of them all in Ramsgate area.

Huge English breakfast with lovely seeded toast, very filling and tasty. Nice jazz music. Very professional and friendly staff. Recommended!

Lovely cafe which was very clean and has very friendly and welcoming staff. The coffee was great and the coffee and walnut cake was simply delicious, best ever!

A fantastic coffee shop serving amazing coffees, sweet treats and breakfasts. The staff are wonderful and friendly which is the same as the food they serve. We have visited as a couple and as part of a group and every time the staff have been able to accommodate every need we have. The have multiple options to help with any dietary requirements and are always on hand to discuss any issues, even though we have never had one. Absolutely amazing service and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Ramsgate.

We visited today for a bite to eat and we were pleased with the range of coffees, teas and cake selection. We had the breakfasts and they were delicious! Nicely cooked eggs, quality sausage and delicious mushrooms. It was not a problem to swap items either which was good for those mushroom haters. They have prepared well to deal with COVID and have antibacterial gel available. Definitely recommend

Very friendly staff and tasty, good value food - can’t recommend this place enough! Cakes are all homemade, they have a great selection of teas and coffees and the breakfast is simply amazing! Five stars all day long.

Overheard older member of staff telling another that gloves weren't needed to unblock a toilet which is embarrassing and disgusting for any business especially when it is a coffee shop serving food and drink also staff like to talk about customers behind their back in the kitchen area thinking they are out of earshot but can be heard easily which is also disgraceful behaviour when these people are paying their wages

My wife comes here often so I decided to try it for lunch, not disappointed.. Great friendly service, lovely relaxing decor and atmosphere and very good food at a good price, mini breakfast is a great little treat and the latte is one of the best around.Keep up the good work here.

Had some time to kill so popped in for breakfast for one. Ordered the mini breakfast and cup of tea. Tea arrived in a pot enough for 2 cups. Food was amazing thick bacon and tasty sausages. Gorgeous setting that wouldn't look out of place in the west end. Soft jazz playing in the background real feel of a posh hotel. Try it you won't be sorry

1st time visit and found it to be a nice little cafe. Staff were friendly and food served quite quickly. Was very yummy too , will definitely return

Was here Wednesday and was not even busy but still took ages to serve me and my husband coffee and cake never again and very rude staff.

I go here on a regular basis, nearly every lunch time to meet my dad, sometimes we eat sometimes it's a hot drink. The team here are wonderful and caring. They take the time to know their customers and make it personal. Thank you

Been meaning to try this one out, and we were not disappointed. A great breakfast with good tea and coffee served with it. Easy disabled entry and accessible toilet available, so points all round.

I have been visiting Riley’s for many years (back when it was cafe latte), but since Chris & Kim took over the changes have been superb. Food is always hot and delicious, staff are polite and friendly and the cakes are amazing.

We are a couple of middle aged ladies from Australia and we called in a couple of weeks ago after driving from London. We were quite hungry and hadn’t had any lunch. It was about 3 o’clock so we asked for a coffee and a sausage roll. The cafe is very cosy with a very friendly welcoming ambience. Chris, the owner, had been talking to us as he was preparing our coffee and told us how he had taken over the shop not long ago. He was so friendly and welcoming. When he served us he had given us an extra complimentary sausage roll as it was late in the day. We were really grateful for his generosity. He told us he makes the pastries on the premises and gets his cakes from a local woman who bakes daily. Thanks to Chris we have fond memories of Ramsgate and we wish him lots of success in his business

Come here for breakfast sometimes and I am never disapointed, the lady call Michelle is always friendly and lovely to have a chit chat with even when she is busy. The main reason I come back here!

I have been here a couple of times now. The food & coffee are great, and they are really friendly. Will be going back soon!

Popped in while in town and am so pleased we did. Staff are lovely and very helpful, lovely and clean and loads of seating. You can sit in or outside. The menu is really good and service is really quick. The cakes are all homemade and taste amazing. I have now been twice and intend to visit again soon to make it through all the cakes they offer. 5 star well worth a visit.

We stopped off in Riley’s for breakfast on our first morning in Ramsgate. Really delicious home-made food, and I highly recommend the cheese and bacon puff pastries. I hadn’t seen anything like that before. I had a double espresso and my husband had a cappuccino. I’m a real coffee snob, so I always check whether the cafe has a proper coffee machine before going in. The coffee was good quality and well made. They were cooking up some lovely sounding vegetarian soup for lunch, so I think we might return for that later.

I pop in for a coffee and a tart whenever I’m in Ramsgate for woodcarving. Today I had a beautifully cooked full breakfast. Lovely food, good coffee, very friendly staff. Extremely happy with service.

what happened to the old Riley's??? I used to love going there. Today I went with my friend, ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 tuna melt panini. The plastic menu on the table was filthy, the cappuccino cups were half empty, they hardly put any milk in them, it was just froth, and guaranteed to keep you awake for a week!! As for the panini it had cheese that hardly melted and tuna in the middle of the panini that wasn't even spread evenly. Tasteless and over price. I went to ask for mayonnaise as the panini was so bland, i looked at the kitchen, it was so dirty, the rubbish bin was overflowing and someone was preparing food right near the bin!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Ordered breakfast but when it arrived the bacon was rock hard, sausages just cooked and brown toast even thoughvwe ordered white. We could nt eat it. Took ages befre anyone cleated our table as they knew we were not happy. When we did complain the attitude was "we always overcook everything" and that no one had complained before. Poor customer service

We were on a day visit to Ramsgate just down the road from Margate (Cliftonville) and spotted Rileys, coincidentally having the same surname we just had to go for Coffee and Cakes. We were served by a pleasant lady, Kim, who we found jointly ran the business with Chris. We must say that the coffee was second to none and blew spots off of Costa's and at a fraction of the cost Good luck to you both, you deserve it with customer service superb. By the way Kim hope you have a great holiday, you helped to make our visit most enjoyable.

Visited here a year or so ago and Breakfast was fine, Our latest visit today was not so good,Our breakfasts were overcooked, eggs solid,bacon hard and dried out,the large cup of tea that came with it however was good and strong.

Went with 5 workmates all had breakfast with different requirements. Not one came as ordered the tea which used to come in a pot came luke warm in a mug and the breakfast came at intervals over half an hour. Two didn't get any toast. No apologies so won't recommend and will never go back

I am an ex employee of this coffee house - it is disgusting. The sides are disgraceful and have no proper cleaning equipment. The raw food is touched by employees that do not wash their hands and some of it is out of date. They reheat chicken and beans in the same plates and bowls! They spoke about customers behind their backs and made fun of them, I only worked here for 2 shifts and decided to leave.

I am a staff nurse & used to regularly visit Rileys with patients & my P.A.T Pets As Therapy dog then one day a women told me that dogs where not allowed I explained he was a P.A.T dog & I had been visiting for a long time but she was clearly not a dog lover & said we had to leave& was extremely rude. I left a review on Tripadvisor & got a reply to say this was a mistake & we where welcome & they would even put a collection tin on the counter to raise money for Pets As Therapy. Wonderful I thought I am a forgiving person UNTIL today when I go in Rileys with a group of patients I say to the nice friendly man it is ok if he comes in the Pets As Therapy dog, he says yes he's better behaved then most of our customers.So we all start ordering our drinks & the dog hating women asks if we can sit outside with the dog. I inform her that all the seating outside is taken & she says that some people are offended by dogs ( clearly she is) I reminded her we had been through this before & I had been messaged to say he was welcome but she did not value thearapy dogs & we had to leave. We went to Cafe Nero where they make all dogs welcome & I most definately would never go to Rileys again.

I'm not sure that the bright white of the squirty cream would work in the Deep South west but the warm scone was excellent and the americano as good as always. Since it has become C & K Riley's little has changed except the welcome is even warmer and smiles broader! Thanks Kim and Chris

Cooked on a griddle, bacon and sausages, sourced from local butcher. Absolutely loved it. Coffee and service good as well.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast. The sausages are great. The breakfast is cooked on a griddle, brilliant for us Slimmingworld people. Would recommend their breakfast and coffee. A must try.

Dropped by at about 9:30 and had decaff cappuccino and the full English breakfast. Nicely cooked all round especially eggs and bacon, veggies tasted fresh, maybe the plate itself could have been warmed to keep toast and other items hot, generous hot beans though. Sausages were decent quality and bacon nice and lean. Probably have same again sometime. Food was delivered promptly.

I have used this lovely cafe since they opened and for coffee, hot chocolate, amazing, lovely drinks.

I love going to Riley's. The staff are all wonderful. All friendly and kind. I am the most awkward customer as i'm dairy free and gluten intolerant but they always cater to me with no huff or making me feel like a nuisance. I work not far away and only get a short lunch break but the will always prepare my coffee, lunch and a cake with soya milk and gluten free with no hassle ready for my arrival without me having to ask, they always remember.

I've been here 5 times in the past 2 weeks, 3 times solo, every time my weird and picky orders were done perfectly, very kind staff, chatty but not in your face, just nicely friendly and it appears nothing is too much for them when coffee is concerned! 4 members of staff have already memorised my usual.

A quick grab and go whilst on my way to work. A very well made cup of tea by a polite and formidable barista (Chris, with spiky hair and pierced ears?). Very affordable. Shame I didn't see winter hot chocolate/latte specials when making my purchase! Will return for food!

A perfect combination of light bites, larger meals and hot/cold drinks, all served with a smile (and usually a laugh) The menu is extensive and all good! but I reserve special praise for the cake range (with a cuppa)!

I visited for the first time with a friend. When I ordered I thought the prices were a bit high, but once we tasted the coffee, milk shake, croissant and scone with lovely jam and fresh cream, I realised it was worth the cost. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It’s lovely to sit in the covered terrace and see the world go by. I will definitely return when I am back in Ramsgate.

Had visited Rileys a number of times when we were in Ramsgate last year and gave it a five star rating. Visited twice this year but felt that the service was a bit patchy that is why we have reduced the rating. Coffee still excellent but bit much having to wait over 10 minutes for it if busy.

After going to most of the cafes and coffee shops in ramsgate we came across rileys. it was a busy afternoon for the shop and staff seemed to be doing everything with not many of them there. saying this everyone seemed to be on top of everything and so happy, maybe sometimes you dont need a lot, you just need the best.

Went for a walk today in Ramsgate stopped for an all day breakfast £5 each with free pot of tea. Friendly attentive staff , lovely cooked breakfast 2 sausage 2 bacon, 2 egg mushroom, toms and beans 2 slices toast! Great value

A great experience overall, highly recommend the pizza they now do, it's a refreshing change to the usual. Staff are friendly, my compliments to the management on a well run establishment.

I use Riley's on an almost daily basis. Their coffee is superb, always done to perfection and even made to cater to your request. The staff are so friendly and polite and take their time to make sure you get everything you need before you leave. Highly recommended!!!

i had been going in here for a little while,mind you only for coffee really as food is really expensive,all the staff are really nice apart from the manager who seems to have let the power go to his head,we like out coffee hot not luke warm but got help you if you complain, my mother was talked down to like a chlld but i put this jumped up boy in his place after all its the customers that pay his wages so please be aware

I use this place daily for coffee and food. The staff are all very friendly and i have never had to wait very long to be served even during their busy periods. Food is great as is the coffee.

Have been using this place for some time now at least a couple of times a week but won't be using it any more waiting time has increased even if the place is empty you wait at least 10 minutes for a coffee then it's only Luke warm and when you do ask for a hot one the manager is not happy and resorts to treating his customers like naughty children linaughtnnaughty ch

Popped in for a quick coffee whilst the management had her hair done and it was good. The place was clean and staff so efficient that my coffee was cleared from my table while I went to the loo, which was clean and tidy. I did get a replacement coffee without any problem.

Looking for a sit-down out of the rain we popped into Rileys and we're so glad we did. What a find, excellent coffee, lovely atmosphere and a very clean loo, what more do you want. Although we didn't eat, the food looked great, wish I hadn't eaten a large breakfast before we went out! Returned several times during our 3 day stay in Ramsgate and hope to return again soon.

Went here for lunch. Had a jacket potato with coronation chicken for my wife and jacket potato with mayonnaise for me with a cappuccino. Nice meal spoilt by the rudeness of a female member of staff who bossed one of the customers about and was too ignorant to say thank you when I backed up to let her pass. Training needed.

Came here for the first time with my sister yesterday, after meaning to pop in for quite a while. Staff are pleasant, and the two who run the place are lovely to talk to and always look happy when working. We both had a milkshake, topped with cream and marshmallows they were delicious as reasonably priced. Glad I finally came in :D

The cafe seems to have gone down hill a bit,the staff seem to be under stress although polite just not the finish there used to be,tables seem late in being cleared,I had a sandwich it was cut not in half but 1/4 & 3/4 no finish

Been here quite a few times love sitting outside when nice and warm, I do like there latte coffee and staff are very pleasant can be a bit on the slow side service wise and depending on what you have can be bit on expensive side but definitely recommend this place

Old cafe latte staff always friendly & polite. I have been taking my Pets As Therapy dog regularly to this cafe for almost a year with a group of patients. To be told today he was no longer allowed. Luckily there are other cafes who know the good work Pets As Therapy dogs do & we will continue to frequent them.

Greeted, order taken, served promptly, great coffee, relaxing environment ... job done! Well worth a visit.

Always liked this venue but on this occasion very slow service, over 15 mins for a coffee, other customers served drinks before us and the order was wrong.

I ordered a tuna melt and it took a very long time to get to my table. My little one not so happy about it. Food was average.

I used to deliver coffee to people and drunk the coffee but to date I have not found anything that comes close untill now cafe latte is the best and has the best coffee by far keep it up.

If you want food in a rush this is not the place for you. If you want excellent food freshly cooked in a friendly relaxing atmosphere and have time to wait and enjoy then we would recommend this place every time. Cakes are delicious. Small cosy friendly and the locals hide away treat

The whole branch of the company I work for are regulars here and never have any complaints. The staff are fantastic - friendly and polite and game for a laugh. would not go ANYWHERE else!

The tea here was lovely and staff incredibly friendly. Came here to have a quick meet-up with family and even though I've heard how good Caffe Latte is, I've not been since it's opening!! Lovely tea, good selection of cakes on view. Definitely recommend. Decor was lovely, and plenty of space for all!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable with a very relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful choice of foods made to order and beautiful homemade cakes which are different every time we go in! Whenever we go for lunch in ramsgate we don't go anywhere else

Excellent value for money food. Best breakfast food for miles around at a very pleasing price.. if you want egg on toast or any breakfast items any time of the day is convenient for them all cooked fresh nothing is pre cooked. .Very good selection Paninis, sandwiches, cakes etc all at affordable prices .

There was a group of us in Ramsgate for the day and looking for a cafe/restaurant where some of the party could eat and others just enjoy a coffee and Caffe Latte seemed to meet the bill. We were greeted in a really welcoming manner, orders taken without any fuss or confusion and the food and coffees were served hot and promptly. The food was really good, clearly freshly prepared and very reasonably priced and i'm informed the coffees were excellent as well. The atmosphere was really nice in there as well, perfectly relaxed and the staff were very attentive. We will definitely be visiting again next time we are in Ramsgate, places like this deserve to succeed.

This is one of my favourite places to go for a coffee. The food is great too, freshly prepared and served quickly. The cakes are yummy aswell !

I always pop into Caffe Latte whenever I'm in Ramsgate, even though it's only once every few months there's always someone there who recognises me & asks after my sister, who was pregnant last time she visited. They have a fantastic deal on cake, with a generous slice & a great cup of coffee for £3.50. I tried their nutoffee cake, it is lush! All the cakes are freshly homemade & you can really tell the difference from the commercial cakes you get in popular chains. Toasties are my fave, tasty & great value for money. Apparently they also offer catering so I'm looking into this for the christening.

I often pop in here whilst I'm shopping in Ramsgate town. I have to say the service is very very good. All the staff are very friendly and chatty. I felt very welcome and the atmosphere was relaxed. I enjoy the cappuccino here. I've not eaten here yet but I will do soon.

My wife and I were visiting Ramsgate last Saturday, when we came across a coffee shop called caffe latte .We decided to have lunch,the shop was very busy when we walked in.The lady on the till greeted us and took our food and drinks order...We took our seats in a very comfortable surroundings. Our meal was brought over to us.with all the condiments. We had full English breakfast which was very well presented and hot..The quality of the coffee and the breakfast were excellent. We will recommend this friendly and welcoming coffee shop. We will definitely return. Keep up the good work all of you at CAFFE LATTE.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is delicious, some of the best coffee I've ever tasted and amazing coffee art on the top. Food is well priced and very appealing. Very highly recommended.
