I had the pleasure of dining at Cinnamon Restaurant recently, and I can honestly say it was a standout experience from start to finish

Absolutely amazing food and great service we arrived in the late evening so we were the only ones there but still outstanding

We have ordered to Castlebury Barn where we on holiday and Cinnamons have delivered and the food is amazing and the service is second to none.... please order from there.....AMAZING

Really delicious Indian cuisine, great service. Quiet atmosphere as we ate early but more customers were dining when we'd finished. Generous helpings too so good value. They don't serve alcohol but you can take your own with you and there is no corkage charge. Will definitely go again when visiting Axminster.

The Lamb Bhuna was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Despite being busy the service was quick and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

Another fabulous meal, celebrating my husbands birthday. A surprise birthday cake made the evening even more special. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, it’s fast become one of our favourite places to dine out.

Absolutely disgusted by the meal I had delivered tonight, both curry's looked and tasted the exact same, chips were also missing. I have ordered from this place for a year and these were the blandest curries we ever had! Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money that we paid! The chef needs to be trained! No longer will we order from cinnamons again, thanks but no thanks! The poppadoms were also burnt and why you think that delivering extra poppadoms with the chips would be welcome befuzzeled me! Disgusted is an understatement.

We did not visit Cinnamons Indian Restaurant. Ordered Home delivery Arrived today 21/09/1924 to start our holiday at Manor Farm Charmouth. Ordered a home delivery from Cinnamons Indian Restaurant. Excellent service, lovely food. Would definitely recommend. We will be looking forward To visiting the restaurant while here on holiday. Thank to the chef for lovely food 10/10

consistent Indian food best in Devon....I had the Chicken Tikka Bhuna Madras hot with the best keema naan...my go to choice.

Ordered a meal on line got it home and had no rice the curry had one piece of chicken in it and one prawn which should have not been in there will not use again

First time here , staff very welcoming and polite , the North Indian garlic chilli chicken was very disappointing, they had burnt two large chilli’s and put these into the dish , this added a very strong flavour that really put me off from eating , the smell was very off putting too. Very smoky burnt smell. I’ve had many garlic chilli’s in my time and this was very disappointing. Mushroom rice was good.

The most delicious prawn dhansak, chicken korma,poppadoms and peshwari - all Delivered by a very polite and lovely man to our holiday cottage. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Beautifully spiced curries and light fluffy rice. One of the best Indian takeaways we’ve had for a very long time. Thank you so much!

Excellent Indian food for an excellent price! We were here on a Sunday evening. Only guests at the restaurant, but many people coming in for take away. Staff were very friendly. If you are in the mood for some nice Indian food, don’t hesitate!

This was our 2nd visit to cinnamons. Absolutely delicious, great service and good pricing. The owner made us feel very welcome and always has a laugh and giggle with our children. Highly recommended. Would definitely visit again.

Had a take away curry from here this evening and it was probably the best Indian curry I have had. Amazing flavours, great texture to the sauce, and really generous portions. If I could have given the food score a 6, I would of!!!. Will deffo order again before the weeks out!

The best curry restaurant I have been to. We had been before years ago and booked again. The restaurant was just as good at lunchtime now as it was evening meal the first time.

We had a quick takeaway and the service and food was fine - big portion and fresh and good value, just nothing special. If eating in u can take your own drink corkage free - which is good.

We are staying ina rental cottage in Winsham on holiday and wanted to have a curry out. We decided on Cinnamons and we were not disappointed. The food was really delcious and the portions very generous. I especially enjoyed the chicken pathia. All 6 of us enjoyed our meal.

Lovely food, good value for money!

We ordered for a delivery. The food was really nice and arrived promptly still hot however we were sadly let down by there being a hair found in one of the dishes and the naan was slightly burnt. Despite this we would definitely order here again.

My daughter and I are on holiday and saw this Indian delivers to Hawkchurch resort and spa which was brilliant !! Food was delicious. The paneer tikka was really good and loved the mint chutney. Food was hot and delivery guy very friendly. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you

Here for a holiday and fancied a curry. Collected order, got home only to find one dish missing. Called them back up and they arranged for it to be delivered to us. Delivery chap was very pleasant and walked the food to our lodge from the main car park. To our surprise it wasn’t just the dish we were missing but also some sides, more poppadoms and a portion of pilau rice. A lovely touch that was greatly appreciated. Went to see a show at Axminster Guildhall and ate at Cinnamons afterwards. It is a lovely restaurant and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent (I had fish Korahi). The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bhangra music, set just the right atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

Had a very tasty takeaway from here with a large choice of dishes we have not seen before. Only negative was we ordered through the just eat app and when we collected, the man checking the food said everything was there but when we got to our cabin we we’re missing a dish, rang up to notify them and they arranged for it to be delivered and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to receive not only the dish we we’re missing but also rice ,poppadoms and onions bhaji Which turn a negative start to our holiday into a pleasant one.

I placed a large order for 11 guests, including myself. I was able to accept that the order would be later than quoted. 8:10pm was quoted, and I ordered at around 7 pm. The food didn't arrive until around 8:45pm. The food was warm, but it wasn't hot, but considering the size of the order, perhaps I have some sympathy. Unfortunately, the first delivery was incomplete. The second delivery came about 10 minutes later to swap a delivery of empty bags for a sizeable portion of poppadoms and to acknowledge a missing side dish. At that point, I had to report a main meal was also missing. So, a third delivery came out about 15-20 minutes later to complete the order. It didn't ruin the evening, but it caused me considerable stress as the host. I'm a regular customer, and the restaurant is usually reliable and high quality, but I will reconsider using delivery.

We ordered from here during our recent stay in Kilmington and it was honestly one of the best curries we have ever had! Food was delivered piping hot by a super friendly gent and quickly. For the cost of the meal we were super impressed with what we received. Would highly recommend this curry house.

Wednesday special menu is hood, but it is 2 courses not the 3 it advertises, but still excellent value.

Living in London where there are many great Indian restaurants I never hold out much hope for the food in other more rural areas. This place, however, was a real find. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food, not oily or over salty just really, really tasty. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again if I were in the area.

Great Indian, friendly staff. We enjoyed the Slay the Dragon starter. Really good garlic naan. It's BYOB and staff kindly pointed out the coop over the road to get a beer from.

Had notification to say order was delivered so panicked a bit as we hadn’t received! Called the restaurant to be told it was still out for delivery. 20 minutes after expected time we had the delivery. Driver was lovely though!

Very disappointed with our meal at Cinnamon’s. We booked a restaurant meal and it was very clear their priority was their takeaway business. We were presented with food before the previous course was finished and the bill IMMEDIATELY after finishing the main course. We had not asked for it and were not offered a dessert menu or coffee. Food itself was average, and certainly not anyway good enough to forgive any of the above. Possibly only a viable option if you’re after a very average takeaway. Will not be recommending or returning

The food itself was good but not everything we ordered turned up. We were three dishes short and obviously by the time it turned up everything else was cold.

Ordered a set meal to be delivered to our holiday accommodation. Arrived on time and there was a lovely selection of dishes, all well cooked and with great flavours. Pleased with our choice!

Lovely meal with large potions. I had lamb biryani and the meat was tender, lean, and slow cooked. The vegetable curry was flavoursome and full of vegetables. The girls had a chicken korma which they demolished. My husband had chicken tikka dansak which he loved!

Ordered via just eat at 1853. Was given a delivery time of 1940 - 2000. It finally arrived at 2100. I made several calls to cinnamon asking for update. When it did arrive it was OK. I would order again but would collect in person.

Recommend - support local businesses, especially when the food is authentic and very good. Chicken chana balti comes in as our fav dish. Great to see freshly cooked food and no lakes of ghee to be seen. Go try it!

Delivery drivers is more like drug dealers And if you call the property they pretend not to speak English I make every effort to speak to people as I expect to be speaking to Not here Waste of £35 food was absolutely rubbish And cold When you call to resolve the matter no one seems to speak English !!!

Every year we come down to Bridport and every year we finish up having a meal at cinnamons before we head back to London. The guys are charming and the food is even better. They're well priced and amazing value for money. Couldn't be happier with the meal for 7, even the fussiest of the children was satisfied! 5 stars cya again next year!
