Food not good we paid 32 pound for 2 people

Still trading even though the shop is closed . Still making food from the rushes in Loughborough . . How they’re able to close a shop and run a business from another buisness with out public knowledge is one for trading standards I’ll be contacting them with my pictures and videos . Do not eat here

Just ordered for home and it was a waste of £24.15 No taste meat over cooked quality of meat was bad has had to pull the gristle off the meat , and the tandoori sauce was radioactive red which we cant wash off the only stuff which was normal was the poppadoms and naan, as I am writing this my stomach is starting to turn.

Very good service and very very nice food

Best Indian cuisine we have ever had, It was my Sisters 60th birthday, The staff went above and beyond to make her birthday great, and it was. For 18 people all our starters were Hot and sooo tasty. Main meals were done to perfection plenty to eat and great timing. All the birthday extras the table had from the Staff were very thoughtful and heartwarming, all we can say is, we all will being making regular visits to Cinnamon Lounge to enjoy more lovely nights out. Maybe not 18 at a time though, 🤭 Update,,,,,,,, Had 2 deliveries since lockdown stopped, food was Fast, Hot, again really lovely. Free delivery we live in Barrow Upon Soar, Lovely delivery guy.

This evening we enjoyed a takeaway meal from Cinnamon. The meal was delivered promptly. The food including main meal, starters and side dishes was excellent. I thoroughly recommend.

Ordered take away. I have never given a negative review for anyone till today. I was so so disappointed I had to do it this time. Please taste the food before you serve your customers. And know the standard of food served by restaurants around. The food was not freshly made, absolutely no taste, very bland. Easily one my worst take away experience. I hope you make necessary changes and serve better.

I've always looked forward to eating at cinnamon every time we come to Loughborough from London. But we won't be going there again. Last night the meal was so disappointing that I had to complain..

Turned up for the Sunday buffet at 1 o'clock. And it's not open! What a waste of our time

it was ok. nothing special like we would have liked. mains were very saucy. Not enough spices or vegetables in curries. weve have much better so can only rate 2 stars.

Service was ridiculously slow for an almost empty restaurant..didnt feel waited on. Food was good enough but childrens tikka masalas were far too sweet...not a nice atmosphere in there...is basically a takeaway place that has some tables. Toilet was leaking all over the floor which was grim.

Best Indian restaurant in Loughborough

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been too. Friday evening and the restaurant was fairly quiet but we got great service. Food is amazing and fairly decent price. Probably only second to Out Of India in my opinion in the area. Will we go again ? Hundreds of times

Good service and staff but the restaurant is in major need of a clean/renovation. Torn sofas, filthy walls and ceiling. Toilets out of order, no soap and the dispenser was hanging off the wall in the disabled toilet that was in use! 2 tables occupied on a saturday night. Food was edible but nothing special for the price, would question hygiene.

Have eaten here several times now and the food and service is always excellent.

More ought to discover the super food from the excellent and very experienced chef here, the ambiance, the friendly service - and the complete ease of parking right outside. The "thali" dishes [the meat one for me] are completely delicious with their mixtures of flavours. Recently, l took a wonderfully sprightly 90-yr-old friend who loves Indian food but who'd never eaten here, nor had a thali. The photo [if uploaded OK] shows the dish... and I have to report that she devoured the lot, and instantly vowed to book her 91st Birthday Dinner here!! A real gem of a place, but curiously not nearly as well-known as it deserves to be. I'm just off there now, treating some more friends! It'll be first-rate.

Sunday 3 course lunch for £7.95 ..food was excellent and plentiful but restaurant looked a little tired and in need of redecorating

On walking into here I felt the cold .. The food was very good . But it wasn't very pleasant to sit in with a draft in my back ! Didn't help I suppose from the lack of customers. There was our party and four other people . Also your ladies toilet the floor was slippy and not the most cleanest toilet iv been in if I'm honest . We did enjoy our night however .

Grate food !! excellent service !! It's just never open on time !! As we work shifts we don't have that much time to waste !! So we have taken are custom somewhere else !!

Our first visit here and came with an open mind due to some of the reviews!! Well what a lovely surprise the food was better than RYANS AND SALIMS!! We sat watching the chefs busy creating in the kitchen while we wait for our starter. It arrives presentation and flavour 10/10 Main arrives presentation and flavour 10/10 Finally service was of a standard I'd expect in a fine dine restaurant we are really happy with our whole experience thank you for your hard work. :)

One star for 3 hour wait for 10 people from starters to main - excluding dessert. Takeaways appeared to take priority on the night. Staff effort was admirable but disorganised, the food was found to be below average by all diners in our party. As an eating environment, the restaurant was not inviting. Maybe this was just a really bad night for the team...?

My parents got extream food poisoning here! In fact it was that bad that they almost died! However in the name of honest reviews I will say that the place looks nice, nice décor, clean and friendly staff, but the waiting time is a total joke. I have not been back since that happened to my parents and I will never go back. My parents used to get a Indian every week, but since this happened two years ago, they physically can not ever eat Indian again as they r too scared of it happening again, they won't even go anywhere else. I don't like leaving bad reviews for places as I feel bad, but I have to be honest and they really did nearly die from eating here. So you decide if you want to come here, at least I've properly informed people

Chose to eat here after reading Google reviews and Trip Advisor. Restaurant wasn't busy, but it was a Tuesday (notoriously the quietest day of the week for restaurants). Food was presented well, delivered quickly to table, and tasty. The onion bhajees were not "fresh" and a little greasy, but tasted good. The naan bread (Keema) didn't appear to have been made to order, but again tasted good. Mushroom rice a little oily, but good too. Very reasonably priced, and staff attentive. Will visit again I am sure

Was visiting the area and randomly popped into this place. Really nice food at good value. Had a delicious, perfectly cooked, melt-in-the-mouth monkfish dish for under a tenner! Would return if I’m ever in the Midlands again.

We had a takeaway a couple of days ago and it was shocking, Over cooked, rubbery reheated chicken and the gravy was all onion, Do yourselves a favour and don't go the cinnamon lounge. Never again.

Love this place and go here often for Sunday buffet but they really could do with more variety in the buffet or at least try different dishes every so often as gets a bit monotonous. A la carte is highly recommended.

Quite good but there are better Indian restaurants in town. The food is good but not exceptional and there are some good value deals on the quieter nights.
