The food is always delicious, good portions so I always have some leftovers to take home- and good value for money. This is my go-to Indian place in the area😊

I recently had the worst dining experience I’ve ever encountered at this restaurant. Not only was the customer service appalling, but they also tried to overcharge us, hoping we wouldn’t notice. When we pointed it out, the staff was dismissive and unapologetic, making it clear they were more interested in squeezing extra money out of us than in offering any genuine hospitality or respect. I’ve never felt compelled to walk out of a restaurant before, but this was a truly unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise against dining here, and I will absolutely never return.

Finally find a place where we can enjoy with friends and family for dinner. After move on Waltham cross area find quite difficult to good out for dinner. Cinnamon lounge food is so delicious and the staff are so friendly. One of the best place in Waltham cross if anyone wants go for a dinner. ❤️

Been using the Cinnamon lounge for several years now for home delivery via Just Eat app. The food is always very tasty and delivery is friendly always prompt hot and often arrives earlier than time quoted. Good location and service but food needs work. Vegetarian food was good. We also loved the lamb pathilla and seafood bhuna, but butter chicken needs more authenticity. Please look into it.

 Cinnamon Lounge for decades. Hands down they are the best Indian takeaway in Hertfordshire. The food is great every single time. They are always able to accommodate whenever we have a request. Unless we’re away on holiday, we wouldn’t order from anywhere else. 100% recommend.

Beat Indian Restaurant in North London. Food is well presented and beautifully made. The service is top too. Old school. Waiters will assist customers with their jackets and wish them well. I always leave here feeling full, happy and content.

Hidden gem in North London! Had an anniversary dinner with me wife and we had a great evening out l. The food was delicious with alot of options to select from. I arrived at the restaurant on a Saturday night @ 22.00hrs, apart from a large party of around 12 people i was the only other customer. I was greeted & seated, my drink order was taken & I was offered poppadoms (Which I declined). I ordered the mixed biriyani, plain rice, Bombay aloo, & a nann bread. Nothing fancy. Whilst waiting for my food the party of people started to come up to the counter. One member wanted to pay for what they had had separately from the main group, the staff member behind the counter seamed put out by this request, and kept repeating that the customer should have stated at the beginning of the evening that that is what he wanted to do. It felt like a harmless request seeing as they wasn't rushed off of their feet with lots of customers. My food arrived and was presented well, my plate, although not cold was only just luke warm, I plated up my food and proceeded to eat. Let me start by saying the biriyani was perfectly spiced in my opinion, (a biriyani is my go to dish whenever I have Indian food & over the years I've eaten more than I care to think of) My mixed biriyani of lamb & chicken was so delicately spiced as not to overwhelm each component. The lamb was plentiful though unfortunately the chicken was a little inconspicuous, the vegetable curry that accompanied was again spiced nicely though slightly bland, just green beans & potato, the bombay aloo was in very large chunks of potato, the sauce was very under spiced, infact the whole dish was a disappointment. No my biggest problem with the whole meal was the actual temperature, it was just warm, I could have complained there and then & in hindsight probably should have asked them to heat it up some more, but I never. Whilst I was eating the rest of the party came up to the counter, (I was sat at a 2 seat table directly opposite) I heard the customer question the bill especially the drinks charges, somethings were said and agreed then the bill was settled and everyone left, leaving only myself in the restaurant. I was able to finish my meal quickly as previously stated it wasn't hot. I paid a fair price and on leaving I was asked whether it was my first experience of the cinnamon lounge. It was & in all probability will be my last also. + & - + perfectly spiced biriyani + plenty of lamb + good nann (though shouldn't mess this up as a staple ) - only just warm food - hardly any chicken - tasteless bombay aloo - bland vegetable curry - no atmosphere - disagreement with customer over payment Sorry Cinnamon Lounge but it is a disappointing review that I feel I have to leave.

Normally I pick up my order but this time I asked for delivery, I’m about 400 yards from shop but too tired to walk there. Wasn’t told it’ll be one hour till I called back to see how much longer after 40 mins, bad business policy after you paid. Food always just above average but this is the last time I use them as local support. Especially when they laugh giggle we’re busy. Mr G

Nice food but buffet is very limited. 9 dishes, of which is bread. Run out of food too quickly and take quite a while to replenish. I would say worth it as the price is reasonable but do not expect too much.

We booked a table on a Friday night for 6 people and it was quite last minute. We were accommodated straight away. The food was delicious and the staff very welcoming, friendly and entertaining. The guy that looked after us especially was the guy with glasses - sorry didn't get his name . My fiancé is Indian and very picky when it comes to Indian food and we absolutely love the food at cinnamon lounge. Keep ot up guys! Well done amazing job chef!

Had a great time here! The food was excellent, we ordered the Aloo Gobi and the Lamb Xacti both were very delicious. The staff were really lovely to us and was very attentive! We were treated very well and the customer service was great! Just wish they had some mango lassi on the menu!

Ordered a take away on Just Eat. Waited nearly two hours. Kept trying to call, number engaged. When they did answer the man didn’t answer my question just said “yes one minute” and hung up on me. Another call that was eventually answered no one spoke but I could hear people in the background. We ended up cancelling the order. Too late to order from anywhere else. We had toast.

Ordered food and took more than an hour to be ready. I had to go to the restaurant when I paid for delivery becauae it was not arriving and my kids were starving. When I arrived there it was two tables with people eating in the restaurant , so it was not even busy. The man was very rude telling me that weekends are busy and I should wait up to 1:30h. Obviously if you’re that busy I do not know why you keep accepting orders. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Never again here

Good but they gave me food posioning on Thursday night and it's now Saturday night smh YOU NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL, CLEANER, AND KEEP MEAT PROPERLY. PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CLEAN THEIR HANDS

Very very disappointed. It’s the first time we ordered a takeaway from here, as our local is closed on Tuesdays. Portions extremely small, curries have very little meat, just filled out with peppers and onions. What we normally order from our usual is generously enough for two but this was barely enough!!! And considering a whole £5 more than usual. Both curries tasted exactly the same only difference is that one was chicken with massive tomato chunks and the other lamb with massive pieces of peppers and onions. The chick pea and spinach was just thrown together, tinned chick peas and frozen spinach, did not have any authentic flavours Unfortunately will not be ordering from there again. This is definitely an ‘English’ Indian not authentic at all

Five blokes just dined here. Thursday evening. Starters and mains very plentiful and very tasty. Really good food. Only gripe is the slow service. Waited a dogs age for starters then mains. Staff friendly but so are we. We will be returning….Cheers

Had a meal here mid-week. It was completely empty apart from us, but this is no reflection on the restaurant. The food was really good. We had the set menu, which was very reasonably priced. No way we could finish it though because the portions were large, so we decanted to take out boxes. Attentive, polite staff; good food, what's not to like?

Was a wonderful experience, top tier staffing, lovely hot towels after, food was on point madras was lovely. Rice was hot and fresh. Even complimentary baileys and chocolates can't complain!

Turned up to the buffet on Sunday evening. Nothing special. Says £10.95 per person on menu but was charged a bit more. Food looked like it was sitting there a while and had a stained serviette which the waiter turned over so I don't see and walked away.

i come into this place for 22 years and what can I say always the food is absolutely delicious I would recommend to anyone come to this lovely restaurant lovely staff what a lovely place to sit down and eat some good food and all I can say food is absolutely delicious I’ve tried all different places around the area and this one beats them all if I could give it 10 stars I will give it 10 stars have a lovely day

Ordered a takeaway and it was the absolute worst, ordered 2 curries and few starters and naans, everything was so sweet?? I dont understand how that can be possible, the curries were sweet, the naans were sweet, the starters were sweet, i will never be ordering again!

Booked for New Years eve after the restaurant was recommended by a friend. A group of 7 of us 5 adults and 2 children. Two families, the first arrived at 7pm and were seated and waitied 20 mins to get someones attention and ordered a drink then then the others arrived at 7.20pm and sat down and again waited 30 mins for anyone to come over having called a couple of staff who kept saying one minute. When the drinks finally arrived we then took the opportunity to order our meal. The waiter made very poor excuses that due to it being New Years eve and lots of takeaway/on line orders we should order quickly but might have a little wait. The restautant only had approx 30 guest in total througout the evening. After being completely ignored for a further hour watching 2 couples leave due to the bad service our starters finally arrived @ 9pm. The waiter was very unattentive and proceeded to hand the food over our heads to get to the end of the table rather than walk around. We then sat for a further hour now having asked 3 waiters at different junctures where our mains were and being told the kitchen had calmed down and they were on their way. Bearing in mind we had 2 small children with us who had been waiting 3 hours for their dinner!! at 10.15pm our mains arrived at this point you are beyond hungry and damn right fed up. The kids were tired not happy and this was supposed to be New Years Eve. There was no music to create some kind of atmosphere and to top it all it was like a scene from Fawlty Towers with the only background sound the constant ringing of the phone, and the sound of yet another customer complaining about the wait time ranging from 2 - 3 hours. By the time we started to eat the Keema naan and 2 Peshwari naan were both returned to the kitchen as they were under cooked and still very doughy. Unfortunately although the rest of the food was relatively tasty after such a long wait we were unable to enjoy it. We gave up and asked for the bill at this stage ONLY did the waiter make any effort to communicate and asked if we wanted a complimentary drink unfortunately he was about 3.5 hours too late. We discussed this with the Manager who until that point also did not make any effort to tend to any of his customers or apologise for the wait having seen how long we had all been waiting for our food. So to summerise customer service rating 0, Atmosphere 0, service 0 and food 3 shame they really did not give customer service a thought I will not be returning and would not recommend!

Regular takeaway, occasional collection but As always cinnamon lounge delivers, food is always gorgeous and tastes amazing, staff in person or on the phone are very friendly and nice, food is always fresh and delivered in a reasonable time, drivers always courteous and pleasant

Been visiting and ordering from cinnamon for years, the dishes are always full of flavour and hot, the owner takes pride in his restauraunt, and the service is spot on. Atmosphere is always good. Should have put a review a long time ago! Always trying new things well worth it every time.

I came here with the other half to celebrate our anniversary. I called and for once booked a table in advance. Arrived and was seated straight away. Food arrived quickly and was delicious… typical Indian food. The reason I have given it a three was the service. The waiter practically kept throwing the food on our table and was really miserable. My partner tried to joke with him and make him smile about the dessert… not even a glimmer of the pearly whites. The service was so poor that I wondered if that was the reason why the bill arrived with no service charge on it. I then thought if I gave him a couple of quid service charge I might get a smile or a thank you but alas no such luck, he was as miserable as a 90 year old virgin! Would I go again- no, only because I thrive on excellent service and there are a lot more restaurants near by to try.

Probably the best Indian restaurant in Enfield. The food is delicious, deliveries on time or a bit earlier. Used to eat here after drinking at the Moon & Cross (in-house service just as good as their deliveries). Excellent staff, welcoming (and the boss is very friendly) hope to be back there before Christmas.

Great food, atmosphere & service.

Less than impressive food although service was par. Upon asking at the time of reservation, whether it was a Bangladeshi restaurant, I was told by Mohammed that it wasn't and they served authentic Indian style cuisine. Only when served a typical Bangladeshi style biryani and tandoori, did I realise that I had been taken for a ride.

Service is very poor and we orded food as we like spicy but they served mild and sweet food we were really disappointed we asked chilli naan it was sweet. The mattar paneer was sweet only 3 small pieces rediculas.

Great food and a really varied, interesting menu of standard and unusual dishes, unfortunately the service is nice but painfully slow, waited over an hour and half from ordering to serving food isn't acceptable, even took 3 times to ask and 20 minutes just to get the bill, could be so much better.

Food is not bad. But we ate better. But they are far from the restaurant's appearance. The decor as in the 90s, you can see the mess, drink boxes. Although the place is empty, food takes a long time. And now the worst thing I've heard is a waiter belching! This is disgusting and unacceptable. We will definitely not go back there!
