Lovely place and great food. Great service too.

Every Sunday we get a Sunday special.. amazing deal.. it does take a while for delivery but coming from.Thetford to Diss on their busiest day, it's understandable Brilliant food. Only suggestion I would make is don't put cold salad in the hot bags whilst delivering please. But the madras is amazing and chicken Mo mos are banging !! 😋

Rubbish they advertise around where I live and then when you order they just Vance your order and won't deliver here ! Wasters

Ordered food from just eat so can't comment on atmosphere. However the food was amazing the chicken was tender and the flavour was bang on. will definitely be ordering from them again

Our order arrived missing the chicken korma. I phoned and was told I could have one sent out but it would be around an hour or I could have a discount off my next order. I stated that I wanted a refund for this part instead. After discussion this was agreed but unfortunately despite me trying to contact them numerous times, this has still not been received. Very disappointing as have used them previously with no issues.

Saturday night, and we hadn't booked a table. They were able to squeeze us in on the little table by door (which is in an awkward place. With door opening towards us) however we were thankfull as in less than 30mins the resturant was full to the brim with pre booked reservations and other walk in diners having to be turned away. Drinks are very reasonably priced. We enjoyed poppadoms (no green spicy dip but a new red dip I've not had before, not spicy though) a main each and a side each. The overall bill was cheap! We will be back again (with a pre-booked table) staff friendly and attentive

We always use Cinnamon for takeaway Indian food, but come to the restaurant on special occasions. The food and service never disappoints. 10/10

I would love to tell you about the food but it never arrived. Ordered delivery and it took them 2 hours to prepare when the time estimate said 45 mins. I didn't even wait to receive it and just canceled the order. Service on the phone was dumb asf, told me another 25 mins after being over by 25 mins and no dice still. Maybe the food is good but I couldn't tell ya since we never got it. Maybe someday we can make delivery great again.

Food was 2 hours late, freezing cold and the customer service when we called 3 times were rude and lied to us about it being on the way. The food is massively overpriced for such a small portion. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had!

If ordering in Just Eat, be aware the address is wrong. The app said it was 20mins for collection, Cinnamon confirmed it for 45 mins later. Turned up 45 mins later and the food still wasn’t ready, I waited an extra 15 mins after turning up. Food is nice but be prepared for a LONG wait.

Food was lovely, and staff so friendly and polite.

Ordered the cinnamon Sunday special for takeaway and the portion sizes were quite stingy. Probably won't order again as it's not worth it if it's going to be half full containers. Food was fine but lack of sauce made it all a bit dry.

Ordered a takeaway, the order was wrong when it arrived. Food looked and tasted awful. Returned takeaway to restaurant asking for a refund, as a paying customer I was not happy with their service/product. Was told this is not a valid reason for a refund (£35 odd), laughed at and told to leave. 1 star is too much, should be 0.

First time at Cinnamon. Really impressed. Very tasty food, better than our normal go to Indian restaurant. Great service, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and facilities very clean. Restaurant was busy but waiting times weren’t too long and the background noise wasn't excessive. We will definitely be back, id recommend you try it too.

Everything absolutely great from food to service, all member of staff polite and smile. From delivery to eating in all the way is good quality.

Sadly, when the food arrived a couple of hours late it was Luke warm and I also had to play find the meat in the Keema rice numerous phone calls were made to see where our food was and no end of excuses. Will I use them again? Probably not will I recommend them? Probably not the best thing about the whole thing was the politeness of the delivery driver.

Just had another takeaway from here, delivery was almost spot on the time given, everything was piping hot and absolutely delicious!!! Great value for money too 😊 100% would recommend to anyone, if you haven’t tried it yet then give it a try, you won’t be disappointed

First time in this restaurant and was not disappointed. Food & Service excellent and many dishes i haven't seen before. Party of 4 left feeling very full and eager to return. Restaurant was quiet (bonfire night) so atmosphere was quiet. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered a takeaway. Took over three hours to arrive. Food was room temperature at best and literally tasted like someone was juggling white and black ground pepper over the food and dropped both tubs in by accident. Tried to eat the food as after three hours I was pretty much out of options and currently sat here writing a review and my face feels like I've had a dose of pepper spray from the police. Sad part is, they're usually alright. This time was an absolute punch in the baby maker. I assume it was because they were absolutely run off their feet busy on a Sunday evening for some reason. Either way... roll the dice I guess. I won't be rocking with these boys again... especially not for that price for a tin of tomato soup and fistful of ground white pepper.

Take away order was the worst imitation of Indian food I have ever experienced samosas where bland and flavourless chapattis where awfull soggy and resembled more of a roti biriani had chunks of black material resembling coal all in all flavourless and wholly lacking

Came to this restaurant after seeing positive reviews on Facebook. Can say that we wasn’t disappointed. The service was quick and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and it was a lovely meal for our date night. Would definitely return.

Sincerely one of the best and lavish meals I've had. Service and tableware were fantastic, can't wait to come back. Sag paneer and lamb korma were so ample that we were stuffed and still took leftovers home!

Sunday buffet! Always order my takeaways from here but never usually eat in! With 2 fussy eating toddlers the waiter gave us the option of ordering from the English menu, the kids overmoon with their chicken nuggets and chips! Me and my wife had the Sunday buffet, food was amazing not what I’d expect from a buffet but very fresh and flavourful with a variety of traditional dishes but also nice to try a couple new things too! Pints of kobra and lager cheaper than most pubs! Finished off with ice cream all round, recommend the forrero rocher dessert👌 service and staff very polite and attentive, place was clean with a nice atmosphere! Can’t fault the food and will definitely return to do the buffet again, great value for money!

It was my second time yesterday to visit Cinnamon with my friend. We both had a great experience. All the meals we tried were very tasty. The staff is very attentive and kind. I highly recommend Cinnamon to everyone, there is a lot on the menu to choose from. 5*

Terrible food tasteless twice staff when asked to collect it ararat would rather me post this fed up with getting bad service and food in thetford my advice go elsewhere where you can get better food you only get what you pay for asked them to collect it refused but offered to bring another curry same journey but would not refund my money second time never again horrendous don't bother .
