Food was fantastic! Really fresh and incredible flavours, plenty of meat and sauce and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Best curry I’ve had in an incredibly long time

I have eaten from this takeaway since it opened I’ve always found the staff brilliant, the place is spotless, the food is always exceptional and the prices are very good. I couldn’t recommend it more, superb

There's me I little hungry wondering what to eat , someone mentioned this place was good 👍 So, I drove and looked at the menu. I had to be honest. I am over faced looking at a big menu's . So, I told the assistant what's good for a veggie who eats a little chicken 🐤 The guy was great and asked relevant questions, and I came away with popadoms and 4 sauces yum And a chicken meal was very nice but a bit too hot for me but blend of the spices was magic and first ever onions rice Loved it will go again

I’m going to be totally honest. The food here is extremely nice and very authentic. However, the last 3 out of 4 times when ordering a delivery they have got the order wrong. Communication needs addressing here. Unfortunately, i’m going to give this place a miss for a while.

Really quick service and food was lovely

Food was poor. Popadom (from a packet) wasn’t cooked and naan probably the worst we’ve ever had. Rest of food was average at best.

Have to say that was a really nice Chicken Korma, and the egg fried rice was lovely too. Would definitely recommend.

This reminds me of one of those classic Indian restaurants i used to frequent when I was younger. The food was amazing. We ordered the chicken rogan josh and lamb madras. Chicken and lamb was cooked to perfection with the right level of spice and sauce. I also wanted to try a bit of butter chicken and they gave us a half portion for free. Service was excellent with the staff ever accommodating, tailoring dishes to your suitability and going the extra mile by giving extra poppadoms and sauce. Amazing food and service will come again next time I'm in Formby.

First and last time ordering from here! found a fly stuck to a popodom which made us feel physically sick, the whole meal went in the bin. Rang to inform the restaurant and response was…It was more a mosquito than a fly, and it was only on popodum (in other words we could have eaten the meal)🤢 had family around and it ruined the whole night. STAY AWAY!!!

Making our way through the menu and we haven't found a dish we wouldn't order again. Great value.

I have not been for an Asian meal for quite a long time. My daughter suggested that we visit Cinnamon. When I ordered the food online, I thought it seemed a little expensive. But when we arrived home, I couldn’t believe how much food there was. Most importantly, the food tasted fantastic! Thank you very much, you did an excellent job.

I love this place so much. Whenever I’ve had a horrible day I’ve always felt welcome here. All the staff cheer me up and have amazing food! The staff always make me laugh and smile. Every time I come in they always know my order, butter chicken which has tons of flavor and creamy. Thanks guys for being awesome.

Certainly not the best Indian food I've ever had. I ordered mixed kebab starter, chicken dupiaza with pilau rice and a naan bread. The chicken dupiaza was very bland and more like something I could make at home rather than from a takeaway. I usually go to the other Indian takeaway around the corner, but it was shut on this occasion as it was a Tuesday. I won't be returning to Cinnamon any time soon.

Our first takeaway from Cinnamon and it was superb. The food was amazing, great value for money and the delivery was so quick. There are other very good Indian food options in Formby now but this is our new favourite.

Onion bhajis and poppadoms were passable. Jalfrezi and pilau just generally lacking in flavour and the chicken was very chewy. Sheek kebab (usually my favourite bit in other Indians) was absolutely vile… I actually spat it back out onto my plate. Shop elsewhere.

Almost an hour late on delivery - such a shame as the food was really lovely. Best Indian I’ve had in ages.

Tbh it was my mistake I was unsure of what to get and I went for the Balti. it was my first time here. and the chicken and rice was lovely but the balti was a little bit palette burning ruined the curry to be fair but I will definetly be ordering again. The onion bhajis where amazing😍 next time I will be going for a rogan josh or a bhuna bet they will be great 👍👍 I also had the garlic rice and it was lovely and full of flavour reccomend to anyone ordering

The balti meal was far too salty

We have ordered from here a few times before and really enjoyed it. However the dishes we ordered on this occasion were very very spicy. Much spicier than the same dishes have been previously. Our guests couldn’t eat much of them as they were so hot so unfortunately much of the food went to waste.

Ordered from here a good few times now and never ever been disappointed. Fantastic food always piping hot and full of flavour! Meat is always cooked to perfection. we ordered starter, mains and sides. The only thing i could complain about is that the onion bajhi's were oily. the rest of the order was really good and i would recommend them. i would definately order from them again. really enjoyed the meal.

Authentic food, full of flavour and great portion sizes. What more could you ask for? It always arrive hot and on time, if not early. The staff are always pleasant on the phone and ever nicer in person when I collect. Fully recommended the Chicken madras for spice lovers and the Chana masala for all.

Paid more than most dishes for a Thri-Vujhi but they didn't put in any king prawns at all, even though menu says they do. Bit disappointing

Really authentic food, full of flavour. The portions are great and the food always arrives piping hot. The set meal for 1 is great value for money.

This was our first time at cinnamon and we will definitely be back! The mixed madras was very nice, my only criticism is that it would have been better with King Prawns rather than the small ones, otherwise excellent and very tasty! The korma was a bit sweet for my daughter but the chicken was tasty and tender. Excellent poppudoms and dip selection, so all in all a very good experience.

The food is quality and the service is outstanding. I eat curry a lot and this place ticks all the boxes. I’m also vegan and they were very knowledgeable about what I can and cannot have. The flavours were incredible. This will be my new local place for curry in Formby. I have tried other local restaurants and there is no comparison. Simply the best!

Sampled several dishes from Cinnamon and they were all absolutely delicious! The staff are always so lovely, occasionally throwing in a few free poppadoms too. We are back far too often because it's so nice..😋

Bland food but worse is their shocking customer service. Rude and ignorant. Won’t use them ever again. Really appallingly bad.
