It has more of a homey feel than a hotel staff brunette lady friendly blond young ladies friendly, young man with ginger hair very friendly. Male owner friendly, drinks were nice place was clean. Portable heating is available if cold. Not a luxury stay, but good if you need some where to stop a night or a few for work etc.

Great classic surrounding and atmosphere. Decent food at reasonable price . Friendly and attentive staffs.

Food was absolutely exceptional. Service was very good and food didn’t take long at all! I got a longe breakfast and it was cooked to perfection. My partner got the blueberry pancakes and they were equally as delicious

A lovely cafe restaurant in the heart of grantham. Went for breakfast and wasnt disappointed. Plenty of space. Very lovely Staffs. The breaksfast food item itself were very nicely cooked and tasted fresh with good quality. Lovely atmosphere.

First visit, quirky place. Online ordering, although you can order face to face at the bar for food and drinks. Food arrived early and tasted lovely, will be back.

Ordered the chicken and chorizo pasta along with onion rings, the chicken was chewy and inedible and seemingly frozen in the middle? I built up the courage to ask the server for a refund because I barely took 2 bites of the £14.95 dish and was just told “well it has been sat there a while”- you had it a while too because I ordered it at 7.20 and got it at 7.45? The server was quite rude and stand offish despite us being incredibly polite and perhaps a bit awkward because we are not people who ever complain. The server then said she would speak to her “GM” and then came back and said the GM had said the same and that we couldn’t have a refund because it had been “too long” since we had to food, but offered to remake it. She didn’t apologise once and tried to make us feel bad for even having the audacity to try to complain when we were polite and literally shaking with anxiety to even dare to complain 😭 p.s. we work in customer service so we know how it feels to be on the receiving end of rude customers but we were perfectly polite (one of us is a “GM” ourselves at our own restaurant)

Good food at a reasonable price.

I got sick of the food I ate . My food was literally swimming in soya sauce. However, I am a regular customer for drinks as I like the environment.

Fabulous meal but did not appreciate the young lady from behind the bar embarrassing a young man by announcing loudly that he didn't show ID at the bar. He was buying a soft drink but then someone else bought him an alcoholic drink after he'd sat down again. He was then approached at his table by the lady announcing loudly that he was drinking alcohol when he said was having a soft drink. He showed his ID without questioning it and It was accepted but it could have been dealt with a lot more descretely by the staff member.

Often busy which is a great indicator of its popularity, the food is of a great quality and an interesting menu.

The menu and service is excellent. Upstairs is lacking the atmosphere of downstairs.

Lovely food tapas had a lovely selection for meat eaters or vegetarians. Very busy Christmas parties happening,lively atmosphere. The staff were super busy but very polite and friendly. Happy to go again.🌲 Also dog friendly

Food was nice however the chips on both meals were under cooked. However by the time they were re cooked we finished our burgers . The staff were very friendly and quick to try act

Me and my partner came in for brunch before starting Christmas shopping and we were served by Emilia. She was very polite and helpful and recommended me a caramel espresso martini which was amazing.

It's worth going just for the hot chocolate, the food is excellent 👌

Always go to the lounge in Peterborough, went to this one and doesn't disappoint had the Korean burger which was good. However this goes for every lounge please bring back the cheese and garlic wings

Brilliant quick service! Very friendly staff. Delicious food!!! I was curious to see the fabulous pictures seem to change about with each visit, I love the effort that must take!

Our first visit just for cake and coffee - the ambience is nice and the coffee is ok, but there was no acknowledgement from staff, service was slow and definitely wasn’t “with a smile”, and the toasted tea cake was so toasted that it was hard and crisp throughout. Oh dear. Was it a case of being understaffed, although it wasn’t particularly busy at the time, or was it lack of training . . we’ll never know.

Walked in sat down read the food menu only to go up and order and the kitchen was closed. No one thought to let us know. Especially as there were only 2 people in there. Real Shame the menu looked great

Might be my favorite restaurant in the UK hands down. Whenever my fiancé and I visit the area she needs a place that minds her gluten allergy. The cinco lounge has an amazing menu and incredible staff. They always deliver a safe meal and are celiac friendly. Must go!!!

Food arrived cold had to send back, been too far better lounge bars .

Great place with great staff. For informal eating/drink/coffee. And they allow dogs, so for me it's a no brainer.

Love this place, fab everything. Will always return whenever I'm in Grantham

When first entering the restaurant we found several members of staff to be fairly unwelcoming towards us. Whilst i can understand the workers may be busy due the high capacity of customers seated in still believe the customer should be treated with a level of respect that i felt lacked in my visit. We were queuing for 20 minutes and when finally going to be seated the table was given to three women who was given a reservation despite being ahead of them and had waited for a longer time. This then caused my group to be separated which was quite unfortunate. No help was given to amend this and whilst trying to make an effort to be seated together by moving two tables the staff seemed to gather and point at us making rude and judgeful faces. However despite this i can say that we usually have a great experience in here with the staff being helpful. Maybe this was an off day but disapointing nontheless.

I've now been here twice and I can honestly say that I will not be rushing back. The first time I came here I had the breakfast - the sausages were very salty, and the hash browns were lukewarm at best. The visited for the second time this week. I tried the Tapas, and for the price I was very disappointed. The garlic flatbread, like the sausages, was incredibly salty and therefore masked the taste of the garlic. The meatballs tasted cheap and tinned, and were lukewarm so had clearly been stood sitting for a while. The chicken wings were very dry, although the sesame satay was nice.

Be wary if you’re Coeliac as the gluten free menu doesn’t highlight that a lot of the desserts are a ‘may contains’. I ate here and had a brownie thinking they were really clued up about this and felt safe. But a couple of days later I had some unpleasant symptoms. No one told me I had to read the ‘allergy matrix’ to check which dishes are safe. Most of the gf mains are safe though. Wish it was more obvious though.

A great place visually, certainly quirky. But the food was pretty sub average. Would certainly not recommend any breakfast that has 'bacon' in it as it's basically all fat and inedible.

Tasty food in a modern interior. Large bi folding doors open out onto the main road to create a European cafe feel. Online ordering was easy to use. Food & drink served promptly and at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.

Lovely, relaxing. Menu varied and catered for all tastes. Not rushed we spent 3 hours there. Staff pleasant. We had not been before but would revisit.

Very nice place to have dinner. The food was of adequate quality - they made a huge fuss of our dog (lovely touch). Not many eateries in Grantham open in the evening that are dog friendly so was nice to visit. Ordering at the bar was our only downside (trying to remember 5 starts and 5 mains) miraculously I didn't forget it and all orders were accurate, thank you Cinco. Just to note that I have read other reviews about this place being grim etc - I can assure everyone that we visited on a Sunday evening and the place was clean and inviting.

We had a fried chicken with noodles and a Buddha's bowl 🥣. The food was tasty and the service attentive.

The staff are fantastic. Really friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Prices are really reasonable and lots of good deals on different nights. Very dog friendly. Decent spaces between tables and water and dog biscuits provided.

We had an enjoyable experience on Saturday evening with the ladies' cocktail beverages.

Service was spot on. Greeted at the door, checked on us to make sure everything was ok and so on. I had a "Lounge Bacon Cheeseburger" and my partner had a "Cowboy Smash Burger" and they were genuinely some of the nicest burgers we've ever had. The chips were those nice skin on ones and the onion rings we ordered weren't the cheap crap. Only let down for me with the food was the coleslaw because it was warm and not enough mayonnaise with it but I appreciate it's just my personal preference and it would in no way put me off ordering a burger again. The drinks menu is varied. I opted for a Mocha and it was good. Nothing amazing but certainly ok for the money. My partner got the "Strawberry and Yuzu Still Lemonade" and she enjoyed it. For the price point I think it was well worth the money and we would definitely come again. Just one thing worth noting is parking is a little tricky in the area and you might end up with a bit of a walk. Great work, keep it up guys 👍

Popped in for a drink pre theatre. Love the place and atmosphere but am afraid that £ 22.50 for 3 glasses of wine was excessive to my mind. Às we had different wines each - buying a bottle to share as this would have been slightly cheaper was not an Option

A very nice place to go in Grantham. Nice, relaxed atmosphere, casual yet professional staff and very tasty food. Good place for lunch, nice coffee, business meeting or a family dinner. This place has it all.

First time here and everything was excellent. We had burger and beef brisket chilli, and can thoroughly recommend these and Cincos. Will definitely 100% be going back, and dogs are welcome which is an absolute bonus.

Haven't been here in last 2 weeks.

Utterly disappointing, me and my partner went to cinco lounge as previously we had a great experience and loved it, however this time we was both mortified by the place, First of all our cokes came tasted like filter water and were flat, Our tapas board to share came out, squid rings flavour wise were good but immensely chewing making them difficult to eat The spicy beef Quesadilla had next to not flavour other than the bitter taste of the sauce And the Sriracha and Honey Chicken wings were 80% salt and were straight up inedible, We ordered more drinks and same result with them, tasted filter water and flat We ordered dessert in hope they could redeem the main but unfortunately the carrot cake was flavourless and dry, and the churros were extremely undercooked, literally able to squeeze raw dough out of the centre and I truly believe they were only just cooked enough to keep their shape Over all service, wasn’t great, no one said a word or smiled and all the staff just seemed fed up of being there Extremely disappointed as previously we had an amazing experience

Had the brisket chilli -yum 😋 Had it again yesterday! Still just as yummy. Lounge was packed out. Managed to grab the last table. Staff were very efficient and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food using the app to order.

Just been to the bingo night. There were a few issues and false starts. But Emma dealt with it all in a very professional Manor. The staff were all amazing under the pressure. Well done to all. Can't wait for the next one.

Nice ordering system, good drinks, black coffee 3/8, matcha latte 7.88/10, kids corner and dogs allowed - fantastic, breakfast muffin was good, I can recommend that place. :) unfortunately half(that wasn't a vinegar effect. second half was ok) of the corn in Miami brunch was fizz/sparkling/not fresh and now I'm dying on the toilet, :P

Went for breakfast. Had a sausage sandwich and a coffee. Bread wasn't very fresh and sausage were barely cooked and cold. The coffee was good. Went at just after nine o'clock. Waitress didn't even ask me if every thing was OK.!!!!!

A place I like to go for a coffee with friends or glass of wine , service good atmosphere ok I like the fact is dog friendly although I don't own a dog , families with small children have play area but once experienced a young family with small children who were running all over the staff were brilliant at avoiding an accident ,the parents were very off hand at keeping children in check I left that day hoping no accident happened , a one off hopefully cinco still a friendly place to chill.

Delicious coffee and food in this busy but really pleasant cafe. Cafe is busy for a reason, well worth a visit. Not a quiet cafe if that is what you are looking for, but nice atmosphere and great food. Had the Full English which was very tasty and filling with options to add extras. The other breakfasts I saw all looked impressive. Definitely coming back if I am in the area again.

Stopped for a coffee. Its next to Costa - id recommend Cinco over Costa any time. Warm and characterful - lots of helpful and friendly staff. Food looks good too. We will be back!

Came in with my Nan, who tells me she comes regularly. The staff are very well trained and incredibly attentive, respectful and caring. Shout out to the cappuccino guy who looked after us today - he's making a real difference 🐧☕️

Came for my Birthday on 18th Jan. Initially, booking it was a bit of a hassle, but it's my go-to family favourite, and I needed the Mezze salad xxx We are actually visiting again this afternoon for my stepdaughter 25th Birthday. I really hope they have Mezze salad again it's delicious 😋 xxx

Lovely place, great customer service. Only thing was prices for hot drinks - very steep especially for actual size of the coffees we had. Had cappuccino and was mainly just frothed milk, the same as the flat white coffee we had-was over 50% frothed milk. Not enough coffee and the cups are much smaller than expected for the £3.60 price of the drink. Food is beautifully presented and very high quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend a visit

I had the best experience I’ve had from hospitality staff in a very long time. They couldn’t be more helpful. Incredibly polite and pleasant to talk to. Ria gets a special mention for being so sweet when we needed to exchange a meal.
