Not impressed having a dog on your shoulder while serving. Surely that's not hygienic. Hands should be washed.

Cilgwyn is a great place to be in with a great atmosphere and a drinking pub where its been known for many years.Huw the landlord is a fantastic gentleman and serves the greates of smooth,fresh Guinness upon with other beverages and light refreshments.

Always a welcome from Huw despite mr only popping in once every few months.

Always a delight to have a sit down and enjoy a pint or even a game of pool, the owner is always happy and serves you with a smile, and makes sure everyone is enjoying there time at all main events! One of the true greats in the village, off llandsyul !!!!!!

Huw is literally the best land landlord in the UK. I arrived in Llandysul with no direction, no guidance and no idea what I was doing. In the first three days he put me in touch with the right trades people, I met some locals (best people I've ever met - ever) and even though I sound like I am from Walford, made me feel part of the community. There are three pubs in Llandysul and all three are amazing. Different in their own ways, so yes you will gravitate towards one, but all amazing. But Huw is on another level. Same with Rob at the King's.

One of my favourite pubs in Wales! We're not in Llandysul often, but always stop in at this pub when we are and really enjoy it. It's got quite a local feel to it, but we've never been welcomed and never been made to feel uncomfortable

Loud, noisey, constant horn beeping, owner is rude and wont stop it, people urinate against the wall and they also smash up the junction ballards

Terrible, Rude, vulgar, abusive customers, would not recommend, constant horn beeping and more, revving engines, and the owner doesn't stop STARING at people!

Good pint and social distancing.

Classic Welsh pub. Small, cosy and a good laugh. You'll get to know everyone in the pub in good time from bumping into them every two minutes. It being so small and cramped at times is the only complaint, but it certainly adds to the character. The only thing that would make it any more classic is sawdust on the floor. Does what it says on the tin. Decent beer, friendly staff and pleasant local drinkers. Not a gastro pub, which is a good thing!
