Never again!! Decided to have a take away so I ordered Lasagne hubby ordered Penne Arrabiata I have never had anything like this it was without a doubt the worst Lasagne I have ever TRIED to eat - and both dishes had almost no meat in them. Both went straight into the bin!! Dissaponting as I had heard good things about it EDIT Having now seen the owners reply - I did call after the first mouthful - spoke to someone who didnt really know what to say except.... Oh .... sorry......

Awesome food, great friendly service, really keen to please. Best meal out we've had in a long time for both food and experience. Our new favourite place. We don't get out much because I work away a lot and evenings without the kids are few and far between, but this place has definitely not seen the last of us and after all they open at 5pm so we can take the kids with us. Even the bill was a pleasant surprise, we didn't hold back when ordering and I was expecting considerably greater damage to my wallet. Generous portion sizes, taste bonanza, we left extremely content and keen to return soon. Many thanks.

Ordered food for delivery had lasagne and carbonara and it was very bad i never ever eaten so bad food

Where to start... When you walk up to Ciao Bella you might be thinking its not as good as people say, when you go inside its ok, you know, alright. Then the waitress seats you and you think what a really nice person. Then the menu, there's everything from a nice quality pizza, pasta to top end pasta and steak meals. I never thought the food would actually be as good as the menu, well its superb. If this restaurant was in a better position with a really classy restaurant decor you wouldn't be surprised if you paid 2 or even 3 times the amout. Ketrin, you are spoiled with Ciao Bella. I had the tuna, swordfish and king prawns pasta, it was as good as you can get, full marks to the chef. My wife had a pizza but again, everything on the pizza was authentic Italian. I forgot to mention the starters, a light meal in themselves. I would visit Ciao Bella again no matter where it is.

huge portions, very fair prices, staff are friendly and food is tasty. the noise from the bar downstairs is a bit annoying but it was a friday night when i went so thats expected considering location

Up side Nice food friendly staff pleasurable atmosphere would recommend the tagliatelle pomodoro or if you're a meat eater steak with Mediterranean mixed vegetables and triple Hand cooked chips😘 Downside no disabled access would recommend the owners put a couple of stair lifts in

I am sitting in this restaurant in a Saturday night..there is one other table!!! Where is everyone??? This food is absolutely amazing..fresh and delicious..why go to a chain when you could come and eat here.not mass produced but cooked to order...sevice excellent good amazing..well priced ..use it or lose it

Went for first time last Thursday, young lady who served us all evening was polite, friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome, food was served piping hot and cooked fresh to order. We are now planning a return visit with a party of 16 from work, highly recommended, definitely worth a visit

Went last night and was very pleasantly surprised. There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed the food. They didn't expect to be as busy as they were and therefore only had one waitress working - and she worked her ass off keeping everyone happy, she was great!! Chef bloke came over to speak with us when he'd finished cooking to apologise for the delay in getting our food out..... Two things: 1) we didn't even realise there was a delay 2) what a lovely gesture Try the Gorgonzola tagliatelle - it's probably the best I've had! I hope this place does really well, the location leaves a little to be desired which might ultimately be their Achilles heel.
