Nuestra primera noche visitando Liverpool terminó con una fantástica cena en Churrasco’s en el centro de la ciudad. Nuestro servidor Marcus fue la estrella del show. Era muy acogedor, muy amable, lleno de bromas y energía, un verdadero activo para cualquier negocio. Nuestra comida salió a su debido tiempo y era delicioso, platos vacíos al final de todo. El restaurante estaba limpio, no demasiado ruidoso y en general tenía un ambiente muy relajado. 5 estrellas, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

We were only 10 minutes late for the set menu special that ended at 6.30. Even though the restaurant had only a few diners, they wouldn’t let us have this option. We therefore only ordered mains (blue and black burgers, and the roast chicken). Tasty.

Todo alrededor de las mesas se sirvió mucho más rápido y con mucha más precaución como la nuestra. Así que tuvimos una sensación de personas de bajo nivel. Finalmente el filete pedido no estaba bien preparado

Bienvenida amable y cómodos asientos. Hullumi era nuestro entrante favorito, ¡era tan sabroso! Mi filete era perfecto, al igual que el macarrones con queso. No me gustaron mucho las patatas de pato de 1000 capas, estaban un poco secas y la cebolla suena un poco grasienta. El servicio de bebidas también era un poco lento. La comida muy buena, sin embargo y la ubicación buena también.

Buena comida, excelente ubicación. Los cortes de la raya fueron excelentes con el grupo eligiendo todos los cortes diversos. Gran elección de vino también. El servicio era muy bueno. Lo suficientemente raro que no podíamos pedir “filete en la piedra” debido a las alarmas de humo en un área que estábamos sentados, sin embargo, la mitad del restaurante no tenía a nadie en él durante el tiempo que estuvimos allí. También un cargo de servicio automático del 10% añadido en la factura, queríamos dejar más!

Tuvimos el menú del domingo. Los entrantes eran absolutamente enormes - setas y vientre de cerdo. Lamentablemente la única carne asada que quedaba ese día era la carne de res pero era hermosa. Tenemos lados adicionales de relleno y coliflor, pero honestamente no había necesidad. Sin duda volvería.

When is an offer not an offer.... My wife purchased the £120 Chateau Briand steak offer.... The deal is a baked camembert with bread to start, chateau Briand sharer with choice of sauce, rocket salad, fries and a bottle of Malbec all for just £120, or so we thought... At the end the manager hit us with a bill for a further £18? She explained that is was not an offer it was just a voucher for £120 off the bill. We had to have a pretty embarrassing discussion for 5 minutes pointing out there own website word for word, stating we had not deviated from the offer. Also when adding up the totals on the bill the individual items only totalled £125 yet she wanted a further £18. The receipt didn't make sense and we left feeling like we were scammed... Meal was ruined after an embarrassing debate with an audience in a busy restaurant... They have since emailed to apologise and said the manager had got it wrong and we should not have been charged extra... All a little strange...

The best steak I have ever tasted in my life. Incredibly friends staff who could not do enough, and welcomed you with genuine warmth

We had a lovely meal here. Turned up without a reservation and got a table. The staff were extremely accommodating. We were served by the lovely Kelly who was friendly and cheerful, she was a delight to talk to! I had steak and ribs and my partner had a burger doubled up, we had three for £12 sides between us which were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fantastic and we were too stuffed for dessert. Oh also we LOVED the 80's music in the background too!!!!! We would highly recommend a meal here, thank you👍🏻

My Wife and I ate here this evening. Had an early booking so service was excellent. We both had the 11oz Ribeye with a side of home cut chips, chorizo with creamed cabbage and leaks, salt and pepper veg and mushrooms. The chips were ok. The chorizo cabbage and salt and pepper veg were absolutely delicious. Very clever indeed. The mushrooms were ok. ( I’m stealing the chorizo side for my place!!!😁) Both steaks were cooked to order, were seasoned perfectly and tasted delicious. The meat melted away in our mouths. We were down in London last month and ate at the Savoy Grill and Cut, Park Lane. Tonights steaks we had were as good as if not a little better than our London experiences ( Don’t hit me Gordon!😁) and at half the price. I was going to ask our server (who was so lovely, good luck in Wales) to pass my compliments to the chef but then forgot to. So thanks guys, a really good experience.

Perfect meal lovely food great service drinks lovely couldn’t fault it highly recommend if you love your steak reasonably priced too

We booked this venue on the phone although they were dead £10 deposit to reserve the table it wasn’t an issue for us. We arrived bit early and took to our table. The place is very nice and looks very posh. The staff was very friendly and helpful the menu quite comprehensivewe had lovely starters which I thought mine was exceptional and we both had steaks and the housewife was very much to my liking. I was too full to have puddings but overall very nice food and venue. It will be a nice place to go on a special occasion.

Went here for a Sunday lunch with my partner and everything was perfect from start to finish. We were immediately welcomed with a smile by a lovely girl at the reception who showed us our table. We choose the Sunday deal menu with one starter and a main with sides included. Food was amazing! Very cheap for the portion you get and quality of the food. I was very impressed by the service, very professional and polite, we felt looked after. Out server came to our table checking if everything was okay or if we need anything else. We will definitely be back!

Extremely poor service. The waiting staff was not attentive to members of the public at all. Food was mediocre. This was bought as a special occasion for me and my partner and we’ve been left. Feeling very disappointed. We had to sit and wait for members of staff to come out of the kitchen before we could ask for the bill so we could leave. I have been here numerous times and had an exceptional level of service and good quality food. On this occasion it was very substandard

My husband and I ate here on Saturday evening past. On arrival we were quickly shown to our table. For 7.30pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet. We were given 2 complementary glasses of prosecco as were very celebrating a very special occasion. Lovely touch. The menu is varied and has plenty of options. We chose the firey BBQ ribs and the pork belly for starters. They were both divine although the outside of the pork belly had cooled but the inside was hot. We both had ribeye steaks for mains. They were cooked to order and cooked perfectly - one medium, and the other medium well. Our peppercorn sauce was luke warm at best and had a skin on top. That was the only disappointment. I would suggest that food temperatures are monitored a bit more carefully to ensure all items are served hot and fresh. We did ask the staff to turn off the air con above us as it was very cool. Maybe if the restaurant had have been full it would have been required. All in all, we had a lovely evening and will return the next time we are in Liverpool.

Table for 2 - 23.3.24 Got a great booth . Wouldn’t have liked to have sat in the corridor area near to toilets - so try avoid here as you will have lots of people walk past . Restaurant was cold we felt and I couldn’t get warm at all . Asked would we like water for the table which is normally free - shocked at the £4 charge and wished we had discussed this with our waitress . Food is really good . Portions are excellent - huge starters that are well presented . Chateaubriand comes to table already carved in a dish - wasn’t the most attractively presented compared to other places - but it was cooked exactly how we requested . Sauces and salads and the vegetables beautiful . Really enjoyed the Malbec sauce . Malbec wine was also a decent one . Service charge added to bill was 10 percent . Bill came to around £160 for chateaubriand , two drinks each , extra veg and two starters with the water too ! So not a cheap option . Enjoyed but probably won’t return .

First time at Churassco, but we will certainly be back. Excellent service, superb food, nothing to fault. Katy the young lady who looked after us was pleasant professional and a credit to her employer. Can't wait to return.

Nice venue near Albert Dock and edge of city centre. Service great and friendly staff. Felt prices a bit steep as comes out as steak only and having to add everything extra on top. That said my steak was cooked exactly how i wanted and very tasty along with chunky chips and mushrooms. Had a dessert which was fine though nothing to shout home about. Wine also pricey per glass imo. Overall a nice experience and not rushed out of our seats. Will visit again when in Liverpool just remember to have a healthy bank balance before visiting next time.

Really enjoyed our evening here. The food was all really good. Unfortunately our starters arrived before our drinks which was annoying. We shared the tomahawk steak and ordered extra sides to share. My favourites were the creamed chorizo and leeks, parmesan salad and Mac and cheese with beef burnt ends. We ordered way to much food but was given a box so could take it away and enjoyed the next day 🙈

What a great night here. Atmosphere was great, staff were wonderful and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the food, well, it was amazing. All 6 of us raved about it and left having g cleaned the plates.

Been to this restaurant with my wife for dinner. The place is really nice, good atmosphere. The food was amazing, we had pork belly and tacos for starter and the full rack of ribs for main. Everything was delicious, excellent. A personal note about the ribs maybe slightly too marinated, but just my opinion. Staff is good but the waiting time was a disaster. A customer should not deserve to wait so long, even for the wine.

we had a meal here last week. we normally book the Aigburth restaurant but we're staying in the city so thought we would try this one and we were certainly not disappointed! I had the garlic and chilli prawns to start and they were delicious, followed by the 10oz black Angus fillet, cooked rare and it was absolutely divine. all washed down with a bottle of rose. our server Becky was very attentive but not too much, she was very pleasant and super helpful, nothing was a problem. I cannot wait to visit Liverpool again to try more on the menu 😋

The staff are amazing, the rest of the table said their food was excellent, the only reason I marked the rating down was as a vegetarian, who booked the table for the family as they wanted to go, thought it's OK there's a veggie burger, sorted. However when you've got one veggie option..make an effort! At least buy a decent frozen veggie patty and not 4 for a pound mushy crumbed veg ones that you used to give the kids for tea when veg options were rubbish, in fact the last time I went it was the same type of burger, I just thought with all the options available now you may have up'd your game. Yes I can see the irony of a vegetarian going to a steak house bit it's what you do for family. As said before though staff were amazing

We waited to be seated but was acknowledged once we stepped in so that was fine and the lady who seated us mentioned that they had a rush before we came in so that was understandable. My friend ordered the Cosmopolitan and I had a glass of red wine and they were both lovely. Best tasting ribs we ever had, top notch burgers (Black & Blue and Steakhouse Burgers) both juicy and really tasty. Staff are really friendly and nice. While spending the day in Liverpool, we booked at table at the restaurant before going to local Scare Maze that evening. The menu has allergies listed on the menu, with each dish having a "G" if it contains Gluten, there was lots to choose from within the main courses but not much on the starters. The waitress was very friendly and attentive throughout. The food was sooo good! As a group of five, we all had starters and mains which were all presented nicely and tasted great. The chimichurri sauce I had with my steak was incredible. Definitely worth a visit if you're ever round the center of Liverpool and made sure we were ready for a night of scares!

I was here recently with a party of 10 for a friend’s stag do and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming. The food was absolutely dynamite with great portion sizes and huge selection of food on offer. Having come from Scotland and this being my first time in Liverpool this place really set the standard! Lacey our waitress was lovely. There was six of us with a couple of dietary restrictions. Everything was accommodated and we felt very well looked after. Set menu offers very good value. Portions very generous. Will be booking in again very soon.

Came for a roast dinner upon arrival was informed no roast dinner sold out on a Sunday. Tried to order 10oz steaks after trying to order roast only to be told none of these available either. Also most sides weren't available. Hence we had to pay more for less. We where sat by the toilet service was none existent unless you waived a flare. No children's menu so adult prices paid for a 6 and 8 year old. When the bill came at over 400 pound we disputed that our bill was inflated due to lack of stock which was reduced by £28, which was taken out of the service charge as opposed to the restaurant’s actual bill. Food was actually really nice but went specifically for a roast so disappointed. Also my little girl got stuck in the toilet and was rather distressed.

Came across this restaurant by accident while visiting Liverpool and seen the Flat Iron Steak deal I would have paid allot more for this meal it was absolutely stunning. Both myself and my son had the Flat Iron Steak deal which was £10 each the quality of the meal was amazing, two courses, drinks and a cocktail and we were just over £65 it was stunning. We both had sticky toffee pudding which was swimming in the most gorgeous toffee sauce. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant and staff were very friendly. Would definitely come again if we were in Liverpool.

First time in Liverpool and fancied a steak for our dinner, came across Churrasco and it did not disappoint. From the food to the service off our sever Lacey there was no fault. We wanted the tamahawk but they had sold out so we got the Chataubriand to share and it was the softest most melt in your mouth steak ever. Not the mention the belly pork starter, best pork we have ever had Would highly recommend if your ever in Liverpool

Well, where do I start? This is the first time I’ve actually given up waiting for my food and gone somewhere else. 75 minutes after ordering and no sign of any food. In the meantime watching tables come in 30 minutes after me getting their food first was the breaking point. I ended up leaving and offered to pay for my drinks but the staff said no need due to the wait. Clearly something bad has happened in the kitchen as I’ve heard great things about the service but today just wasn’t their day and you could see the chef repeatedly coming out of the kitchen looking stressed.
