Churchills Bar in South Holland

First time coming here! Just had a lovely Sunday Carvery. Choice of 3 meats all cooked perfectly and of good quality. Plenty of choice of vegetables and potatoes and a delicious swede mash and homemade cauliflower cheese. Good value for money. Will definitely be visiting here again in the New Year with the family.

What an amazing gem this place is. This is our first time and we were so happy we came here. The carvery looked very appealing all homecooked and tasted delicious. It has a lovely ambience and decorated lovely. The staff are very attentive and friendly. If you have not visited Churchills I recommend you visit.

Came in for my sister in laws wedding over the weekend. It was just beautiful for them! The venue in the function room is able to be set up beautifully, and conversations with Debbie the landlady, my sister in law was able to achieve her vision for the wedding. The food was amazing! And very accommodating. The staff are friendly and helpful. Which added to a beautiful atmosphere for a special day.

Having been back after the refurb really lovely to see what changes have been made, lovey modernised resturant, panelled and improved lighting, catered for a table of 7 the best carvery I think we all agree we have had , and we have been to many restaurants, lovely friendly staff Debbie very attentive and nothing to much trouble, very good portions, food is of the best quality homemade quality I think I have every had, prices very good and delicious puddings in a lovely relaxed restaurant , can’t thanks Debbie and her staff for making our Sunday lunch very enjoyable and can’t wait for us to go back we are thinking of making this a regular monthly outing …. The Sunday carvery was amazing, also catering for vegan and gluten free. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Debbie also organized my dad's wake and we can't thank her enough for everything she did. She truly is an amazing person who cares for her customers.

Great dining experience from service to delicious carvery food. Well organised and value for money, a substantial, quality, homely roast. Manager extremely efficient, really friendly and welcoming. Option of three meats (looking forward to lamb being an option occasionally). Slightly 'canteeny' feel and a little old school, but this shouldn't detract anyone from enjoying the superbly prepared wide selection of carvery offered. Great work! 'The Lamb Man'

My Aunties funeral was here at Churchills long Sutton, the food was absolutely lovely and the venue was welcoming , my family are older so wouldn’t be able to do a review but in there words, they said how lovely it was. From the portor family ❤️

An absolutely fantastic night at Churchills for my wife and daughters joint birthday party, Debbie and her staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help us, even booking the disco (Jamie Newton discos) for us, which was awesome, I would definitely recommend Churchills to anyone wanting to hold a function, 5 star rating from us.

Churchill is full of lovely staff happy to help. We have done a charity event in their function room and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Absolutely lovely hot food came today with a very large table of more than 18 of us .. all the food was fresh and hot and couldn't fault it ... Staff are very helpful and the owner will do anything to make your visit memorable would highly recommend

Great location for a family lunch, friendly staff with welcoming atmosphere. Roast potatoes and crackling were spot on, selection of 4 meats and plenty of variety in veg and mixed mash. Ice cream went down well with the children.

Debbie and her team provided the perfect venue and most amazing food for my daughters 18th birthday. Highly recommend!

Lunch today was as usual very good and the dessert, apple strudel with custard, was great. Drinks are very fairly priced. Very friendly environment. Recommend.

Churchills is a brilliant family friendly pub and bar with some brilliant events to suit all including bingo nights, karaoke, performances and more, their Sunday dinner is brilliant and the staff are very welcoming, I 100% recommend

I asked Churchills if they would allow me to host a widows Christmas Party for 50 people. I have been putting this event on for the past 7 years, this is the first year I decided to use Churchills. What a great move and decision...

Have been a great lover of Churchills Sunday carvery for a long time it is excellent value too.today we decide to try their midweek lunch. Very good and again, excellent value. The staff are always so friendly too. Keep up the good work
