Spice Inn Indian Restaurant and Takeaway, BYOB, Holbeach, Spalding in South Holland

First time we have been to this Indian restaurant and the food was amazing. We will certainly be back for more culinary delights in the near future.

My local Indian restaurant. The food is excellent. On my last visit, I ordered chicken Shimla and it was really delicious. The staff are lovely and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. 100% recommend.

We had Lamb Samba hot, and chicken tikka chilli Baltic. Delivered to us at the Delph Bank campsite. It was delivered quick, was freshly cooked, piping hot and was absolutely delicious. 10/10. Would highly recommend if you are staying on Delph Bank Campsite.

Orderd a take away, one hour late, bland, wrong nanny. Driver lost 2 phone calls. Expensive and very average. The last time I sample their food.

One of our favourite restaurants in our area. The food, service and dining area is wonderful. Very fresh, clean and delicious food. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They can cater for large groups too. I thoroughly recommend you give it a try. Soft drinks are available but it's take your own alcohol. Take away service is also available.

First takeaway from here was impressed,food was beautiful good service

One of the best tasting chicken vindaloo I have ever eaten. The lamb biryani was just as good. It was a very quiet Sunday; the service was excellent and we bought our own alcohol, although if you get caught out there is a late-night almost CooP next door. Superb Indian restaurant. Ps: The vindaloo sauce was SO good, I now order 4 boxes of just vindaloo sauce to take away every time I visit. It freezes really well and livens up a boring old meal at home!

We had a takeaway away and unfortunately it was very poor, the dishes we had were chicken which was tough and dry tasting, the shashlik was a joke with 4 pieces of tough chicken with a tomato and a bit of pepper...no sauce.....awful value, the medium chicken curry was just as bad, Nan was ok. Never again I'm afraid

Great food, always cooked fresh and to perfection , never disappointed on the dozen plus occasions I've eaten there. The staff are very good and attentive to your every want, always time for a quick chat to boot. no booze on site but co-op next door offers all you could want on that front.

We have eaten here no well over 20 times and have never had a bad meal. The Staff and Management are always friendly and professional, nothing is an issue with them. The food is always consistantly great and they will adjust anything to suit your tastes. I have been eating Indian food for over 40 yrs and this place is definitely in the top 5 of my favourites. They deserve to do well and I look forward to my next visit to them. Thanks you

Went there last night (Monday) the restuarant was very quiet but had a lovely meal. The waiter was very efficient and polite and the food superb. I had a chicken vindaloo and it tasted like a vindaloo should,my wife had a chicken shaslick which was lovely.BYOB and prices very reasonable.Well done would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely the best indian food we've had and the staff are fantastic, you take your own alcohol which is great.

Ordered for collection. Service was good with only 30 min wait on a Friday evening. Food was piping hot and chicken dishes were delicious. Lamb was a little tough. Would definitely go again.

Food is absolutely delicious, and customer service lets it down greatly. The staff are very friendly but not enough of them. Need warmer lighting to make it more cosy. It's too bright or put some partitions up to make the tables more private. Could not get my disabled buggy in the door very well.

Best place to go in for Indian and bengladeshi food. Very nice staff and good service .

Always tasty food at a reasonable price when we eat there. Ordered our first takeaway from them tonight and it was just as delicious as eating in. Just allow time for the delivery if you don’t live in holbeach. We will definitely order again.

Food is above and beyond amazing. Only downer is that you have to bring your own alcohol but at least it’s cheaper than lying restaurant prices. Highly recommend

Our takeaway tonight was abysmal...my chicken celon had no taste of coconut it was loaded with slices of lemon and the toughest chicken l have ever had, most of it tended up in the bin alongside my wife's chicken tikka same tough chicken with supposedly mint sauce that smelt nothing like mint sauce....will never use or reccomend this awful restaurant! Where on earth all the good reviews came from l do not know!

After going to the coop for something for our evening meal and leaving uninspired we went to the Spice Inn and so pleased we did. Modern simple yet welcoming surrounding with lovely staff and an excellent choice of food. I have to say this is the tastiest Indian dishes ive eaten for a long time beautifully presented delicious and great value for your money. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back. Well done Guys.....

First time we've visited Spice inn Staff were very welcoming and friendly, Food was spot on and the price was very reasonably. However the only thing that let them down was the slow service, seemed under staffed for a busy banquet night. It was over an hours wait between sitting down and receiving the main course. Would definately order a takeaway and visit again on a different night.

Efficient and friendly service, good fresh and tasty food served without delay and we were advised in advance when there'd be a short wait for the rasmalai - worth it! Thought it was about time I left a review for this Excellent Restraurant. We have been there quite a few times and everytime the food and service is fantastic. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were there Friday night with a party of 10 four of them had not been before and were very impressed with everything. I have been eating Indian food for over 40 years and have to say this ranks in the top 5 restraunts I have eaten in. Very clean very well decorated and I happily recommend them to anyone...Keep up the good work

Literally just around the corner from me, bought a variety of dishes, and was very impressed with the meal. Only slight criticism is that it took an hour to arrive. Having said that it was worth the wait. Definitely value for money.

1st time at this restaurant on Saturday 30th July. Staff are very helpful nice and clean food is amazing and plenty of it. Will definitely be going back

Wonderful meal, the best Indian food I have had in a very long time, my wife and friends were of the same opinion, service was excellent, decor nice and everything vlean and fresh. We used to eat at this restaurant years ago when it had several owners, the food then was also excellent, so pleased that everything was of a great quality again, only but...pistachio kulfi on the desert menu please. Am i happy?you bet: great food and only a short drive away!

First meal here tonight and have to day amazing!! A few of us stuck to the same dishes and they said the dishes were fantastic!! Really lovely spacious restaurant and such great service and to be greeted graciously as we left was perfect!! Thank you 😊 we will be back soon!! Not a negative but could you add Prawn Cocktail to the starters as we have a few family members who would have enjoyed that tonight.......but definitely not a reason we wouldn't come back or maybe we could pre-order it off the menu ☺️

Food took a while to come out as they were having a spot of trouble and they did apologise. Food was OK good portions. Some of the staff do need to learn how to smile though.

Had a brilliant meal tonight. First time visit and definitely go back. Fish tikka as a main was the best. Duck tikka perfect. Plenty of staff, polite and courteous service.and interested in customer. Clean and pleasant surroundings easy parking after 6pm..well done Spice Inn.

A great place, I took a chance on takeaway and it was delicious, I ate in a few weeks later and it was just as good. I particularly liked the range of unusual options on the specials list, so be adventurous and try out something new, the manager took the time to make some recommendations which were excellent, so do ask if you're unsure. Service was very good and attentive, me being a clumsy fool I dropped my fork and within 30 seconds and without asking a clean one appeared at my table. Highly recommended.

First try first takeaway order. Disappointed as not overly flavoured and 7 chunks of chicken in a watery tikka masala sauce £9.95. Korma at £7.95 7 chunks of chicken… and chewy Nan breads… rice was good but again £2.95… shame as I had high hopes…

Fairly new to the area my fiancée Jayney and I tried Spice Inn and we will definitely be coming back for more. Great food, service and value!

We were made very welcome, drinks were offered and brought promptly, they offered advice on the menu and checked regularly during the meal. The food was excellent, plenty of flavour Chicken Chat puri and Butter chicken were lovely, A good range of speciality dishes, we will visit again.

Our first visit to the newly opened Spice Inn. The staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent, cooked to perfection and well presented. We will certainly be going back soon, and will also order take-aways. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing, the food here has so much flavour and plenty of it too. Staff are welcoming and happy to help. The restaurant is clean, tidy and has a modern feel. I would definitely recommend to anybody who loves Indian food!!!

Ordered for collection. The food was ready on time and hot. I had vegetable masala and pilau rice which was lovely, along with a nice fluffy naan and vegetable samosa. Will definitely be going back.
