I ate pasta with chicken , it was ok but nothing special I felt like I could cook it at home , dessert was just ok , I ordered brownie and I felt like it was bought in Morrisons or Sainsbury's, They have a good pizza and only pizza

We had an excellent lunch here, with very friendly service. Highly recommended. It was listed as not open for lunch, but it is, as of a few weeks ago. In contrast, the pub next to the Abbey, listed and sign posted as open for lunch, was not, which is why we went to Giuliano’s. So should you!

As an Italian I can say the pizza was authentic. We didn't book but we were welcomed to sit and dine in. Such a cosy atmosphere! We had an original Italian Poretti beer, burrata and new potatoes with sea salt and rosemary as starters. Then we went for the vegetarian and Giuliano's pizzas. We were treated with some desserts: chocolate brownie with gelato and affogato. The girls serving us were amazing and offered a limoncello liqueur at the end. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I went here last night to celebrate his 60th Birthday. The food was fantastic, plentiful and the staff were equally as fantastic and attentive. It’s the little extra touches that really made our night! We can honestly say it’s the best Italian food we’ve had and we cruise and travel a lot! You will not be disappointed. We highly recommend this restaurant. We’ve had take out pizza from here too and believe me it’s just as fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back!xxx

The new ownership is a considerable improvement over the previous team which started well many, many years ago but then lost interest. This is a great young team with enough staff to do the job well. Good standard menu for this type of Italian restaurant at very fair prices. Nice to see a small but very varied wine selection too from a simple “house” wine to smart bottles. Caters for gluten free option too. Good atmosphere on a busy evening. Crucial question - will we be back? Answer- yes of course

We hadn't been for a while, but we're glad that we we did. Credit where it's due; this is a really great place to go for pizza. Guilianos has recently come under new ownership and the guys haven't changed the menu that much, a good move when taking over an Italian as you wouldn't really want to rock the boat past the bay of Naples. We had the pizza, and it was spot on. This dough is going somewhere, and the kitchen is making a great job of what it's doing. Be brave though chaps, Crowlands ready for the pallete of what's on offer at Pizza Bianco in Phoenix AZ, and you're ready to take it to that next level. We will be back, either way! This the first time since 2022 I've come back, and it has now changed ownership so will review it based on my recent visit. Let me start with the good points. Firstly the restaurant is very clean and there is a good lighting throughout. Additionally, we thought the waitress look like Audrey Hepburn which is definitely a bonus. Now for what I believe to be the negatives of our visit. They no longer serve Lasagna which is a pity as it was one of the best I'd ever tried under the previous ownership. Additionally what I had (Spaghetti Bolognese) was okay, but it wasn't great, it lost its heat very easily and was lukewarm, the taste was alright but basic like I could do myself at home. I go out to restaurants to taste food I wouldn't be able to replicate without a lot of effort. Additionally, the atmosphere was ok but not like it used to be when there were people desperate to book and the restaurant was full. There was a charismatic man greeting people and you no longer get that. To conclude it's ok, but I wouldn't rush my friends or family to try this restaurant because it isn't as good anymore in my opinion and will not be returning in a hurry.

I had take-away pizza and pasta tonight. Food was ready to collect in 20 mins. All freshly cooked and really tasty. Staff really polite and friendly. Such good value for money with 2x 12" pizzas for £16. Highly recommend!

Fresh and delicious pizzas and lovely staff

Lovely place for pizza and pasta. Small restaurant in the centre of Crowland. Staff were very nice and welcoming, and the food was amazing. We had some pizzas and pasta and all was so delicious. We prebooked a table as we knew the restaurant was quite small, would definitely recommend calling to book a table on peak days.

Been trying visit for the past 3 weeks using the opening times advertised in your Facebook page. Sadly no openings by ours on your restaurant door/window. Today we sat outside waiting for you to open for 35 minutes. Lights are still off and no answer on the phone. So disappointing, as we ate here years ago it was really good, hence our persistence. You must be losing a lot of business. Please update your opening hours, it’s a 10 mile round trip wasted.

Quite simply a gem of the town, me and my wife have been visiting since we moved to Crowland in 2018 and this place never fails. A quirky little Italian which has a very personal feel to it with quality of food second to none, fantastic range of pizzas and some of the best pasta dishes around. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. PS leave a little room for the gelato.

I was a little skeptical of all the positive reviews but after having my pizza i'm glad to say it's just as good as people say, the pizza was hot, very very tasty and well priced and the staff were very friendly, i'm almost sad it's this good as I'm trying to be better about what I eat!

Had a pizza and risotto and it was amazing. Absolutely delicious food, there were no words at the dinner table 😂. The service was the cherry on the cake, friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Would 100% recommend! Great work guys!

Never been before. My friend suggested after hearing it was good. Plus, it is right on my doorstop so no excuse not to go. Restaurant is clean and the staff were really warm and friendly. The menus are tidy & again clean. Lots of choice, and incredibly reasonably priced dishes. It was a tough decision on what to get. I wanted both pizza & pasta but decided to give the pizza a shot. I used to live in Italy so finding a decent pizza anywhere else is basically impossible, I usually make them at home. The service was prompt & thoughtful our waitress & extra requests were no problems. Pizzas arrived and looked fresh & delicious. I was so happy to see that the base had that slight char all the way to the centre. No doughy or raw bits which I've experienced many times in other places. Taste time. What can I say. Delicious. Every single bite was absolutely outstanding. Even the base had flavour which often gets overlooked. The sauce was flavourful and the occasional hit of basil was so good. I had a few other toppings which were also delicious but the main ingredients, base, sauce and cheese were spot on. The base was thin, crisp at the bottom & just cooked to perfection. My friend & I who have both experienced true Italian pizza both remarked that we couldn't believe we were sitting in Crowland. Safe to say we were really inpressed. Would have loved to have had some room for dessert but we'd both eaten every single crumb of our pizzas so were truly stuffed. Really excited to come here again & to work my way through their menu.

I went to Giuliano’s tonight with my Dad and it was our first time going after hearing great things about the place. The garlic bread starter was to die for and the Meaty pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had. This will now most definitely be our regular Italian and already can’t wait to go back!

When you can rank a pizza place in your top 5, it's doing well. Others 4 are homeslice London, Lou Malnaties Chicago, Lombardi's New York and another in Vientiane Laos. So it's up there across the world. Great staff, friendly service and great pizza. For the price too it's amazing!

Four of us all had pizza. Not quite as good as previous visits, a change in pizza base recipe maybe. Saying that it was still very good. Very busy on a Saturday night so suggest booking your table. Desserts not great, seemed like just out of a packet. Friendly service.

Have been to this restaurant a few times, but not recently so was not aware of the makeover. It was much needed however I felt it didn’t feel as authentic. The food was nice, garlic bread with cheese to share, seemed to be a shortage of garlic but nevertheless was nice. For main I chose seafood risotto. Lots of seafood however it was a bit like rice pudding and I couldn’t eat it all for that reason. For dessert I chose warmed waffle with icecream, very nice however there was a very hard bit of the waffle that I had to cut with a knife, I can only think this was from being over microwaved. I do like this restaurant, the service was second to none and other than above mentioned it was a lovely evening. I would definitely return but make different choices next time.

Took the kids for a Saturday night treat and was definitely worth the drive from Market Deeping. Really fresh Caprese salad starters and the Pizzas had quality toppings on a homemade dough. The traditional pastry desserts were incredible and we will certainly go again.

We visited recently for a meal was able to accommodate without booking, we had a great 3 course meal and couldn’t fault any one of the dishes we had. In fact was so impressed we called in for a take away pizza the following night and those were also just as good.

A group of six all very happy. Everyone had something different from the menu, from meatballs to pastas to pizza. All meals ready together and you couldn’t pick a fault if you tried. Compliments to Giulianos for using great ingredients and all cooked to perfection. Service was great, very attentive without ever hovering around. All members in our group said they would visit again with family. What a result, as I recommended Giulianos for our meal. Thank you to everyone for a great night out.

I brought two pizza pies, one for me and one for my boyfriend, and we were very disappointed we had heard such great reviews. I originally saw a picture of the pizza pie on Facebook, and what we had looked nothing like it. Was dry and mine had hardly any filling/toppings in it. Threw have of mine away. But the garlic bread pizza was amazing!

Only recently found this Italian restaurant and we are really pleased and very satisfied with the service and quality of food sampled so far; and to top it all, it is very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
