Chun Hing in Bristol, City of

Special Chow Mein was perfect, HOWEVER, the cod was hard as if it has been cooked twice or been sat all day on the hot place display. Even my cats was not interested, went straight in the bin at a waste of £4.80

i live nearby so I order quite often but it's not my favourite one. Chicken mushroom - nice, tasty, but quite poor, not many vegetables. Chicken mushroom curry - sama thing, much too much curry. boiled rice - standard. fried rice with egg - alright. fries - never again. even my kids who love every fries didn't want toneat it. ..

I love the food here. Its old school Chinese takeaway food does what it says on the tin .Great service cheap as chips.

I have been using the Chinese takeaway for over 20 years, their food is delicious,very friendly owners, even when I have moved away from the area I would still go this shop, it is the best Chinese by far.

Homemade fishcake was mainly potato and small portion of chips.

So we went out the other day and my friend ordered a Chinese and chips curry sauce chow mein egg fried rice and the food was poor quality and cardboard chips noodles poor egg fried rice was not even fried was more like bored rice with a fried egg and the potato froze was even worse

We've had food from here before which was very nice, but this visit was a let down, our food was very salty and couldn't eat it all, very disappointed 😞

Very poor. One of the worst chip shops I’ve been to, gave them a second chance also, but that didn’t do any justice either. If you like cheap and cheerful, greasy chips, oddly cooked (stale taste) cod then this is right up your street

Don’t listen to Ky B, Chun Hing is an oasis of flavour and hospitality. They serve chips to die for and the best homemade curry sauce I’ve ever tasted. Take it from me, a regular who lives across the road, there is no place closer to heaven than this gorgeous, family run establishment.

Just popped inn for a bag of chips! They're disgusting :( i even have a nasty taste left in my mouth... if they cant even cook chips than need i say anymore!

Been going few years now since chippy up the road closed,good selection of food if theres anything in heated department not there they'll do it fresh while u wait great portions even if u ask for small chips good value but prices are slowly creeping up INFLATION EH!

Fish n chips is best around.. Chinese food takes some beating too good value for money

I made a order over the phone for Beef and oyster sauce and egg fried rice they put it all together when I never asked and because I didn’t asks for it separately that’s why got so when I went blank and asked for it to be separated I ended up with half a portion they basically conned me and had the cheek to ban me and then give my money back. Real nice hey. Go to the one on the kingsway in Hanham and you’ll never look back ☺️

Food here is excellent. Always friendly and fast service. Top notch Chinese take away and very reasonable prices. 5 stars!!

Found some hair in my ham and cheese omelette not very impressed 😡

The best sweet and sour king prawn balls and egg fried rice in the area. The best thing is the price 550p the prawns are massive.
