Great Ice Cream right in the heart of the gorge, can' fault it. I will be coming back soon for some more hapiness.

There are several shops selling ice cream in Ironbridge. We chose this one simply because we liked the look of it. We were glad we did - the ice cream is very tasty!

We had a quick visit to Ironbridge just for a drive out, lovely sunny warm day, we passed this little shop and I talked the wife into having one. I had rhubarb and custard and the wife had rum and raisin. Mine had lovely chunks of rhubarb in a custardy ice cream and was excellent, the Mrs. said it was probably the best ice cream she had ever had, it had lovely big raisins in and was delicious. They were a touch pricey but you knew you had eaten something when you had finished. brilliant on a hot summers day.

Don’t bother going here complete rip-off poor value for money. The ice cream is very poor and very small scoops for the money. Two small scoops for £4.00 is robbery you could buy a full tub for less. Stale ice cream cones the advertising boards suggest and portray you get a waffle type cone this is false as you get very cheap stale cones will not go again and I will make a point of every time I pass to tell people of my very poor experience. The words ice cream parlour makes you think of freshly made ice cream and quality this is sadley far from both disappointed does not even come close the pictures amount to £8.00 worth of food hope this review stops another victim falling prey to this shop as I did

After a walk up and down the gorge stopped off at the Chrisalis Ice Cream Parlour. What a great bubblegum ice cream. Sat and ate it while socially distancing. The people in the shop are doing a wonderful job during these difficult times. So I think they deserve a big 👍.

After a walk over the oldest iron bridge in the world (fascinating) we stopped at Chrisalis Ice Cream parlour for delicious cornets from their great range. (I really liked the salted caramel) Like a muppet, I left my wallet on the counter and didn't realise until we were 100 miles away :-( I called them up and they promised to post the wallet and refused to take any money for postage. The wallet arrived safe and sound the day after. So, great ice creams and great service.

Nice place, decent food and good prices. Bring your own alcohol if you want a drink.

Visited for coffee with friends at 11.45am. We were told that as it was Mother's day we could only sit on bar stools at the bench at the back. At this point only two tables were occupied. Two more very elderly friends, with limited mobility, arrived 10 minutes later and were told they would have to sit on bar stools, which was impossible for them. Their and our requests for them to be allowed to sit at a table for 15 mins were refused and they had to leave. Half an hour later only three tables were occupied. Btw the coffee is £4.20 for a very average cappuccino!!

Good busy place, what you'd expect from the chain pub. Online booking got lost, so they had a shuffle around. Waited about 10 minutes for the table.

Visited today with the Wife and 10 month old fur baby Monty. From the minute we walked in and ordered the staff (Bella and Lewis) were amazing, so welcoming, professional and genuinely looked like they love thier job an absolute credit to Costa. Without naming other coffee shops, the welcoming we and our fur baby received showed Costa to be miles ahead of the rest. When it’s a cold day it’s so refreshing to be able go and have a coffee with your wife and dog, able to enjoy it and not feel a burden, Monty love his pupachino . Many Thanks Bella and Lewis for making our visit so good, your a credit to not only young people but Costa 👍
