Great food!!! I'm really impressed! A large selection of dishes that all taste fresh and zingy and very authentic. I like that each dish has it's own cooking style and seasoning, this really comes out in the flavour and each plate gives you a difference experience. I haven't had Thai food for a long time so I feel like i've been missing out now. Chor Muang has definitely got a new customer. 5 stars from me. I ordered from the Blewbury pub side.

We ordered the chilli calamari and mushroom garlic and pepper, but both dishes arrived without any seasonings and were soggy and poorly prepared. My red chicken curry included pineapple and lychee, which felt out of place. My partner’s chicken and cashew nuts had no cashews and was also soggy and unappetizing. We’ve always ordered from the Wantage Road location without issue, so this experience was particularly frustrating. Overall, the food quality was very poor and disappointing

The only time I’ve had Thai food as good as this was when in Thailand. You have to wait a little sometimes for your mains but trust me it is so worth the wait, it’s so good it might make you cry. These dishes definitely deserve a place in a fancy restaurant.

Everything is fine in particular the atmosphere but the spend is slightly higher than that in Oxford city centre

Exceptional Thai food that fully exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers and arrived an hour early for our booking as we completed a walk quicker than expected. The restaurant were very accommodating of this. The service was warm and friendly, and the food (for me, a duck bau bun starter and crab curry main) was the best Thai food I have eaten. 100% recommend.

We visited for the first time on 5th June 2024, and enjoyed some of the best Thai food we've ever had! Very accommodating for Children of all ages too. Will certainly be visiting again for our next Thai meal!

Amazing authentic Thai food with great service

We were able to sit at one of the pub tables (with our dog) and had a flight of the Thaipas followed by a Tom Yum soup and the Holy Basil main with mango sticky rice for dessert. Absolutely amazing food, I can’t rate it higher.

The server we had was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely visit again for the authentic Thai dishes and great selection across the menu. Would recommend having three starters and a main, that seemed to be the sweet spot for us. A lovely evening with very tasty food. Main reason for ‘just’ missing out on 5/5 stars - we found the entrance to the restaurant (via a very busy pub) quite strange but also the price of rice here is quite high - around £5 for a small bowl which is pretty essential for when you’re eating Thai food. If rice came with all dishes with a small upgrade fee to adjust to a different type we would give 5/5. However - we’ll definitely visit again as we had a lovely time!

Great tasting, good quality food. Side of broccoli did feel expensive for what it was, but not to take away from our overall experience. Also good selection for vegetarians

Really great Thai food. Delivered politely and on time

The order was ready for collection 60 mins later than what the restaurant informed us After placing the Oder online , the restaurant called us to inform that the collection would be delayed by 10 mins . When we reached the restaurant , we were told to wait for 15 mins , after which we were informed that they wouldn’t be able to provide any specific delay due to the restaurant being full We ended up waiting for just over an hour before we got the food Even though the food was delayed , the lack of communication and bad customer service has put us off from ordering from here again !

Absolutely delicious, duck red curry, chicken green curry, prawn pad thai and king prawns with tamarind, we even had room for banana fritters and dragon egg. We'll definitely be back, thank you.

The food is very good.However I find the jasmine rice at £4 per bowl is a bit expensive compare to other restaurants.

We regularly get take aways from the Thai Gastro at the Blueberry pub. It is really such delicious Thai food. I especially recommend the Coconut Braised Beef - mouthwatering lemongrass sauce and soft soft beef chunks. Can’t get enough of this place.

The sea bass and mango salad was one of the best things I've had in England so far. The dressing is lovely. Pad thai and green curry was tasty. Not keen on the rice pudding. But mango sorbet was good. The staff were friendly and kind to the kids.

We ate at the restaurant on Saturday and honestly had the best Thai outside Thailand! It was so authentic, the flavours were amazing with great presentation too. The staff are very knowledgeable and adapt to taste if required.The food and drink are charged separately as the pub serves the beverages. It is very busy so booking is advised. We will be back without a doubt.... maybe next week!! I thoroughly recommend this.
