I went for lunch on the 23/04/25 to grab the birthday box and the staff were so lovely to me! Would go again!

Very tasty noodles & toppings. Whenever I'm in Bristol (not too often), I always head here for a quick, easy & very tasty Asian meal.

Staff helpful, asked for recommendations and the dude helped me pick the best options.

My food had some flavour, just incredibly greasy. Very soft texture. The noodles were just slick with grease - maybe that's an intentional part of the sauce or something, but it was the type to coat your lips and mouth. The chicken was fine, I'm assuming it was reformed dark meat with added fat. The service was good! the people were friendly, quick service, my dad is a bit energetic and loud but they handled him well. He actually enjoyed his meal in fairness, but that was a rice dish. I can't recommend the noodles.

Chopstix broadmead gave me Very veryyy low portion of extra topping only 3 pieces of chicken in salt n peper chicken extra topping which is for £3.90 for extra topping like its a joke i paid more than a £1 for small chicken bite sized piece each and when i called them to complain multiple times no answer

Ordered from Just Eat. Most Valuable Box. Food was very low quality. If i were betting, they buy from a high street frozen food company(often confused with a country) and then warm + fry to finish. Noodles were poor quality, pumpkin unidentifiable, both the teriyaki and BBQ sauces (in a packet) only quality was that they were sweet; lacked any other flavour. Spring rolls and prawn crackers were passable as much like (read identical) to the ones from Iceland that i don't hate. Def not good quality. Spent over £20 for one person's food. Don't know if this place is considered good but given the wealth of great Asian food available, will never have this again.

Wouldn't eat here again. Food quality was akin to frozen (maybe less) and lacked flavour. whilst teriyaki and BBQ were both sweet. they didn't appear to offer much else. Noodles were comparable to pot-noodle. on the plus side, the spring rolls and prawn crackers, straight out of the Iceland frozen section, tasted as expected.

We visited Bristol and decided to try Chopstix – and we weren’t disappointed! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, giving us plenty of time to choose our meals and explaining the options with patience. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, and the experience as a whole was fantastic. The staff were lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit Bristol!

It cam warm but the taste and quality of the items were not up the standards I was thinking of. It said egg fried rice but it was just a brown rice.

Egg fried rice didn't even have egg in it, just rice, the salt and pepper chicken was okay but burnt. And messed up one of the orders maybe if I was physically at the store it might have tasted better rather than ordering online

Noodles and chicken were really nice, the manager was accomodating and the atmosphere lively.

really disappointed in their delivery guy sucks he just sat there on the opposite side not even two mins and drove off without even coming to the door it was useless shouting at him with his helmet on discusting customer service when I rang them up aswell

Server was persistent to asking for a review, 3 times she came over... Food was ok, rice wasn’t fresh, people pushed in queue. Veggie meat was ok, overall ‘OK’ My friends had meat though, good value for money if you want to fill up.. :) Off putting being pushed for reviews

Nice new location, lovely fresh food

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was unsure of what to order. The servers, Maduparna and Erandi, were extremely welcoming and provided excellent suggestions. We had a vegan friend with us, and they recommended suitable options for her, even preparing fresh dishes since some items had run out since we went late. I would 100% recommend this establishment. The food was delicious; the salt and pepper chicken and firecracker chicken were particularly outstanding, as were the potatoes. My vegan friend loved the freshly made pumpkin katsu.

The foods are impressive, firecracker chicken quite spicy but nice🔥，and service from Swetha is sweeeet

I order here often and this is the first time ive had an issue but it was a big one and i wont be back i thought i was losing my mind becuase i could smell cigarettes (i do not smoke) and it was the noodles they stink and taste like an old ashtray and the chicken was gritty completely inedible

The katsu curry taste like chip shop curry and was quite spicy! Delivery was amazing though!

Arrived at 11:30 and barely any food was ready including the rice. The staff member who served me seemed to have no idea what she was doing and spoke so quietly that i had no idea what she was saying. the floor was also so slippery that i almost slipped over multiple times. Overall a really painful experience.
