I have come twice with two different group of young people with special needs and the staff were so amazing and accommodating. Letting some of of young people who struggle with new foods try things. A massive thank you for your patience and understanding.

Exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit today. The gentleman behind the counter was superb. Very helpful, and courteous. Above and beyond in making sure that we were happy with our order. The restaurant is spacious, with cozy booths off-set to one side. The food was amazing. I ordered a Large Box with a Noodle Base and x3 toppings of Salt and Pepper Chicken. Delicious. And the side order of Spring Rolls were some of the tastiest I've tried. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience.

Spent £26.69 on a order for 2 people however got delivered an order of £16.36 when I opened the bag so will be wanting a refund.

Every time I order from this damp place and pay for extra sauces they never send it, this place probably owes me £10 worth of sauces now. Seriously terrible delivery

Absolute joke! Microwave style rice with “egg” that looked like polystyrene and immediatly like pouch style rice from a suppermarket rice; novelty packaging to give you far less topping, the firecracker chicken stated of habanero peppers that aren’t remotely an asiatic flavour at all. I wouldn’t eat this again if it was free or even if i was paid to! £22.89 and still starving… also my drink was packed in the bag with hot food so it was about 30°c

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Noodles a little on the bland, could do with soy sauce but toppings were nice. About £7 for a Regular box and it’s a good lunch, so alright pricing. Would recommend a larger size if for tea.

Absolutely loved coming here! Customer services is so good, I’ve been a few times and have been served by Tara, Harrison and Brandon before. They were all polite, can have a good laugh and overly amazing service. Food portions were always generous and delicious! Great place for a quick bite while on the go! I see the staff cleaning the tables regularly which I like because I’m a bit of an germophobe and always serving with a smile. Will keep on visiting in the future, it has become a staple place while out and about!

Other than taking longer than expected, the food today was top notch.

Tasty food and quick service, great for a town centre lunch break.

Food is really nice and had the exact flavour, specially with spicy and savoury dish. The selection with toppings makes the options tasty. Hopefully, there will be more options and selection, which would enhance the food and give the meal more unique aromatic flavour.

I came in on Christmas Eve and was pleasantly surprised at the serene atmosphere a welcome change to the chaos of the shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was nice the caramel chicken was especially tasty.

Staff are friendly and cook food hot to order and make fresh batches as soon as the selection needs to be updated. The manager was polite and seemed to be treating his staff well. Clean restaurant and facilities. We enjoyed having a birthday treat as a family there with my teenage kids. Good quality fast food ❤️

Ordered 2 vegetable noodle boxes, both had 1 piece of pepper in each and the smallest amount of noodles in each box, noodles didn't even reach halfway towards the line inside the box which I'm assuming is the guide level for each portion. Won't be ordering from here again, would have got more noodles out of a pot noodle.

Food was extra salty, extra spicy and the noodles were really dark, drizzled in excess soya sauce. The one in Hanley was a brilliant experience. Food was fresh and spices balanced. Perhaps next time we'll have a better experience here too.

The noodles were burnt and tasted like an ash tray had been dumoed into mix the food was inedible and i dont know how its okay for me to be charged for a meal that disappointing

I get the same thing from here and it's usually really good. I ordered it last night and the majority was inedible. The toppings and sides were fine but the noodles honestly tasted like cigarette ash. I genuinely feel like it was tampered with because it was a late order so I won't be getting food from here again. Such a disappointment...

I visit the Newcastle under lyne branch quite regularly. The service is amazing. Staff are so cheerful and friendly, I always enjoy coming, knowing the environment is just what I need after a stressful day!

I contacted the restaurant and was informed that the courier picked up my food at 1.15pm. food was delivered at 2.05pm and is cold. I live 5min from the restaurant

Ordered from here the other day, was so exited because I haven't had chopstix in SO long and normally love it. Unfortunately, it gave my partner and I absolutely horrific food poisoning and I won't be ordering again. Unhappy is an understatement, my boyfriend has a heart condition and things like food poisoning and viruses etc really badly affect him and his body. The last thing he needed rn.
