Kass is usually good but ordered the combination Kebab. Steak and donor. Steak was sooo tough I had to throw it away it was literally like rubber. Asked for salad and got the equivalent of a whole onion. Never thought I would be writing a negative review on Kass.

Asked if they could beat my normal kebab house and they did hands down! Fantastic food!

Best kebab I've had in stoke by far. Donner meat is levels above what the rest of places served and lamb is soft and flavour also big portions. Think I've found my new kebab house

Food is always nice 👍. However they need to relook at the new cardboard containers they are using they are just awful. Ordered food last night and when it arrived one of the containers had disintegrated and the food had leaked out into the bag..Not the best experience 😕

Been going here for years but it’s going downhill fast. Don’t think they realise that a cheeseburger should include a slice of cheese or indeed that a double cheeseburger should include two slices of cheese. The latest order arrived without the sauces we ordered and stone cold chips. Time to try somewhere else methinks !

The staff are very friendly and the food is always at a good standard. If you have delivery it is delivered in a reasonable time and is always still hot.

Absolutely love their food 😊. The staff are very friendly and polite. It's very rare I pick up but when I do the place is always clean and tidy. Delivery is fast. Very reasonable prices. Doner meat and chips with salad is the best.... But then again the pizzas are good to 😋.

Paid £13.50 for a double gourmet bacon burger with a portion of onion rings. Onion rings were standard but that burger was manky. The beef tasted just ok but it had a hard rubbery texture which was not nice and the bacon? Christ knows what that was but it wasn't bacon, was more like fried laminate flooring with loads of fake smoked flaver sprinkled on. £13.50 for a burger and onion rings is pub prices and this was far from pub quality. Not for me thanks

The food can be good one time and bad another and getting pricey too now..

We go to Kass regularly and they never let us down! Had the gourmet burger tonight and it was lovely!

Just really poor, a small kebab consists of 3/4 pieces of meat and a small pitta bread covered in sauce so it falls apart, fried chicken barely had any chicken on, the leg especially didn’t look edible, just a bit of a rip off , like all takeaways of this nature to be fair.

Placed an order said be 40min..it all arrived within 20mins,we thought,wow that was quick.openned food up,all 3 were cold.and i mean cold...after micro heating it was very nice.we always use kaz,still will,but will have to ring next time and say need warm food.

Just ordered from here, very nice food and good service, only thing is don't bother order any large portions as its no different than a small portion but more money. Other than that can't fault it

The best takeaway around. Chicken, pizza, kebabs, burgers, chips etc. Everything is first class.

Delivered to Alsager, food was amazing. They even chucked free chips in. Steak and chicken kebab was really tasty and loads of salad which was great. Ditched papas in Alsager , and I'll only be using Kass Kebab from now on, absolutely lovely!

We had 2 pizzas from kass, and they were very nice. Friendly staff and apologised for the wait for a seafood pizza, so that it was cooked long enough for the tuna and prawns to be hot & cooked. Fantastic taste, really appreciated the customer service. Thanks

Awesome people, made an order tonight and had an issue with the payment online, rang the restaurant and the people I spoke to sorted it and were absolutely amazing. Customer service perfection ! Not just is the customer service exceptional the food is as-well ! Nice to see customer service does exist.

Unfortunately the meat was undercooked

Had a delivery from here today, and based on the prices, you hardly get anything, i ordered a two piece value box, and there was literaly 10 chips and a few strands of doner meat, and sauces on there i didnt even ask for. Havent had from here in a while, but based on there stingy portions dont think i will again

This is a take away worth a visit. My daughter loves their pizzas, as they are filled with toppings and made to perfection.

Had a takeaway last night, on the recommendation of a friend and seriously can’t get over how poor it was! Chicken kebab was barely cooked, swimming in water with half a box of lettuce to finish! Wife’s pizza was very poor, soggy and tasteless! Don’t bother

It is what it is. The food I’ve had from there has been decent in all honesty, fair priced, good portion sizes, staff seem good, and well....it’s all in all a good takeaway.

Wife had steak kebab, she says was lovely, my pizza was slop, greasy and topping on every slice fell into the grease stained box.

First visit to this shop. Everything looked clean, food looked fresh. Service was quick and staff friendly. Could put some more meat in kebab for the price you pay, but generally everything was very tasty. Will defo be back if in area.

“Chicken tikka” pizza was just pizza with chicken in, phoned up to complain, got passed from pilar to post and then got told it’s been MADE LIKE THAT FOR 15 YEARS, in that tone. Very disappointing and old fashioned. Will be using a different takeaway next time as instructed by the manager🤷🏼‍♀️

The food tasted old and greasy. I had a “value” box 1 and I wish I hadn't. The chicken tasted a week old kept in the warmer and the portion size was tiny. Once you have been to a “good” kebab house unlike this one.

Ordered from here for over 15 years,usually lovely, tonight my pizza which i usually rave about was cold to taste & touch, uncooked cheese, really dissapointed.

I have had this kebab many times in my life and every time it is like a long lost family member coming home with my taste buds welcoming them into open arms! Nom nom nom nom. In short dont waste time with any other kebabs go straight to Kass, if I was George foreman id be so proud of it, id put my name on it!!!!!!! Hell yeah.

Ordered a pizza as my family are regular customers and usually really happy with the service from Kass. Got our pizza and it smelled and tasted like plastic so we were apprehensive to even eat anymore of it after the first bite. Called and the guy at Kass wouldn't help at all, said it was new cheese they chose today as customers didn't like others they were using but considering the same cheese was used on the other item we received it didn't smell anything like the pizza did. Customer service on the phone was lousy, extremely rude on the phone said how we were wrong, the item was fine assured us it was the cheese and their business does not do refunds or help with things like this or send replacements. Poor business as they didn't wanna help us even though he knew we were regular customers , won't be buying from them again :( .

Avoid, fries well over cooked and unedible, the cheeseburger contained a very small beefburger, again over cooked but the salad was fresh. Okay I suppose for a drunken walk home, but not for home delivery!

I cant tell you how much I hate chips which are served in polystyrene tubs, they sweat and taste horrific. Kass kebab house is the only takeaway i know which serve chips in bags, hence they stay crispy, hot and delicious! Portions are HUGE, great value money - would visit here more if it didnt affect my waste line so much :D

I use kass kebab house quite regularly, it is situated on the main market street in kidsgrove, opposite home bargains. it has achieved a high food agency score (5star) which is always a great sign of cleanliness as at July 2015. The food is generally good but nothing special, delivery is very fast and efficient, i would recommend giving it a try to the local people in the kidsgrove area.

My wife and her parents have ordered from here for years now, my wife and I were customers of golden delight in goldenhill but got fed up of unpleasant pizzas and so both ordered from Kass and will never go elsewhere now, truly awesome pizzas, clean looking establishment too and great delivery service, the freshest tasting dough we have had, lovely cheese and meats, thanks all, your our new number 1 pizza makers!!.
