Caprinos Pizza in Newcastle-under-Lyme

For me the food is 10/10, easily better than dominos, papa john's or pizza hut. Couldn't comment on delivery though

Chicken shwarma pizza with barely any chicken on it. Come on

Pizzas are tasty. Vegan toppings can be a bit dry though, but I’ll order them regardless since I don’t eat meat. They are still enjoyable enough, just rather chewy and occasionally too crispy. Love the cheese rolls.

The delivery driver stood out, he was polite and really good at customer service. The "Jalapeño Cream Cheese bites" are the best item on the menu. I wouldn't recommend the "Shawarma Blast" pizza. It was ok but too many unusual mixes of flavours.

The toppings for the loaded fries were really yummy, it’s just a shame the fries themselves were a little undercooked. They weren’t crispy and fluffy, but pale and firm. My partner enjoyed his wrap, and the cheese dough bites were as good as ever. Vegan nuggets were nice but a little dry. Overall good dinner, just a few improvements would’ve made it great.

Tried Caprinos for the first time ever and i was blown away by the quality of the pizza. So many option to choose from i felt a bit spoiled . The pizza was amazing great crust, steaming hot on arrival , by far one of the best pizza's i have had in a long time. The sides were also amazing. I have definitely found my new fav pizza place. 100% recommend.

Waited over a hour on a Wednesday night gor 2 pizzas poor service and delivery time useless.

Just kinda disappointed. Normally go here and ordered as per usual - after a while the app said the food had been delivered when it hadn’t (that happens though sometimes so I wasn’t too worried) Called the restaurant and after saying hello I got hung up on. Called again after since I assumed it was a mistake and just kept getting sent to voicemail. So yeah just kinda sucks. :(

Ordered on uber eats at 12 hasn’t arrived yet and it’s 2 Its taking the absolute piss

The quality and taste of the pizza very poor considering they advertise themselves as Italian. Threw more than half of each pizza away and half the chicken, no one enjoyed it.

Once again they got the ice cream wrong. I cannot eat dairy so I always order the dairy free Ice cream. Always. Got sent ice cream containing dairy and didn't notice until later on when the store was now closed. This may be the last time.

Great portion, fast delivery and hot delicious food

Food is good although the delivery time is unacceptably long - consistently 30% longer than any other caprinos. Expect to wait 90 mins for your food.

Caprinos serves some of the best pizza in town! The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are always generous. The staff is friendly. This place never disappoints. Highly recommend! ( I ordered 2 tandoori delight pizza and a loaded shawarma).

Hello … With so much of expectation I ordered the food … Away from family just started my job spent almost 12 pounds for the food … Expected it to be nice warm & tasty … Unfortunaely the chicken taste was not up to the mark … It blunt/sweet/stale I don’t know how to describe it … Moreover you guys didn’t provided the sauce … I am really upset to spent this much money over nothing … Please have some integrity and try to earn money in halal way guys … Extrmely disappointed …

Ordered by phone asked if there was any available deals told no, only to find there was several deals available. Managed to argue my way to a deal that was clearly available yet the manager was reluctant to change the original price. Then the incorrect pizza was made and I was told I didn't order the correct one in the first place, which was funny because I had no idea the pizza they tried to serve me even existed. I was told that they could make another pizza but it would be more expensive and the other one would have clearly gone cold. I didn't end up actually eating on this occasion as I didn't want my wife and kids pizza to be cold. My wife said the food was 2*. The customer service at this particular spot is sub-par and I would not recommend.

Food arrived 20 minutes after the latest arrival time, they got the order completely wrong, with the ingredients on the wrong pizzas and missing topping. When I rang to order a replacement, the guy on the phone made it out as if it my mistake, until he actually checked the order and realised it was his fault. The replacement pizza they sent took an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES to get to the hotel despite it being a 5-minute drive away. At this point I was fed up of waiting and was already in bed. Thankfully I ordered through Uber eats and got a full refund. If you are willing to take the risk and order, make sure you do it through a third party so you can get your refund easily. Better yeah just don't order at all from this shambles of a place.

They missed an item off my order. I rang them as soon as the driver left and they said they would send the missing item out. I rang back after 30 minutes and they said it'll be 5/6 minutes. Didn't arrive. I have used them quite often recently as well

Portions was alittle small for the price, but nice pizza good amount of topping.

Lovely pizza's, better than the local Dominos and Papa's by far. Delivery was on time. Pricing is decent. The toppings are a fraction stingy for the price. It's £1.40 per topping no matter what you want. Drizzle of sauce £1.40, a dozen slices of jalapeno, £1.40, a sprinkle of Chicken meat, £1.40. I think they need to rework that element. Overall though, really good pizza.

Was disappointed with size of pizzas for the money and prices charged , the loaded fries tasted good but hardly any shawarma meat, but was given another when complained. Meat pizza was very salty and seemed liked there was fish/mackerel on it, but we just ate it as we had ordered after work and kept them at home to eat in the evening so didn't want the hassle of returning and waiting etc. customer service was great as they gave another loaded fries when we said we weren't happy.

I had my first Caprino's pizza last night. My lovely next door neighbour brought it for me. How kind!! The pizza was absolutely gorgeous, I am thinking it was Shawarma Blast, as I forgot to ask him, but it definitely looked like it to me. It will not be the last. It was loads nicer than any other pizza outlet.I would definitely recommend them.The website shows fantastic food, so will definitely be trying some of their other items. FIRST CLASS!!!!

Ordered delivery food, didn't get jalapenos in my 2 boxes of fries and someone gave me cheesy bites instead of cauliflower wings without calling me and even asked!! After 2 calls I got my money back finally ... but not for the fries I started eating :/ My husband was still hungry and wanted to eat 2nd box, but we've had to wait for delivery guy... The worst service ever, I was customer for couple of years and don't want to deal with them ever again.

Every time I get a takeaway I order from here. Their vegan pizza and brownies are to die for. I love the plant based Nuggets a lot as well. Defiently recommend, only wish they done bigger sizes for the vegan pizza!

Hi. I was charged twice for one order. I canceled my order by mistake and i didn't get a refund. Then restaurant called to me and said they'll deliver my order soon, but i must pay again for that order. Now i can see on my bank account, that i have two payments of £13.69, but i get just one order. Please help me to sort out this issue

the pizza was not worth the money. it had exactly 13 small pieces of chicken on a large pizza, 8 slices so not even 2 per slice. it was basically bread and sauce. the chicken coujons were good though.

Overcooked and cold. Not very appetising at all. Also extremely expensive for 4 pieces of tiny pizza. A larger pizza costs less!!!!! Will never order again sorry

The best pizzas in the area by far. The peri peri is outstanding if you like spicy food. The delivery drivers are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I'm not usually a pizza fan but I could eat these every day. 💞

This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with the pizza. I ordered a bbq sizzler and there’s no ounce of bbq sauce on it. It’s quite plain, which is a shame. I really love this place but I’m quite sad that the food wasn’t on point as usual.

£36 for 2 pizzas? Used before and was nice but really disappointing tonight. Would have expected fabulous toppings for the bill but very sparse for visitors this evening. Hardly any pepperoni on either pizza. Won’t be ordering again.
