Chopstix - Kilburn in Camden

Very generous portions with very affordable prices and really great fresh food! Loved the fact that the noodles are perfectly made just like in Asian countries and that the fried chicken wasn't excessively fried at all. Each topping was really tasty. The staff is very welcoming and the service is fast.

I have eaten in the Kilburn high road branch before. Today I went in. I had my food and before leaving needed to use the loo. While waiting I got a view of the kitchen. To see a member of staff preping onions without any gloves also while I watched she picked up her mobile phone which was on the preparation surface. When I came out of the toilet and looked again. She was still preping raw food without gloves. I knocked on the door and asked to speak the manager a man called Fernando came out.I explained my concerns regarding health and safety issues that I saw happing in the kitchen he was in charge of. He said he would have a word with her but still allowed her to keep on cutting the food without gloves. I asked him again that the member of staff staff should be wearing gloves. Then he asked me what company I was from or what i was investigating. I told him i was going to report.this. i asked fernando for head office contact details to be told Look it up on Google Not the response you would expect from a manager He obviously doesn't care about the restaurant or he's customers. Let's see if I get a response from chopstix. Going by other reviews. I probably won't get a response. I wouldn't recommend chopsticks Kilburn for reasons being Hygiene and management customer service.

Ordered take away, food is cold, no much choices, to be fair portions are big but definitely not Chinese

Overall decent place. Affordable and good value for money. Nice and clean place to sit down and eat. I will definitely come back to this place when I’m craving Chinese food.

1st time takeaway was just substandard didn't taste fresh but the 2nd time we ate in thinking it may taste better. Unfortunately no, food is of a poor standard and unfortunately made my child ill with vomiting and fever. We did observe hygiene of staff and was a little sceptical especially with the gentleman who's there all the time, guessing a manager. We had high hopes but it doesn't live upto other branches. It's a shame as it was convenient for us. Yes any company can get a high rating on the day but on day to day to keep to that standard is what you hope will be maintained. Some words of advice, try washing hands and beard and hairnets. Even popeyes a few doors down do this.

I order from deliveroo always but not ordering from you any more as the food as the package always getting damaged, I order from somewhere else I getting my order perfect.

I tried Chopstix for the first time in Hammersmith, but Kilburn branch is so much better! I ordered food via Deliveroo. It arrived still hot, well packed and delicious! The portion was more than enough. I can honestly recommend noodles, sweet and sour chicken, and salt and pepper chicken

The chicken fried rice is just undercooked rice. The food was cold and my delivery took almost 1hr to be delivered.

Noodles and rice were not good, also caramel chicken was not good, and it was very cold inside, I do not recommend chopsty kilburn

Lovely shop , clean and decor is nice. Service is very good . Portions are soo tiny for the price ! The food is ok but not the best , the aftertaste stays in your throat for a while

Love this place. The staff are nice. It's not overly busy so easy to sit and eat or just order and go.

A little disappointed the salt and pepper chicken was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The fire cracker chicken was quite sweet. The rice just tasted strange and borderline unpleasant

THE FOOD IS AMAZING i prefer the salted caramel drizzle chicken with noodles and its perfect but its a little busy.

Food it's good when it's just come out but unfortunately it's not busy shop you hardly get that,over over priced for noodles that's why you loosing customers, low your prices you sell more and customers get fresh food that's how you earn customers and good feedback ,good luck

Staff were very friendly, and the store is nicely decorated and spacious. Unfortunately the food is not great. It's over priced for what it is, which is essentially dry, stale, imitation Asian food that's been left sitting out for awhile. The side order of tiny chicken nuggets were dry and had the texture of crusty bread, whereas the actual breaded chicken mains were soggy. I finished my meal over 2 hours ago, but can still taste the extremely sweet, salty, and heavily MSG-ed meal at the back of my throat, and the food is sitting like a rock at the bottom of my stomach. Honestly would not recommend.

Excellent. The two staff were friendly and very informative about the menu. Portions were generous and price is reasonable

The food here is very much like the terrible Chinese you get in festivals, fares etc. You have to be absolutely drunk to think you’re eating good food. The sauce has that mucus like look and consistency to it and seriously, I'm pretty sure it's 10% chicken, if that is what it even is, and 90% unknown(picture attached). I don’t even want to talk about the noodles. The food is like that feeling of queasiness after eating a McDonalds. Never again and lesson learnt.

Been 4 times and Not to bad, not that tasty.. expensive, especially for amount of meat they put… full of rice and a little bit of meat…

Unfortunately the small box consists of 95% rice and 4 bite sizes of chicken, I chose the caramel drizzle one, for the price I would have expected at least 30% of chicken, but I guess everyone is saving where they can, before they were very generous with meat, now I guess we've hit tough times, won't be back, will go where they give you more chicken 😭😭.

Everything is super delicious in there, I had the Noodles with beef , teriyaki sweet sour and I can’t resist! The BBQ is one of my fave! fast and super clean!

The service is great, the atmosphere is brilliant and most of all the food is amazing. From the noodles to BBQ chicken to Chinese chicken curry, it's nice when you can find all those options in one place.

I'm sorry for this review. It's not in my nature to be negative and I'm sincerely hoping the management would take this as constructive criticism. Nowhere are there any restaurants for take away that don't have big carrying bags with handles, preferably plastic bags to avoid leakage of oils and juices on customer's clothes and cars as happened to me. I asked for a bigger bag and was given smaller paper pags with handles but since my order was large and I was walking home I had to decline and agree to one large paper bag..which later proved to be a disaster as oils were all over my brand new M.D. jacket when I arrived home. I tried to clean it at home with no luck and the (No dry clean) tag made it impossible to clean the jacket professionally. It ended up in the waste basket. Food was very mediocre. It turned out to be a very costly meal indeed.

Don't sit next to the cleaning station, constantly sparying chemicals whilst trying to eat. Pricey for the portion size. Sauce is limited, I asked to add more sauce and they did but was shocked when asked. Its clean-tables, floors etc I won't be going back

The atmosphere is nice. The food is nice mainly the salt and pepper chicken but they have an issue with the rice being too dry, maybe keep the rice/noodles steamed or add in few spoons of water to the cooked rice/noodles and mix every 30 mins so rice/noodles doesn't dry up. The main issue and reason for low rating is they don't have a scanner so I could not even collect points. That's very silly. Why make an app but not have a scanner in your store? Not using this one ever again.

Terrible food. We ordered today for the first time. The rice and noodles were dry and the rice had no taste, same with the spring rolls. The chicken portions didn't bring enough sauce. The wings were raw and smelled bad. The potatoes tasted like the typical ones that come frozen.

Looks very nice and food is tasty. Great interior and specious inside. But I would say this is place is overpriced.

Shop not even busy completely ignored by staff even when I tried to attract there attention I was given a dirty look and ignored I had to walk out hope this branch shuts down bad staff bad business

People serving the food were fine and the place looks nice. The actual food is poor quality and not worth the money. It reminds me of cheap buffet food.

Go to an actual Chinese restaurant instead of eating this total garbage. There are plenty of places to get a good Chinese. This isn’t one of them.

The portion size is good, food is tasty and nice tried the sweet and sour and caramel drizzle chicken with noodles was really good! Kids loved it too! Service was excellent staff were welcoming

The food was pretty mid and even bad. The noodles were dry as hell, bbq chicken didn’t even taste like bbq, the chicken was flavourless and again dry just overall do not recommend spending your money on it at all. The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because the inside decor and seating area was very nice.

The member of staff that was serving the food was rude and abrupt, kept saying ‘what?’ Every time I spoke. The portion of chicken was inconsistent between all three medium meals. The restaurant was clean and inviting.
