Arrived earlier than notified. Nice noodles but prawn crackers were very stale.

This was the first time I’ve had takeaway from here and it was the best Chinese I’ve ever tried. Everything was perfect pretty much, and the flavour was insane! A couple of small things I would have changed but honestly, for a very fussy eater to not complain about something is a first for me. I had prawn balls, special chow mien, beef in black bean (tender and amazing flavour), Cantonese pork, prawn toast, salt and pepper chilli chips and some curry sauce. I’ll be coming back soon 😁😁😁

Called for a delivery at 6pm. The food came at 6:30 opened and spilled inside the bag so I refused the delivery. I was told by the person on the phone my order will be re made and sent out. 1 hour later I called back. They said I've paid for my order and took it from the driver?!!!! Then said sorry for the confusion I will need to wait another 30minutes for a driver.

Best Chinese for miles, highly recommend

I ordered chicken chow mein for myself and my partner ordered black bean beef with rice with a side portion of chicken balls. Honestly, the chicken balls were full of oil that tasted horrible. The next day my tummy was really hurting and I had slight food poisoning. Disappointing because the shop looks clean from outside. Do they even change the oil?? Do not order from here.

The chicken and pineapple dish was probably the worst dish I have ever seen. It looked so bad neither of us could even try it. Definitely won’t be going back to that place.

A few times now, we had a really bad experience with delivery!!! I was keeping it quiet but have to share it now. They don't even call saying its late or apologising for it! Things happen, but you have to let customers know!!! We are not going to wait to have our dinner at 11pm when we were told its 30-45 minutes. 1 hour passed, we called to check, and they said its another 20-25 minutes wait.... is it normal to wait for an hour and a half? By the way, they are just 5 minutes drive from us but we were exhausted from the whole day doing sports competitions and couldn't go. That's the point of take away. Also they always want cash and don't even bother about providing good service and food. By the way, we loved the food, but the last few orders were different and not really as good.

I've been trying the local area for new places. This is by far the best I've found and will only be ordering from here. Food is hot, delicious, portions are generous and the whole family loves it.

Stop over cooking your NOODLES before stir frying...!!!

Have had this a few times but tonight was unable to eat as had far to much chilli flakes and was to hit to eat as burning the mouth so couldn’t enjoy

Noodles were very good, but the dumplings not so much and the sauce was not pleasant. I would order again, just not the dumplings.

Chicken balls that were overfried hard crunchy and bland, smothered in dirty oil that my stomach is still rejecting hours later with every burp. Breading on the balls themselves fall off immediately, flavourless rice. Avoid at all costs.

Without exaggeration this was the worst food I have ever eaten, chicken balls, the breading separated from the chicken and completely slid off immediately. Overfried and burnt into a crunchy flavourless mess, smothered in dirty oil that hours later is still being rejected by my body (the taste comes up through burps, my stomach is desperate to expunge it) flavourless bland boring egg fried rice, not a single thing we had was worthwhile. I will never eat here again and if I can achieve anything with this review I hope it serves as a deterrent for anybody reading this. Coqfighter delivers in this radius if you want to try asian food that is fried and seasoned well. Avoid choo at all costs!

Ordered the lucky box but turned out is was unlucky. The Ribs and chicken pieces had hardly any meeting on them. The salt and pepper chicken were rock hard. Chips looked like they were left out of other portions. Overall not great but delivery was fast.

As soon as I put the order in, I had a knock at my door and it was my food. The delivery was so quick and food was super hot and tasty, definitely going to order again.

The food is very good but the present sales lady is totally very RUDE!. Previews sales lady was totally very nice but these time she’s very RUDE! To the CHOO OWNER PLEASE SACKED your present sale lady!

Poor service, we waited one and a half hours for our food despite being told to wait 45-60 minutes. After an hour we called to check the progress of the order and the woman on the phone was rude, sarcastic and put the phone down on us. She refused to apologise for her rubbish attitude and replied with more sarcasm. It seems that since the pandemic this establishment has lost its quality for good food and good service.

Ordered via Uber eats... It was nice, not amazing but nice. Everything was hot and tasted fine. My gf commented that the salt and pepper squid would have been better if it was made using fresh chilli rather than dried. Not sure I would order again from Choo but if it's your first time...give it a go.

Been a customer for a long while years has changed loads price increase unreal sauce for dumpling missed out twice overcooked tonight never thought I would but ripped up menu never again I'll stick to noodle house in Sutton best ever such a shame quick delivery but not worth it again

Good little chinese place. Food is great. Does not take cash, and you are charged more if you order online for pickup rather than paying in store.

Rude customer service order consistently for 4 years always spend a decent amount they made a load of mistakes with our meal snd then blamed us won't be ordering again.

Ordered takeaway from them. The egg fried rice was stale and smelly and was very sticky only happens when the rice gets spoilt. Really horrible experience. Never going to order again. Lady was rude and kept saying the food was cooked fresh.

The lady who served me was only interested in money and made it so obvious. Whilst I looked at menue, she interrupted me, pointed at her sign of cash only, I then said that's fine. I questioned which meat comes with veg and fried rice, and her response , pork, chicken and beef. I then asked if I dont have pork could she instead give me extra chicken.Her response was £1.00 extra. I then said why would I pay you £1 extra if I'm not getting pork and chicken instead, her response was that's the rules. I responded your rules dont make sense. Your keeping pork so it shouldn't cost me more money . She stood with long face and didnt say anything. I then continued looking at menue and decided go for beef fried rice and prawn toast. The prawn toast was lovely. The beef fried rice was disgusting. Not fresh, bland meat, no seasoning, very tasteless. I wont be purchasing from here again.

Sweet and sour tofu diesn’t have taste at all and the roast pork with rice is not like a portion of roast with a rice but it’s roast pork fried rice. Not happy at all.

Once gave this place a bad review because they were late on a busy night and I was hangry! I've eaten from here 3 or 4 times since and it's been really tasty food, best large pancake rolls if you like loads of bean shoots!

Very nice food. I was born in Asia and this food reminds me of home. My favourite is Singapore rice noodles but chow main is also good. Quick delivery too.

Good, authentic Chinese food. Quick delivery and very polite drivers which is not seen very often these days. Sometimes they even deliver too quickly so make sure you check with them how busy they are if you want your food at specyfic time.

Bloody rude idiot on the phone sent me the wrong order then when I politely rang to ask for the correct order spazzed out and TOLD me I ordered rice when I didn’t after continuously telling her I didn’t she still insisted she was right and went on to moan about how people treat the badly boo f*******hoo do your job and shut up won’t be going back here again well done!!

I have been visit here for many times. I love this restaurant, it have keep take out new dishes which i love most. Good delivery speed even though i live 2 miles away.

Bought chicken chow menu and asked for it to be lightly spiced. I collected for home but it was very hot and couldn't swallow. I have always bought from them. Called them to complain about the amount of spice they had used the manager was unhelpful and very diffensive kept on saying that you not have ordered I have put it in the computer but he didn't cook it. I even said maybe it was a mistake but he was adamant that he had fed lightly spiced in the computer and so he was right. The computer didn't cook the food someone did and put too much spice. I have eaten spiced before but this did burn my tongue. Was not happy as manager not helpful. I will not recommend them on this occasion. The food was cold as well. You could not take it as too spicey. Unhappy customer.
