A really nice pub, great atmosphere , friendly staff, always a laugh in this pub and dog friendly and great karaoke! drinks are a fair price to.

This is a great pub. very friendly staff. Really enjoyed karaoke on the weekends and they have a really good DJ. Will be returning again. highly reccomend!

One of the barmen took my id and claimed it was fake without any valid reason , even though the bouncers checked them on the way in with no issue he then refused to give my id back after multiple times of me saying I would leave but I need my id as I have to use it for work . After a back and fourth he gave it me back he said he was not serving me

Best manager great staff .. thats what you need to enjoy yourself when out for a drink and thats exactly what you get .. tues night bingo n thursdsy afernoon they have dj on a fri n sat evening n karaoke on a sunday afternoon .. love this pub

Popped in for the first time whilst out shopping with friends and was surprised to see it had a beer garden out the back. Staff were friendly too will be back

Love the place, one of my favourite pubs in Frodsham, sports on the tv, nice staff, nice customers and a bookies next door.

Credit where credit is due I feel it is worth pointing out how well the owners have adapted to the limitations of the coronavirus restrictions. This pub is the hub of the village come a weekend and the landlord takes the coronavirus guidance very strictly with marked areas clearly defined on the floor. Big Well Done! and thank you!

Called for quick pint enroute to Liverpool and oh dear ! Bad decision ! Barperson had difficulty in extracting nose from iPad then took order with No enthusiasm for job, being most ignorant is an under statement. Pubs general ambiance is tired and dismal. Beer I'd class as only being average, so all in all a pub I can't recommend and will certainly avoid in future.

Popped in for a quick half before my train. Wish I hadn't. Revolting beer tasting of vimegar served by the most miserable, surly bloke ever. Avoid.
