The cafe we usually go to in Much Wenlock wasn’t serving food so we tried here instead and to be honest it was better than our usual! Irina was lovely and the food was delicious! The cafe itself was very clean and bright. Very good value for money! Will definitely be back again

I was pleased to be passing through much Wenlock on business because it meant I could eat lunch here. I’d been here in November and had had a nice lunch. The waitress is very friendly and accommodating. I had a veggie flatbread and chai latte - both lovely. The menu is very extensive. The food is a little pricey but it is good.

On entering, the room was very sterile, bland and soulless. The other cafes were full otherwise, we would not have gone in this one. Initially, we were asked for our order before we had barely sat down, once our order had gone in, we waited quite a long time for the food to come out, even though there was only one other table occupied. Our drinks came first, coffee was ok but not a genuine latte, my hot chocolate was very small and not very hot, also it was not even a full cup. We had a considerable wait for the food and our drinks were finished long before it's arrival. My Husband had a Tuna Melt that was only toasted on one side, this resulted in the underside being very doughy. My Tea cake was the smallest one I have ever had in a Cafe before. This was barely toasted at all. Conclusion being, we will not be going in there again. Very poor value, not cooked well and cold in there.

On this occasion, there was no atmosphere as It was dominated by the waitresses conversation with her friend who was sat at a table. I must say the food wasn’t brilliant and it didn’t look like any of the pictures on the site. The crepe was cold, and I think one word to describe it would be unappealing.

We had such a lovely lunch today. Lovely food and fab decor. We felt very welcome and accommodated for. The very nice lady who served us was working on her own in the cafe today, but she did a great job! I will definitely return when we’re next in the area.

Went for the first secret diner club evening that is run by Jess who owns the fab 'not today seitan' in liar liar..what can i say?.the food was on another level. Litrally the best vegan food in Oswestry and way surpasses anything else available in a vegan cafe in Oswestry. The food was beautifully presented, the flavours were amazing and the cocktails were beautiful too. Really hope the owner decides to run these evenings on a regular basis although once word gets around i imagine getting a table will be really difficult. Its great to see a vibrant young business do so well and honestly the co trading with Liar liar is such a brilliant idea. Two amazing businesses running side by side. I cannot recommend this highly enough, the best vegan resturant/cafe in town by far

Lovely little dog friendly cafe. The Staff are very friendly and food is fabulous, also great value for money. Great selection of home made cakes. Definitely my favourite place to chill out.

Great service, incredible price, a vegetarian paradise!! When we arrived the kitchen was just closing but the chef asked us what we were wanting and then accommodated for us 2 fabulous meals. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Lovely decore and perfect music to go with it.

Honestly the best pub meal I've had in years! The steak and Guinness pie was delicious and chips better than many chippies. How they do that with bargain prices baffles me. Highly recommend

Very very disappointing...we booked for Sunday lunch..big mistake. We were not greeted on arrival, there wasn't even anyone behind the bar for us to let them know we had arrived.... But from there it went downhill....we were put on the smallest table in the furthest corner despite there being lots of much nicer empty tables available..we eventually managed to order drinks and asked to order food..The waitress mumbled something and walked off....a lovely young man delivered our drinks and said the young lady would be back.....when she returned to take our food order we asked what she had said, apparently it was they had lamb....then we tried to order but what she actually meant was they only had lamb nothing else and mostly no veg either...one of our party doesnt eat red meat so lamb wasnt an option but the waitress did nothing to try to help the problem...no offer to check if the kitchen could help.....I really could understand this situation if we were walk ins but we had booked...they knew we were coming....why would you not attempt to provide at least one other choice We drove to Bridgnorth from Shrewsbury to take some family out for a treat and thats the best they could offer....obviously we will not return.
