The worst staff ever. They are so rude, and keep yelling at all customers. The lady at the counter was especially mean, on a simple question of what sizes are available to order.

Really dirty environment, arrogant staff who ask you to repeat yourself, don't make themselves understood and make fun of you for no reason. Normal food and fairly high prices.

Drastically reduced potion sizes recently on double meat and increased prices. Once a returning customer. Not anymore.

Very Okay. First time in a Chipotle... Amazing workers, lack of sauces suprised me- plus the small portions. Nevertheless it was still able to fill me up. The vegetarian options are good, they even tasted better than the meat!!!

I’m kind of disappointed in Chipotle UK. First of all they don’t have queso! It’s like you can’t put a puzzle together, the portion a lot smaller than in US but cost much more, meat was great can’t complain . Other than that I do recommend this place because it’s still healthier than regular fast food and you don’t feel heavy. Please add queso to the menu .

Quick mexican food Burrito with whatever you want. Tortillas are nice You will have to share the burrito as it is massive. Watch out for the salsa there three varieties - dare you to try hot . There is also Tabasco on the side if you need more chilli

Great service from a busy location, team were polite and processed our orders quickly and efficiently.

This is my first ever time at Chipotle. The food is really good and healthy and given that you can add what you want in your bowl or burrito feels like the Mexican cuisine of subway. I also think the guacamole was the best I've ever had. I was able to taste avocado and some lemon juice. The only bad thing is how expensive it is and how there are not that many locations in the UK. I think I go there for occasions. Highly recommend

È possibile anche consumare il pasto occupando uno dei balconi in vetrina. Vengono proposti burrito o ciotole dove poter scegliere l'abbinamento preferito tra riso, carne e verdure. lo ho preso un burrito con salsa piccante che ho trovato molto buono e decisamente spicy. I prezzi sono ottimi considerando le porzioni generose.

Great lunch option. It's very similar to tortilla, but I think it tastes more authentic. You can pick between bowls, tacos, or a burrito...all for less than £10.!!

My colleagues and I felt very unwell a number of hours after eating here. Chipotle is usually very good but given it was the only thing I had eaten that day and it went right through me I don't think I can return.

They ran out of sofritas at 10:10, then the man behind the counter lied and said they close in 20 min and didn’t have enough time to make more. But their website and the time on their door both say they close at 11.

Whenever I'm in London I go to Chipotle - the food is speedily made right in front of you from fresh ingrediants, and it's consistently high quality and delicious. I wouldn't go here for an authentic Mexican dinner, but it makes a fantastic lunch experience that's very dependable. It also helps that the price is very decent for central London - a large burrito for £8 or so that'll keep you full all afternoon.

The format works, and it's still the best of its branches in London even after 10ish years of being on the site. It's all the same ingredients (literally and otherwise), but the taste seems to pop more here. And I've always found the team front of house to be nice. Can't say the atmosphere is anything to note; save for that it's busy but you can always find a space to sit.

Ci sono varie opzioni di composizione forse non troppo chiare se si é turista e il personale non si spreca piu di tanto nell'aiutarti a capire, però almeno una volta va provato, il cibo é molto buono!

Absolute disgrace to showcase burrito as an option on their menu. It was a cold wrap with few bits of chicken and some sauce that’s it. Not even wrapped properly. What a waste of money. Avoid this place unless you want to waste money on tasteless food.

Have eaten Chipotle at many locations but this one was the worst, the food portion was tiny! They gave me the smallest scoop of whatever I ordered

I asked them to just close the burrito properly. Instead of listening to me, I had three different employees shouting at me and trying to intimidate me. The employee even started getting personal in a very unprofessional way- I don’t have any personal problem with any employee I simply ask that I receive a burrito that I can actually eat without half of it falling out. Then when I proceeded to eat half of the contents fell out.

The food and meals were well-priced and of good quality. However, me and my friends all happened to experience stomach issues and toilet issues following our visit. It is such a. shame considering the food was very tasteful.

Food was cold, not sure why. The place is little dirty, wish if the cleaning is maintained well.

It was my first time eating a burrito, and it was delicious. I didn’t like the sour sauce, but thats personal. I did receive a good service and the atmosphere was great. Definitely going there again but next time the sourcream sauce will not be on my burrito🤣

£14 for a Burrito that's neither here nor there taste and quality wise. I won't enable their "pricing power." Only saving grace is they have water from God's own country.

Portions of chipotle have become very small and the burrito folding wasn't great. Guac was really good and fresh though!

For those prices I am expecting more care and attention on doing your M&P(big avocado skin and bone on guacamole) . I believe a blind chef could do better. And as is not the first time, seems to be a rule more that an exemption. Disappointed!

Good burritos, but these places never quite get the authentic Mexican taste quite right though and it's not as good as the real Chipotle in the US. Great service, place was a bit small with too much bench/cafeteria style seating with high chairs.

Had a fabulous Burrito here the other day - very helpful server and well organised. Couldn't fault the food - will certainly return.

I found the burritos to be far too small for the price, it took 2 to fill me up .Flavour wise it was decent but nothing special.

Not bad for a quick bite. The guy, but only one spoon of fries in my Plate, then I asked to get an extra rice and they told me there will be an extra charge. Really??? Since when Chipotle charge for extra rice.

With a heavy heart have to give a 1 star due to the service ... Had arrived at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night after a lot of expectations on the food and experience... Was said the kitchen was closed. But the way the staff said it felt rude, inappropriate and sarcastic my girlfriend walked staright out. The staff mentioned that " we're closed , oh but Dominos might be open... Oh well! They're closed as well !! " ..it might have been funny for them at the moment but it wasn't for someone who actually wanted to dine in... Could have handeled it politely. Hope staff are trained well on customer services in other outlets.

I've always wanted to try this, and here in London I finally got the chance. You can customize your own meal, and they make it right in front of you! You can chose either a taco, burrito, bowl or salad and chose all kinds of meat, rice and salsa toppings. The food is great, make sure to not pick the spicy salsa if you can't handle it as it's really spice.

Food is nice and the burritos I bought were very full, however not as good as what people say it's overrated, something for the odd occasion.

We all had burritos! I had the steak burrito! And my mum & son had the chicken burritos! And my son loved it so much he bought another one! The only thing that let it down was the toilets! Long waits and the toilets were dirty & had no toilet rolls! We made the staff aware of this problem before we left the restaurant!

i loved my experience in chipotle Oxford Circus, I was served by Hailey, she’s honestly so kind and served us quick, she has great social and communication skills, she made our chipotle experience amazing.

Best burrito you'll find, staff v friendly

Chips were very stale and bland. Rice was clumpy Pico was so watery The overall taste was not that great compared to the US.

We always wanted to try this restaurant and finally we found it in London. You can customize your order if you want a wrap or bowl etc. For me I choose the bowl as I don't like eating messy. Then choose the shredded beef, added lettuce, black beans, tomato and sour cream and cheese if I remember correctly Oh I forgot brown rice as well. Then my partner and daughter ordered a wrap with chicken and beef then again you can choose your add ons. Suprisingly they have tabasco, they even have the green one which is mild. First time trying it. The food tasted really good!! I love it! Especially when you add the green tabasco, it elevates the taste. Were shocked at how affordable there food were, for the three of us we paid £26 with drinks. Will definitely go back here as I really love there food. Will try other combination next time. Lots of seating area, super clean. Staffs were really fast and nice. One staff were even rewiping the table haha! They also have a restroom which is always a plus when your in London.

I love chipotle. But this restaurant cannot compare to any other location. The portion size is stingy to a degree that is unacceptable. I ordered chicken and got a mere 3 pieces of chicken for my whole bowl. Then the waitress said was prepared to upcharge me for asking for the right portion. The taste is also not up to par. The rice was hard and the beans possessed some weird aftertaste reminiscent of sewer water. Even with my previous bias and love of chipotle this is a location I would never return to and recommend that you avoid to.

The staff openly discuss how they aren't adhering to food standards in front of customers. When I was there, they put hot rice on top of cold rice that was at the bottom- they did this brazenly in front of everyone and joked about it. There was a specific member of staff that lacked patience and incorrectly named the items on the menu- then got aggressive and refused to change my order after I tried to correct him. He deferred preparing my food to the cashier, who made my meal quickly and then threw the receipt at me. It was disgusting behaviour. I was one of the main supporters of Chipotle when it came to TCR in 2011, but I'll never go there again now. That experience was absolutely trash.

First time eating here but won’t be the last

I have always loved Chipotle and their Rice bowls especially - Vegans and Vegetarians do not have to think before entering the place. The place was clean and spacious and staff was courteous!

This Chipotle has always been top of the range, everyone has been so nice and generous as I come here a lot at work. I would like to big up Hayley, she's honestly one of the sweetest workers Chipotle has ever hired, one of the main reasons I come back . Love to Sebastian too, rare to find food places where a guy remembers and greets you by your name. Trust me, just come here, it's banging (please keep Al Pastor on the menu)

I’ve been eating here on and off since the day the doors opened for business. The last 2 times however I have had my usual chicken burrito with the medium chilli salsa it has been incredibly bitter and spoiled the occasion. I like spice so the issue here with adding the medium salsa is not the heat but a strange lasting bitterness which naturally worsens as you reach the end of the wrap as the sauce has had time to drip down

Service was TERRIBLE! The portion in the bowl was too little and the overall attitude of the workers was beyond horrendous. The tables were dirty with leftovers from other customers. The location was not packed; the workers had a chance to clean the tables. I would never come back again.

Service was chaotic and rushed we haven't been before but it felt like a very bad version of Subway with conveyor belt service rushed along, I also got overcharged when I tried to ask what I was paying for two staff talking at same time and also no receipt 😞

Super leckeres Essen. Preislich in Ordnung. Ob Bowl, Tacos oder Burrito 🌯 . Die selbsthergestellte Guacamole ist richtig gut. Auch verschiedene andere leckere Saucen vorhanden.

Does this place close at 11 pm? Because they just kicked us out at 10:10 pm because they said their licence do not allow them to keep people inside the local after 10 pm!!! We were already with the food on the tray and had just paid! We had to eat on the street!

They are supposed to close at 23 but sell you food at 22.15 and then kick you out saying it's take out only. So rude.

Sorry, but that Burrito was far from good for more than 14 £ (incl. Tacos with Guacamole). Soggy, way too small and without flavour. The service put so much liquid from the beans in it, I had a small lake on my plate after. For that money I better go to McDonald's and get double the food without the mess.

Food delicious. Value for money. Nice location and vibe. Finally, and the reason why I gave it a rare 5 star, is that the toilets were relatively clean. You have to realise that for a busy fast food restaurant in central London that is an incredible, almost impossible, achievement. Well done guys.
