Chipotle in City of London, Westminster

I feel I got rubbed for paying £10 for a salad bowl which had no chicken in it and other ingredients in that salad bowl didn’t taste fresh. 👎👎👎

Burrito was very good but it's the stinginess that got me. Very little meat, beans, rice etc. The burrito was half empty. In other places the burrito barely closes here they barely give you anything... a shame because the food is nice.

They wrote they close 23:00 however they close 22:00 , on Sunday 22:05 was going to order however they reply that they are close

Five stars before. Was my weekly weekend place as I loved their vegetarian rice bowls. Then they changed it. I’m actually in their place now and the vegetarian option is now just undercooked green peppers. Before it was better cooked and had yellow and red peppers. They made this change because it’s cheaper for them but the customer is paying the same price!!! Not good guys Damn shame. I’m all for changes but good changes and this was a bad change. Their food also has far too much salt. . Eat this too often and you will get hypertension but good for them as you’d need to spend more for a drink I guess. Cinemas tried this trick for years with their popcorn. Not my place to eat each weekend any more. I’ll need to find another. Meat was not good either and too tough and chewy/ again, there taking the cheap option to cut down on costs. This is not America guys. On a positive not the atmosphere is good and service is good. Princes are reasonable but being back the old vegetarian option with all the coloured peppers. Reduce the amount of salt and you might find your old customers come back.

I would say it’s good for Chipotle standards although I don’t think it quite tastes the same as I remember it used to. Despite what they say I think the ingredients they use are of low quality. Also pricey for what you pay for.

Food looked super old and the portions was super small, I was not allowed to eat inside even tho I came 40 min before closing. I asked 3 times polite as there was still 3-4 people eating inside and I even said i will get up when everyone has to go, she said no. Lol why girls always hating on girls.

I was so exited to try Chipotle for the first time, that I even walked 25 mins to get there from Euston square instead of catching bus or train to feel like I earned it. The customer service and atmosphere was good and restaurant was clean, but unfortunately the food was a big let down, even though it looked promising. I went there just after 11, so everything would be fresh as they had just opened. I opted for a chicken burrito, with brown rice , fajita vegetables, a mix of the mild salsa for the fresh tomato and hot salsa for a kick (was dissapointed there was no jalopenoes) and then cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Unfortunately, though the burrito looked promising and was wrapped well, it was tasteless and salty. Could not taste any of the other individual topping/ingredients accept the salty chicken. It was very dissapointing and deffo do not plan on going there again. Disappointing, especially due to the hype around Chipotle, and although I understand the hype is moreso around Chipotle in America, it was exciting to know there was one here and to finally give it a try. Barburrito in Nottingham would forever have my heart. But, hey everyone's taste buds and preferences are different, but for me personally I think it's one of the worse burritos I've ever had and I could of just had something from any of the other surroundings restaurants.

Pretty much what you’d expect for any chipotle. good if you’re looking for tasty fast serve food

i was really disappointed with the portion size at Chipotle. despite paying a hefty amount, the serving was incredibly small!!!

Good place for a fast quick lunch if you work in the area and strapped for time. Portion sizes are pathetic, no wonder their competitors Tortilla do better (they're even more affordable too!) When I asked for a bit more meat (as I was literally given half a spoon) the staff scooped just one extra little cube of beef rather than a few pieces. Then referred to what seemed like the manager/supervisor who was very condescending and suggested I pay extra for more meat when there was barely any in the first place! Go to Tortilla, save your money. It's as if the staff are rewarded bonuses for being stingy here...

Every time I visit UK chipotle is a must to go restorant for me .. this time was not the best time .. ordered my usual order which is double chicken burrito.. I had to tell the person more sour cream , more cheeses, more medium salsa .. usually they put good portions without saying but this time they are getting cheap I guess .. this experience is average .. but chipotle is always a champ 🏆

Popped in here with my mum and dad for a quick lunch. We came here a few weeks ago and it really hit the spot. Sadly on this occasion the portions were so stingy and for £11 a bowl (with guac) it was not good value for money.

Burrito was solid and did the job. Interior of the place was nice and well kept.

Atmosphere is only good thing here. That staff are trained to purposely not fit a good amount of portions in the food and very stingy. I'm sure many others would agree. If I order online I get more of my monies worth than in shop

Mexican burrito, there is no doubt we walk the extra mile to find it. And as usual, never disappointed whether you have the rap or served on a plate burrito made us so happy (as you can see the photo) and satisfied. Plus the prices are perfect, if you think how expensive a meal in London could be. Definitely a perfect choice. Had the steak with cheese, guac, hot sauce, white rice and sour cream. Was decent enough till I realised the rice was mixed in with coriander 🤢 I have an absolute hatred for coriander so this kinda ruined it for me. 3/5 solely based on the coriander infused rice. Probably would go back but not have rice! Usually absolutely love chipotle, but this was a totally different experience. Felt like staff were rushing (even though it was empty) and were slightly hostile. The burrito was nowhere near as good as usual and stingy compared to the St Martin's Lane (and Bank) branches. Difficult to describe - it just tasted weird and we couldn't finish it. Really disappointed and will stick with the friendly atmosphere and better food at St Martin's Lane.My son ordered food from there Colindale branch via Uber eats, the food came in a state. The salsa sauce had leaked through the bag, it was all over the order. When I called Catherine answered the phone. I did explained her about the food we received. She asked me to take it up with Uber eats. No etiquette customer service. She asked me to call Uber and make a complaint, although it was their fault for not packing the items properly. When I complaint her about the food, not in edible condition. All should said was sorry. I had to give 1 as there Tripadvisor does not allow me to put negative rating. Messed my lunch, had to order from some where else. Never going to order from this restaurantDisappointing visit to Baker Street branch. Staff attitude unhelpful. No Tacos left (it was only 18:00) Resturant was dirty and messy

Everything was really good. But I started eating Chiptole in America and the flavors are a little different here. But, I was still in heaven!

Avevo mangiato da Chipotle a Houston rimanendone estasiato. Qui il cibo si conferma eccellente ma il servizio, frettoloso e scorbutico, e l'ambiente un po' sciatto danneggiano l' esperienza complessiva.

My favorite Mexican cuisine since 2010. I used to eat from there almost everyday and it was part of my daily intake. They estimate your macros which is good for your portion control. I hope to see it in gcc very soon. Alot of people tried to copy their recipes but no one actually could yet ! 👏🏽👏🏽

Très déçue de ma première expérience chez Chipotle. Les serveurs visiblement stressés n'étaient pas à l'écoute du client et peu compréhensifs face à des personnes qui ne comprennent pas leur accent en anglais. Je n'ai pas pu choisir ce que je voulais manger. Impossible de leur demander d'attendre quelques secondes de manière à ce que mon ami bilingue puisse terminer sa commande et m'aide à avancer la mienne ; IL FAUT QUE SA AVANCE ! Alors qu'il n'y avait personne derrière nous...

You can select your dish, protein, and toppings from various options. However, if you wish to add anything to your dish later, they can't incorporate it directly, and they have to use one-time-use containers, which was not suitable for someone like me who aims to reduce waste. So, be sure to choose everything you want when you place your order. In general, the food is delicious with economic price, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Highly recommend. And of course my go-to meal option is just like Tortilla. I usually get vegetarian bowl but you can choose whatever you prefer.

Rice, shredded beef (barbacoa), hot chili salsa and vegetables mix are nice. However they are stingy with the portion sizes. Very little rice and meat. Must be making a huge turnover.

Byli jsme tu opakovaně a zkoušeli několik jídel i limonád a vše bylo výborné. Váhám mezi 4 a 5 hvězdičkami. Obsluha relativně rychlá, jediné negativum, že úklid stolů neprobíhá dost rychle, takže ščlověk kolem sebe vidí nepořádek, a ono buritos za sebou binec prostě nechá. Ale celkově vynikající, veliké porce.

Really good food, the price is decent but could be better. Prime location, next to baker Street station. I always get a burrito and it's great because you can eat it on the go. Highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure of being served by these lovely staff: Selvi, Gaya, Vish, Sara and Barbara today, second time this week. They were very friendly, professional and made the place feel welcome and made us feel good, too. Highly recommend this place for food at a reasonable price. These staff are an asset to the company and we will be back again soon. Thank you all very much for yet another feel good meal! We really appreciate it.

미국에서 먹었던 치폴레랑은 맛이 좀 다르다고 느꼈는데, 제가 잘못주문한게 아니라 진짜로 다르다는 후기가 더 있었네요. 재료를 다 넣었는데도 양이 훨씬 더 적고 맛이 좀 달라요. 특유의 맛과 향도 덜한 것 같았어요. 그래도 오랜만에 프레시하고 맛있게 잘먹었어요! 치폴레의 부리또볼은 정말 사랑입니다.

It's a different food cuisine so don't get traumatised after you buy and taste. It's a great place.

I ordered online & although there was an issue with my order on the website the staff were really great, got me my food & it was very nice. Definitely love that the packaging is all recyclable too.

La segunda vez que vine al chipotle y como parte de mi búsqueda de cocina decidí ir a por un tazón de burrito.Tenía el bistec con queso, guacamole, salsa picante, arroz blanco y crema agria.¿Fue lo suficientemente decente hasta que me di cuenta de que el arroz estaba mezclado con cilantro?Tengo un odio absoluto por el cilantro, así que esto me lo arruinó. 3/5 basado únicamente en el arroz infundido con cilantro. Probablemente volvería pero no tengo arroz!

No hay forma de que visite Londres sin ir a ninguna de las sucursales de chipotle. Cuando caminas por el centro durante horas y te sientes tan hambriento y quieres probar un delicioso burrito mexicano lleno de satisfacción, no hay duda de que caminamos la milla extra para encontrarlo. Y, como de costumbre, nunca nos decepcionó si tomaste el rap o te sirvieron en un plato de burrito que nos hizo tan felices (como puedes ver en la foto) y satisfechos. Además, los precios son perfectos, si piensa lo caro que podría ser una comida en Londres. Definitivamente una elección perfecta.

Really awful and rushed service where I didn't know what the options were and recieved some 'tsk' sounds for asking them to repeat the options. Ordered a vegan tofu bowl and received a single piece of tofu. Cheeeeers.

Arrived here looking for somthing to eat quickly, but avoiding fastfood, we discovered we could choose our own salad (with or w/o meat).Vegetables were fresh and tasty.Good and fast service (be sure you are ready to order before joining the queue: they will start filling your bowl immediately...).Room enough to host a lot of people, but the restaurant wasn't so crowded, so we had our lunch quitely.Good ratio price/quality.

Whenever I am in London, I try to come back to this place and eat there. I love their burito, which is great even as takeaway

Barrito was full fresh taste of cheese , beans , rice and sour cream ,salsa and lettuce were divine to eat . The best Burrito in town . This eatery is popular joint fir eat in / takeaways .

I went last Friday, 5th of April, with my wife - who just moved to London from the USA - and wanted to have some Mexican food from her favourite fast-food chain. Sadly, it was terrible. All the staff was extremely rude and in an incredible rush despite having an empty restaurant (it was 4:00 in the afternoon).

La comida era deliciosa, pero la carne sabía (no parecía) tan grasienta y tenía una verdadera mancha. Ciertamente no recién cocinado y no productos frescos.

Terrible restaurante, cocina muy sucia y lugar. Personal muy inquietante, siempre tratando de preguntarme cómo me sentía cuando realmente no quería hablar. Me han preguntado como 20 veces, si hubiera sido una o dos veces hubiera estado bien, pero fue demasiado. La comida era insípida y no me gustó nada.

I have been here few times. Initially I used to like it but since last few months, I have seen inconsistency in the quality and quantity of the food. Some times the quality is perfect but quantity is so less that you could have had two lunches at other place for same price. Today again after long time thought to give it a go and guess what: quality is too good but quantity is so less. It feels like you trying to find food from their huge container (Bowl). I would not waste money next time.

So your out and about with your kids , everyone is hungry and your sick of the usual pizza , burgers , cafes and generally unhealthy offerings , then out the corner of your eye you see Chipotle and think hmm that looks different. I had exactly this scenario and have to say from a quality , value and alround 10/10 experience we were really pleasantly surprised , staff were great , portions huge and price tag not bad at all. Check it out next time you want a healthier alternative but are in a rush.

Brought a friend here as we were looking to have Tacos, must say I quite liked it, rating is low as I did not have the chance to fully use the service available as only popped in for lunch, but would definitely go again.

The food is vastly different from what you one is used to in the USA. If you looking for American tasting food here, don't go here. Portion sizes were tiny, taste was bland and the food was cold. One very disappointed American!

Went to Chipotle on Baker St and ordered tacos and two portions of tortilla chips. Unfortunately the chips were stale and tried to bring it to the attention of the cashier. She seemed totally uninterested and didn’t even offer to replace or refund the product.

Consistently good food and service here. This is a very busy restaurant in central London, but they efficiently manage to serve both takeaway and eat-in customers with ease. Always tasty, recommend the chicken burrito, or half and half bowl to get more for your money.

Zo'n lekkere burrito's en taco's! De bediening ging heel erg snel. Je kan volledig zelf een burrito , taco of bowl samen stellen met al het geen je zelf lekker vindt. Een goed 'fastfood' restaurant + je betaald een eerlijke prijs.

Chipotle era uno de esos lugares en los que tenía que probar. El concepto de comida rápida está tomando literalmente aquí, el momento en que estás en línea y pedir a la gente su estrés reunir comida y pánico y ir super rápido! Es bueno en un sentido, pero otro me pone en el borde.

Se trata de un fast food en el que te preparan la comida en cadena, partes de 4 principales y vas eligiendo los ingredientes. Muy recomendable el bowl como principal y los nachos y guacamole como acompañante.

Another American franchise screwed up in the UK. Bland and cold. No fountain drink machine. Messy tables. Brits will love it, I'm sure, but if you're an American visiting, steer clear.

A quand chipotle sera dans le sud est de la France? tres bon et système qui satisfera tout le monde car l'on choisi son contenant et les aliments personnel très avenant avec les touristes, je recommande!
