I was very happily surprised by this branch. Very clean, with very nice available space. My veggie burrito was also very good.

Asked for a suggestion and the girl seemed rushed and annoyed with my question.

The management on National Burrito Day was incredible, even though it was super full.

They staff today were very nice and make sure we got our foods as fast as they can. The area was clean!

Alongside a depressingly bland quesadilla, they gave me sour cream that was clumpy and bubbling…clearly had gone off and would have surely given me food poisoning if consumed. Food is extremely mediocre and a waste of money.

Got a chicken burrito from here on Monday, ended up with food poisoning, cheers guys :). Before you say it was something else, that was the only meal I ate that day and then from the next day I was finished.

Avoid - we had food poisoning after visiting the branch. The burrito ingredients were luke warm. Despite several emails and messages to the company, no response has been received.

fast and friendly service and excellent food

This used to be where I got my burrito fix until I saw the Fresh Pizza Co. buffet deal and KFC's bucket deal for one offers. Now that Google made me a (Master) Guide, Master Fact finder and Expert Photographer within about a month of asking me to be a Guide (after my Nature Challenge for the London WildlifeTrust in June 2018), I have to think about getting my burrito fix here again 😅! The tortilla wrapped burrito was fresh tasting and very filling! Fillings included: black beans rice (not the one with tomatoes) tomato salsa onions steak beef shredded cheese medium hot sauce I like the shredded chicken burrito wrap too. What drew me to this place initially was the seating area just for this food stall as the general seating area can get very crowded and noisy. The staff are excellent and although there is usually a queue here it's worth the wait. I've attached a menu but I didn't ask if they now cater for those with dietary restrictions. The salads are varied so it's good for a vegetarian selection.

Staying in the area and was hunting for some food that wasn’t a burger. Love a burrito and this place did not disappoint. Wide range of tasty options for everyone, and beer 🍺

Best secret in Victoria station surprisingly great food

Pleasant and quiet place. It is less noisy that if you go to any other tortilla as it's in the upper floor of Victoria train station. Food is already available so you don't have to wait and it's healthy and tasty. I like the price also as It is affordable.

Nice burritos, good service. You can get a burrito and a drink for about £10 or so, and the sizes are either medium or large. Generous portion sizes. As a vegetarian I would say avoid the veggie mince, and instead order with vegetables, cheese and sour cream. There is a seating area and some table space

Awful. Lousy communication. Tried to charge me extra without explaining, even though I told them I was hard of hearing and already had to have the obscure menu explained. Not the whole world is the same as you, Tortilla, do better!!!

Sudah beberapa kali makan di sini kalau kebetulan lewat Stasiun Victoria. Tidak terlalu mahal dan tempatnya nyaman di lantai 2. Dekat dengan toilet juga. Pelayannya ramah. Ada colokan listrik untuk charge HP maupun laptop.

The guy who served was giving me attitude. Sunday at 14.31, Nah Casa burrito has better service.

HUGE burrito. Lots of different options. Really big and delicious meal for a great price.

The staff were really off with me and acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. They also messed up my order and were totally unapologetic. There were also a group of random people filming in the restaurant and the staff didn't do anything even though they were filming the other customers

Sadly disappointed, poor representation of Mexican food, underdone and staff seem like they don’t want to be there. Stingy with meat, small portions and big prices. Churros not fresh, guacamole flavourless. A range of alcoholic drinks is available but I did not try them on this occasion.

A very nice place to have a meal and a drink in the station. The attention is exceptional. I recommend the "nachos queso".

Had a chicken naked burrito with a side of corn ribs. Good quality for the price. Amazing service, very efficient and lovely staff.

Excellent fresh ingredients and large portion sizes. Staff were extremely friendly and very efficient! I’ll definitely be back!

Customer service could definitely be better. My bowl was served in a rush, and the server had a bad attitude. When I got to the till and saw the final result of my vegetarian bowl, I was disappointed. Tiny portion! It was so small that even the cashier asked me if I wanted more beans as the portion looked too small. Not worth the money.

Dayanara made the most insane burrito I’ve ever tried with the best attitude and service a customer could receive. Tortilla is just 10/10.

Both my tacos and burrito were served atrociously cold, as if they were straight out from the fridge. Like if I am paying 8 quid a meal here for a supposedly-hot dish served cold, I may as well go to Sainsbury’s for a chicken sandwich meal deal. Ingredients were not even properly assembled and it was a mess eating that. I used to have such decent, comfort food from other tortilla branches, but this one is an absolute disappointment- won’t ever visit this branch again.

I ordered beef Tortillas everything was cold nothing was heated usually my tortillas have been heated and toppings have been warmed, I asked for a refund and was given a card to scan which brings me to the google reviews, not sure why as I didn’t want to complain I just wanted refund as I changed my mind and couldn’t be bothered to faff around. I didn’t even get to taste the food to rate it, I just know I didn’t want it cold.
