Delicious food and romantic atmosphere

This was my first time trying Tortilla Burritos, and I had a great experience! The dining area was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable visit. The staff were super patient and took the time to explain the menu to me. I especially loved their special dish, Guacamole—it was absolutely delicious!

ordered a LARGE burrito and they gave me something smaller than a coke can. I considered leaving whilst they were making the food as they gave me such little portions. I viewed this as a value option getting a lot of food for my money and was extremely let down. Please sort this out.

It is a great little food outlet in the shopping area. The Mexican style food was reasonably priced and very tasty. So much better than a burger in a bap alternative.

Good place to eat burritos and quesadillas. Obviously it's not close to Mexican food, it's adapted to London, but it does remind you a little of Mexican food. As a plus, they have Valentina sauce that offers you more memories of Mexico.

Rice was severely underdone and cruncy, chicken was fine but flavourless. The service was good and staff and knowledgeable and friendly. I was really disappointed as Mexican is my favourite. I also felt really poorly after eating here.

Terrible franchise for these reasons: * Inedible due to being given spiciest sauce. I got served the hot chilli sauce when I asked for the mild, thereby rendering my meal inedible. My partner, who has eaten one of the hottest curries in the world, had mine and even he found it too much. * The cashier handed me my naked burrito moments before he wiped his nose with his fingers. At no point did he make ann effort to clean his hand. Revolting. * Terrible value for money. The vegan burrito my partner had contained the smallest amount of vegetarian chilli, much less than the amount of chicken the next customer received.

This is my first time to eat in Tortilla Burritos, great experience to have food here..the dine in area is good and maintained properly ..the members in the line explained me about the items very patiently. The special dish Guacamole is very good. I had this experience on 09/02/2025 around 1:20pm.

Perfectly decent place to go for lunch - you won’t leave hungry and it feels a little healthier than some of the other options around it. The chicken looked very dry but everything else it gets mixed in with makes it perfectly fine

Tres empleados detrás del mostrador y uno solo estaba interesado. Me dieron dos burritos y ambos estaban fríos y demasiado llenos hasta el punto de que la comida dentro seguía saliendo. Me dieron una quesadilla y se veía poco atractiva y solo me dejaron de lado no en una caja ni nada (grosero) mientras el tipo estaba haciendo los burritos... La bandeja que nos dio el tipo parecía una bandeja de hornear usada, supongo que podrían decir que es un estilo rústico, pero honestamente se ve terrible! Me desharía de los pensamientos. 30 £ en total que todo me costó no volvería a molestar.

Staff are not aware or cautious when you have an allergy.. they just point you to the PDF on the QR code and it’s like they don’t want to serve you.. staff should be changing gloves when there are dietary needs but this doesn’t seem to have been part of their training

I ordered a burrito pork wrap and i got a naked burrito. I ordered through just eat. Major problem theu didn't even send a plastic fork or nupkin, terrible service, the food was cold.

The food which we ordered amazing and the amount is worth it

For five weeks I was doing a training near Victoria and this is the place where I used have my lunch at least 5 times in a week. There food is freshly cooked and well served. Great customer service.👌🏼

Uninterested staff who were awful at communicating with customers. Food thrown together without care. Far too much rice used compared to other ingredients and it was lumpy. Chicken was cold and not tasted as either bland or the dominating rice killed the flavour. Absolute waste of money. Also no knives so messy to eat.

I loved burritos, since I had one little over 7 years ago. Tortilla tastes fresh and authentic. Food is great, but service is hit and miss many times. I have been to a couple stores that were good, and to some not so good. I have never visited the Victoria store before, so you can imagine my surprise, when my mind was blown to smithereens by the quality of service provided. Artur, what an amazing guy! Chad on approach, but very kind and soft spoken once you get to talk to him. Food was tasting Amazing too! Best experience compared to any Tortilla to date. Thank you for the great time! I will be back👍

Have been going to that awful mean burrito place downstairs in Victoria and didn't see this place till today.... Wow ... Great burrito!! Lovely staff, talked me through everything with obvious knowledge of the flavors, fast at lunchtime and an apology for how long it took, was not long as it was lunchtime!! 100 I will be back regular!! The wrap was so good, the fillings plenty, the medium sauces medium!! one of the best veggie burritos I've ever had. 👐🏼👍🏻

Would give this 0 if I could. Portions and attitude both suck real bad. I’ve never ordered something and backed off in the middle of it being prepared but this place was just unreal. I like tortilla in general but this place needs a LOT of attention.

The staff here are usually fairly sour. I'd go here to pick up a too good to go order and was treated like an annoyance. No smile. Everyone but the manager was unfriendly/exhausted/drained.

I didn't eat at their place (and fortunately!!!) but I saw something unacceptable: the saleswoman who was wearing the brand's t-shirt came out of the toilet without washing her hands 🤮🤮🤮🤮 and straight away went to work behind the counter I saw it with my own eyes… welcome to E-coli and serious food poisoning it’s really a shame and above all serious

AVOID AT ALL COSTS .. I ate here yesterday and within 2-3 hrs later I had food poisoning and having to fly back home last night made it a nightmare .. if you WANT food poisoning this is the place to eat !! I’ve also Seen 2 other reviews of customers that have been food poisoned from here

I came for the vegan churros. They no longer do them. Besides vegetables, nothing is vegan. Go elsewhere for an ethical bite.

Shrinkflation strikes! The food tastes good. However they appear to have shrunken their wraps. The attached photo shows a medium beef burrito. A tenner for something the same size as a can of coke. Madness!

Was served by Jack and Darell and after purchasing her a number of times, I finally got really good customer service. Both were attentive, polite and a pleasure to deal with unlike the past. Please pass this on to them

Entramos en Victoria Place porque teníamos hambre. Paramos en Tortilla porque nos gusta la comida mexicana, pero no nos impresionó. Teníamos un burrito y una quesadilla, pero no estaban fuera de lo común. Puedes pagar con tarjeta.

Perfect to eat when you get off the plane!!!

The one star was for not wrapping the burrito properly, when i came back to my office and slightly took off the foil the burrito was wrapped very very loosely. The food fell out of the burrito everywhere which is very disappointing especially when you're spending you're money at a place like this. Some staff are ok but I think they definitely need training in wrapping the food or they're not bothered enough to do it properly which is not good, especially if you're working at a place like victoria, where there's higher class people, it doesn't leave a very good impression. I've never had an issue with any of the branches, just this one and I'm surprised to see how many negative reviews there are, and not alot has been done to improve.
