Poor customer service and charging 1.50 for only 2 scallop when everywhere else is 4 for £1! almost forced me to buy when i was leaving the shop. Put the payment card machine on my phone forcing me to pay. Never coming again

I ordered a large cod fish and chips, when I got home was not cod and charged me for cod so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ will never buy cod from there again, will have to find another chip shop that does proper COD

The Burger had sauce in it when I said no sauce no salad. They gave me an option for these choices. And that's what I chose the chicken wrap fillet was extremely spicy and the curry sauce was missing I will not be ordering from here again

Cold food. Called few times and kept getting told couple of minutes. Not even updated time on app. Saying it’s delivered 20 minutes before it did. Very crafty and naughty. I will never be ordering from here again. My poor kids was very starving to the point one of them just ate a sandwich and went bed .Ordering the food was actually a waste. Very disappointed.

Great experience as always. by far my favourite place to order from. in the hundreds of times I've been here I've always had a great experience. food tastes amazing and delivery service is next to none. great delivery driver. best thing from here is the double fillet burger meal imo but all the food (trust me I've tried a lot) in my honest opinion is amazing. best takeaway by far.

The shop was busy which is a good thing, but I decided to visit the shop because of the great reviews especially on the fish and chips. The chips were good but I have to say the fish was atrocious. It really did not smell fresh never mind had a funny taste. Let’s just hope nobody gets food poisoning now 😕

Food turned up late and chips was cold and tasted off. Burger and mozzarella sticks was okay but chips had a funny taste to them couldn’t eat them.

First time ordering having give up with “sams chicken” who’s let us down last 2 times of ordering, delivery on time, food piping hot, good quality food, generous portions, polite driver! Ordered 2 pc chicken meal, and I got 2 very dry pieces. And very small, with a handful of chips. Normally they are very good.

Chewing sand that comes with chips is very distressing. Chicken too doesn't taste fresh, but just ok-ish. All these are may be to bring cost down. Could have been far better.

Still the best chip shop around this side of Birmingham. I can't fault it on anything I ordered at all. All tasted nice and every comment was listened to exactly. The delivery driver as always is one of the nicest blokes and delivery was really quick. Don't hesitate to go here. I had the double chicken burger meal, strips and a chicken Donner wrap and everything was perfect.

Not a bad place for a chippy if you are feeling hungry. Decent choice. They do Peri chicken which makes it slightly more appealing. Kebab is nice but my guts don't always agree. Lol

Chip shop delivered the wrong meal. Not an issue as everyone makes mistakes however, no contact could be made with the restaurant. No way to have food replaced on the night. Poor service.

Paid £8 for BIG XL donner grill that was supposed to come in pizza box to share, arrived it small fish/chips box, nowhere near the size that was advertised, and honestly the worst chewy rubbery donner meat I’ve ever tasted, the chicken meat was tasty but lots and lots of gristle, very disappointed will not use again,

They are back and better than ever. As always listened to everything wrote in the comment box, the food tasted great. The double chicken fillet burger meal is the one to beat. Also delivery driver as always is great and friendly. Can't fault this place. Don't hesitate to go here.

Great chippy but they give all the local junkies free food who also harass the paying customers for spare change which is frustrating when you work all week and take out food is a paid for treat ! I avoid this chippy now for this reason.

This shop is a joke and should not be trading to public and closed down went to get food see a RAT run across my feet so left this was on the 5th February 2023 @ 7:28pm.

Another great visit to my local chip shop. Tried the cod Masala Fish in nan, crispy batter and soft fish on the inside highly recommended. The mix doner was cooked well and very tasty and for the price you can't go wrong. The icing on the cake was the customer service, very friendly, understanding and patient. Great job guys keep it up MashaAllah

Food was very cold for some reason. Which I don’t understand your only up the road. If I wanted cold food I would of said.

This is usually my favourite place, I don't know what happened today but I ordered a Double Chicken fillet burger meal and instead got a single fillet burger meal. This is the first time this has happened, the quality of the food was great and it all tasted nice, just a bit disappointed that I never got the burger I ordered. But again, delivery time was amazing, quality of food was great everything in the box was listened to. Don't hesitate to go here, I've been hundreds of times and this is the first time that happened so don't let it put you off.

Waited hour and a half for the wrong order to be delivered. Hats off, they sent me my actual order waiting a further 20 minutes. In all fairness the food was banging but not worth the mess around especially on a monday night. Foods great. Letting yourselves down with poor management

Honestly, the best chip shop I have ever been to. Great chips, even better fries, lovely fish, amazing burgers, great strips and the service you receive is next level. Delivery driver is sound too. Don't hesitate to try these guys out. And the prices are very very reasonable for what you get.

I order for my family on the regular from here, very decent take away, food standards in taste and quality is way better than most of the shops out there. Delivery is on time and comes correct.

This place is actually incredible. Speak to Waseem when ordering, he goes above and beyond to make sure the food is hot, fresh and delicious. I’ve never come across a restaurant that tells you what food to order to ensure your meal is the most fresh and piping hot. 5/5 stars - every time!

Happy with the food and portion sizes. Thought our favourite meal from here was the masala grill cod with herbs but turns out their pitta with chicken and salad is just as delish! Food arrived hot as well. Will definitely order from here again.
