Had a great Afternoon G&T experience. Food was nice and came out warm, good choice of drinks, our sever Ameena was amazing and made the experience. Would recommend.

The entire place is relaxed and feels like a little home away from home and me and my partner loved it we asked for two gins kindly told they did not have them so we asked for recommendations and we both were not dissatisfied with the outcome of this. Both gins paired with there tonic were perfect and loved by both. For two drinks and there pair only paid £15 which is great.

Nuestra camarera, Trisha, era increíble! Ella estaba absolutamente en ello - nunca estábamos sin una bebida, ella estaba allí tan pronto como nuestras bebidas bajaron lo suficiente como era a través de conseguir nuestros próximos pedidos. La comida era hermosa también - es como tapas, así que pido cualquier 3 platos del menú. Comí albóndigas, tiras de pollo y gambas picantes. Realmente no puedo recomendar este brunch lo suficiente - mejor que hemos hecho hasta ahora!

Did bottomless brunch yesterday. Have done this here several times but things have changed drastically. Cocktails were awful! The Bramble was served in one of those tiny tumblers you get to help yourself to water and was so full of lemon I had immediate indigestion and sent it back. They are usually served in large heavy based tumblers. The Bees knees just tasted of orange juice. My friend had about 4 gins and said she felt as though they were just flavoured tonic waters. We did not go to get drunk but to have a few nice cocktails. Our waitress got told off in front of us (and it was not her fault). We thought this unprofessional and awkward. She was very upset. The food was nice and hot. I would have the fried chicken next time as the grilled chicken was gone in one mouthful. It smelt a bit of vomit and we did notice a staff member going through periodically discreetly spraying air freshener. As I said we came here as it is usually very good but don’t think we will be returning.

Sagam was the perfect barman giving great advice on various drinks and was really fast serving us. Great place to relax

Had an amazing night at Gin Vault! The vibe was perfect—great music, chill atmosphere, and a solid drink selection. But the real star of the night was Sagar. He served us with the best attitude, super friendly, fast, and made some top-tier cocktails. You can tell he knows his craft. He seriously made the experience unforgettable

Lovely setting and liked the decor. Barman was the most disinterested chap I've seen working in a bar. I would have stayed for more than one drink but even taking my order seemed too much effort for the poor chap dealing with a whole three customers. I sat by the window to look at the canal but moved because all I could hear was his weird Candy Crush game on full blast followed by what I presume was only fans from the ooh ooh oohing at high octaves. Won't be back. Prices were daft too.

Here for bottomless brunch and our experience was amazing. aenelia gave us tailored service and was so attentive to us, friendly and catered to our needs. The cocktail range and service was amazing. Aenelia gave us the best experience here, absolutely will come here again with friends.

What a great experience. Unusually for a bottomless brunch the food was filling and excellent quality. The drinks were excellent, a good range offered and even though it was very busy Sagar our waiter made it his mission to ensure we had enough drinks at all times and were well looked after. Firstly I hope when you visit here Shreya is your waitress, she's a absolute GEM and her knowledge of the gins was amazing. Always smiling and offering assistance, her customer service was 10/10. I attended here for a friend's bday and we paid £19 for 2 double gins with mixer and 3 tapas. The tapas are substantial as are the gin measures. I highly recommend the Orange and Blackcurrant Tanqueray. In all honesty I'm not a huge gin fan, but these were delicious and Shreya suggested the tonic flavour to go with them. If you're looking for a quirky, independent to spend an evening looking no further.

This was the best bottomless I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a fair few) staff were very attentive and kept the drinks flowing, never let our Glasses get empty, special shout out to Trisha. The drinks selection was phenomenal, and the food was delicious and lots of it. Would recommend this to anyone!

Looked amazing. The menu was great, and there were only two other customers, so I thought it’d be perfect. But when I went to order a drink, I ended up waiting ages while the only member of staff there was too busy yapping away on the phone to even acknowledge me. How hard is it to take two seconds to acknowledge someone? I had money to spend and an evening planned there, but thanks to your staff’s complete lack of interest, I left and took my business next door. I’ve walked past countless times wanting to try it out, but after tonight, I’ll keep walking right by.

Visité con mis amigos. Habíamos reservado los cócteles sin fondo y / o prosecco con tres tapas cada uno. Cuando llegamos fuimos recibidos por uno de los empleados, nuestra mesa no estaba lista así que nos sentaron en otra área hasta que la mesa estuvo lista, que eran solo unos minutos. Sagam, nuestro camarero, nos explicó todo y nos dio el menú de comida y nos trajo nuestra primera ronda de bebidas. La comida que todos habíamos elegido era excelente y Sagam era muy atento asegurándose de que nunca estábamos sin una bebida. Fue una noche muy agradable.

I did a bottomless brunch here had seen such great reviews but honestly it was the worst food i have ever tasted. i really don't like to leave bad reviews but after paying £60 for two of us to only get 5 drinks it was not good. Upon arrival it took them about 20 minutes to just get a glass of prosecco. We then waited over an hour for food and when it came out it was all uneatable the mac and cheese had no sauce so it was just dry pasta with cheese melted on top the mushrooms and halloumi came out charcoal burnt. They then offered us another item they bought out fries which were then uneatable as they where not cooked properly. The atmosphere was really nice in there and the drinks when we actually finally got them where also really nice.

Waited an hour for food, when it did finally arrive no cutlery and this was seemed like it was our issue, waiter said ‘it will come with the rest of the food’ when you have spent an hour already waiting for food and now just staring at cold mac and cheese was definitely not worth it when I did finally get my own cutlery. No check backs or apology. The staff said they were understaffed however there was four tables in and 5 members of staff! I think that the staff could do with some training in hospitality and the management needs reviewing. Drinks were lovely and reasonably priced though.

Went for what they call the bottomless brunch on a Saturday at 2pm. The place was in semi darkness, which is great at night but not during the day when you can’t see the menu or what you’re eating. Music was good, but too loud for lunch as you could barely hear anyone talking. Service was friendly but as we only had the table for two hours we were advised to order all of drinks upfront, which wasn’t great, because it didn’t allow you the opportunity to see what you thought of the first one, before having to order the next two. The food however was not at all good. Every dish had been loaded with chilli to a point where it was bitter and lacked any other taste. Patatas Bravas was missing one of the main ingredients ( crème crèche) and were undercooked. Would pop in for a G&T at some point again but I will definitely never eat there again.

Ambiente encantador y personal muy amable. Lo único malo es que teníamos el brunch sin fondo y la porción de tapas eran muy pequeñas que dejamos todavía con hambre. Tratar de compartir en albóndigas entre una familia de 3 personas hambrientas fue difícil. Entiendo que las tapas se supone que son platos pequeños, pero tal vez solo agregar un poco más a cada plato haría la diferencia. Sin embargo, muy buena relación calidad-precio con las bebidas y absolutamente me encantó la ginebra de fresa😍

We had a fabulous Bottomless Brunch in The Gin Vault. The drinks tasted brilliant and were well presented and plentiful! The tapas was delicious and our waitress Fran was amazing! She’s was lovely and very attentive and as one of our party was Gluten Free she ensured that everything was suitable for her to eat. A hidden gem in Birmingham, we will be back!

We had such a good time at the gin vault bottomless brunch, the food was super tasty and Farzaaan was incredible, he was so attentive and kept us laughing throughout the 90 minutes.

Advertising 450+ Gins, cocktails, beers & spirits, we were really looking forward to this experience as part of an evening out celebrating sister’s birthday. So disappointing. Firstly the actual bar was so high we could only just see over it. I’m 5ft 2in. Then the gins were extremely difficult to see in the dark. But what really spoilt it was the lack of knowledge from the bar tender. OK I probably wouldn’t expect them to know all the gins but at least have a handful of recommendations when enquiring about a savoury gin or coastal gin. Sorry but won’t be back.

Lovely place and a beautiful atmosphere. Hadn't been here for a little while, and at first thought, the sound level of music may be too loud. However, this became a better level and you could hear conversation. I have always enjoyed the drinks and love to try some of their extraordinary options, I tried their Plum Tart cocktail, and it was unusual, but a very nice concoction. Will definitely be going here again, didn't eat their this time, however have previously and food was delicious.

I visited yesterday evening and me and my friends had the 3 Tapas and 2 Premium Drinks for £25.00. Our waiter was very friendly and extremely attentive with us (I didn’t get his name). There was a huge choice (maybe too much for some), the only thing I’d say is I went to order some flavours and they didn’t have them (however, the waiter was experienced and offered recommendations). The tapas were okay, the only thing I’d say is 4 of us ordered Mac & Cheese and it was Macaroni Pasta with Cheese strands and oil/butter at the bottom. When the description says it’s topped with breadcrumbs etc so is misleading. They did redo the Mac & Cheese and it was soo much better! Overall good experience- I’d just say make sure the food matches what is advertised to the customer rather than misleading them…

Really had a wonderful time meeting up with my mates aling with trying out their new menu. It's such a cosy, warm venue, a perfect place for a romantic night, or just like me, meeting mates. Plus, it is a fabulous collection of art for sale by the best artists from the Midlands. Don't be put off by the pubs name they also serve beer & wine. However, I tried several cocktails to match my mood & and wow, I just had to follow up with a different 1 each time. Oh, don't forget the tapas, so yummy just beware large portions, so bring a mate to share with you.

Visited on a weekday for tapas & drinks .. despite using the gourmet card with 50% off the food bill, this definitely didn’t affect the quality of service , the food & the portions served. We had the 6 tapas deal for £25 .. expecting to pay an individual price for each dish as we were using the gourmet card. However when the bill came we actually had 50% off the £25 tapas deal. The food was piping hot, really tasty & we were totally full to the brim when we left. Will definitely be returning to sample the bottomless lunch 👍

Close to perfect, just need to update the selection and menu! Lovely staff who are so friendly and helpful. Both were well versed and genuinely friendly members of staff, however also both quickly acknowledged the sizeable menu was fairly out of date and the gin selections on the bar were not actually restocked very well. We went to the bar twice and had to revise our drinks four times? So if you're going, don't set your heart on what's on the menu, talk to the staff instead. That said, the atmosphere was delightful, a near perfect hidden gem in the city.

Visited yesterday with my sister for the bottomless brunch. We were very well looked after by the lovely staff member (apologies I cannot recall his name). He kept the drinks coming and was helpful and attentive. The tapas was very tasty and well presented. Cosy venue with a brilliant atmosphere, tucked away on the side of the canal. Great vibes at a great price. The bar man had no idea what he was serving up as “it was his second job” but the drink he gave me was sublime. In fact one of the best GnTs I’ve ever had.
