Wow have to say so glad we decided to give this place a chance. The staff were lovely friendly and very helpful. They checked up on us nicely and happy to accompdate. Have to say we went for the small tawa wow it was packed and every single thing on it was delicious. Food complimented each item nicely. Tea was a lovely end to it lovely desi chai. They also accept card. The place itself was clean and welcoming. Prices are very competitive and some very good instore offers.

Very nice food, especially the chicken pakoras. They also have mojitos which is great. The only improvement they should make is the vegetable samosa but all in all it is a great place to come with the family.

Tawa is well priced, deffo one of the cheapest and highest quality you’ll find in the midlands. Fed the 3 of us, still had loads left, will deffo come back again. Highly recommend⭐️

I specifically told the lady please if it’s hot I’m not gonna buy it she said don’t worry I’ll look after you. I want home either me or my kids. No one could eat. The food was so spicy and I came all the way there for food was taken and fraud because you sell chill don’t tell people. Once they took your money, they don’t care about you. They called themselves. Muslim is a fake Muslim Robbing people off. Customer service was unprofessional. She was just shouting. I don’t know what she was shouting about. Language barrier too much problems.

Very disappointed with food I received today, chips were burnt, both naan were burnt. the chicken biryani didn't have much flavour to it, The only item that tasted ok was the chicken achari

5 stars. Visited Spice Lounge, and had sheesh kebab and lamb karahi – both were absolutely banging! The flavors were rich and authentic, with just the right balance of spices. The lamb was tender, and the sheesh kebab was perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive (thanks Ismail) . Definitely a place to revisit for a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting customer service.. just politely ask to change one small item in tawa and she was like omg so bad over the phone. End up order and food wasn't tasty, lamb chop smell funny.. never again.. didn't recommend. They need to improve their customer service first and food quality!

Firt time to the spice lounge erdington after passing it a few times. The inviting atmosphere finally won me over and so glad it did! Food is second to none, value is incredible and great staff. Glad to make this one of my regulars now, dont miss out!

I had a fantastic experience with spice lounge. The food was absolutely delicous, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. My favourite is the keema pasta, perfectly seasoned and full of flavour. The service was quick and well packaged, the food is always hot and served quick. The staff are very polite and professional.

I ordered biryani and took advantage of a half-price offer on another, along with spicy paneer. Both dishes were delightful and exceeded my expectations in terms of taste. Mr. Sahil, if I remember correctly, the receptionist was very polite and welcoming, and the other lady who served me had a beautiful smile. Overall, this is the best place to order food or dine in. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and trying it at least once.

So I visited spice lounge today as I was passing by. I had the lamb biryani with my friend and they have some amazing new offers on. We received two biryani with the buy one get one half price offer. The portion was absolutely huge for the price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. Keep it up guys

I had an amazing experience at Spice Lounge this evening.The food was absolutely delicious especially the mix grill , chicken biryani and the service was top notch. Waseem was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. He could not do enough. Every customer was looked after by Waseem. We had travelled quite a distance to try the food. Waseems welcoming was very professional. Amazing Amazing Amazing 💯💯💯. Definitely recommend.

Great service and ordered the special lamb curry dish which was piping hot, tasty and priced very reasonably with a good portion.

Went for chicken baryani portion was too much for a single person. And they offer fresh orange juice as well. Bryani was too delicious went there for 2,3 times now planing to go again this weekend. Overall its a good bryani to satisfy your cravings. Recommended from my side

Hello people, I come into spice lounge today for the biryani as I love the level of spices. It is so tasty and full of spices and has an amazing taste. Today I thought I would try something different so I was suggested by staff to have a peak at their new special offer menu. wow they have many new offers and very affordable prices. They flavour and food is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place to all you people/foodies. You will not be disappointed. They ambience is great and the customer service was brilliant. It's very neat and clean and specially food is fresh i really like the food 😋Ordered Saag Paneer and Peshawari Naan. It was very very tasty and big portion. More than enough for a person. Salad was served complimentary. I was looked after very well by the guy. Highly recommended. I will come back again with friends next to try other dishes. Keep it up!

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here this evening. We ordered a large mixed grill, lamb karahi, chicken biryani and some samosas. Everything seemed fresh and flavorful apart from the sheekh kebabs which were overly spiced. Nice friendly and polite service so will visit again. Didn’t take any pictures as totally forgot

Ordered a Chicken karahi, Lamb, karahi, chips and a large mix grill Mix grill contained the following items, 2 fish pieces, half tandoori chicken, 3 lamb chops, 4 chicken wings, 8 chicken tikka pieces, 2 meat sheekh kebabs, 2 chicken sheekh kebabs and 2 naan Lamb chops tasted mediocre, lamb sheekh kebabs had good taste and flavour to them, but unfortunately the rest of the platter tasted bland and tasteless, after trying each item, was just left on the platter to take back to kitchen The lamb karahi was just about edible but the chicken karahi was definitely not. Ended up leaving the whole karahi as it was far from our liking I can honestly say, haven't been this dissapointed for ages, we basically left the place still hungry Remember like I always say everyones taste buds differ and opinions are different but this is just my honest opinion, well all of us who dined their that day, we all have different palates and tastes, so for all to agree is definitely saying something about this place... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

Authentic Indian curry… amazing flavour, even better price…. 10/10…. It’s a place that you can get a meal for one and it won’t cost you £20 like most takeaways nowadays .. Plus it’s on par with all the top places.. chutney express, lime pickle ect Very impressed but also scared because I know my Indian intake will drastically increase now with these prices!

The prices is surprisingly cheap and the quantity is more than enough for 1 person. The service is quite good too. However, the food is too bland and did not give the proper biriyani experience. The chicken Tikka was too dry as well and fish pakora was not fresh. If your on a budget and hope to eat biriyani, this is the place to visit.
