Disorganised mess served cold food. Get told to come and collect at a time to then have to wait 30 minutes for your food for it then be told oh sorry it's been ready 10 mins and now half of it is cold. Wasn't even a big order. Won't be using again.

They tell you 40 minutes then they deliver at in 2 hours

the dunplings were bit burned, 3 out of 4 chow mein dish was tastless and waited for the food more than 1.5hrs from the time we ordered. delivery time slot should've been between 21:35-50 and it arrived around 22:30. called the restaurant to get information on our order and they said it's on the way already,after 15 minutes still nothing so I called again them to find out food just left not long before my second call. after all just not a pleasent experience,definitely won't order again

Moved to Rugby a few weeks ago from Birmingham and this is our local Chinese Takeaway. Fantastic! Food is always fresh and hot. Portions are generous and staff are friendly. Prawn toast is the best I’ve had in the UK! Frequenting the Chinese quarter in Brum, this take away is a GEM! Love it, love it, love it!

After ordering and food being late the last time we ordered from her we still thought we would order from here as generally food is good. This time we waited over two and a half hours for food to turn up and when it finally arrived it was cold. Won’t be using them again.

Ordered at 7pm, given delivery time of 8.05pm updated time of 8.20pm food arrived at 9.25pm

This has been our go-to Chinese takeaway for the last 5 years and it's consistently good. Delivery is usually prompt, the food is excellent and the portion sizes are generous. Prices are reasonable too.

Ordered delivery and got a waiting time of 50 mins. But no updates after 1 hour . When i tried calling they told you need to wait another one hour or to come and pick the food or else to cancel

Ordered a Chinese and 1 and half hours later we followed up with a call as it had not been delivered?- understanding it’s a Friday night (and told 45 mins) so gave time. They told my Mrs it was out for delivery- 15 mins later I called and they had not even started my order? I get it’s Friday and busy - but tell people it’s going to be 1.5-2 hours so we can decide if we want to wait - not let us miss an evening of eating? So pretty upset with the experience- especially when the person on the phone seemed flippant about cancelling it? As not even started cooking? Will avoid from now on. And word of advice- tell people what time food should be delivered on ordering?

Food good. Although tried something new I wasn't overwhelmed by it. Shop looked clean. Food was hot.

Always efficient delivery times and food is always spot on. Salt and chilli chips are to die for.

Horrible food. I ordered some Korean style chicken which did not even come with the sweet and spicy sauce as advertised. I received chicken bits that tasted like regular frozen chicken nuggets and the food was cold. I called the place and I did not get an apology for the incorrect order. furthermore I asked for a refund or a new replacement order in return but instead was told I could not get anything except a packet of sauce. By the time the food was cold and I had lost my appetite. The crispy beef had 99npercent batter and 1 percent beef, it felt like I was eating literal fried greasy crisps and thefried egg was soggy. HORRIBLE experience, will never order there again. Too pricey too.

We always have a good take away from here. Food is ready quickly. I like that we can see into the kitchen. Staff are friendly although always buzy.

Quite possibly the worst chinese food I've ever eaten ( well binned most of it) i cant even be bothered to waste my time and go into detail but all I'll say is never again.

Tonight we ordered the flaming crunchy chicken, crispy chicken katsu curry bento boxes and the japanese prawn dumplings. Firstly, I agree with others on social media the bento boxes are AMAZING and the dunplings were well made but my favourite part of tonight's meal was actually the flaming crunchy chicken! It's battered chicken in a slightly hot but sweet satay sauce. It's sweeter than your average satay but that appealed to my sweet tooth and the butty flavour really cones through. There's plenty of the sauce and thick pieces of chicken too. The guy serving us was also really lovely and chatty and recommended a few dishes to us which I will be trying next time I come here! 10/10, would recommend.

Daughter recommended trying this Chinese, due tobthe fact they did Special meal box: Crispy Chicken JapaneseKatsu Curry Bento Box . Was not disappointed, super super tastey, basically you get a large Katsu curry sauce, and the nicely laid out crispy chicken on salad on one side, and plain rice in the other side with fried egg and two small sausages, may sound a bit of a strange mix, but very tastey when you tip the curry over the box, with just enough curry sauce left to dip your food in. All this for only£8.80 . Definitely recommend checking it out. Real Chinese street food vide.

Took 2 hours to receive delivery of food today when it should be 50 mins according to Just Eat! I phoned an hour after ordering and was informed that food was on the way (13 mins away). I phoned again after 40 minutes the food still had not arrived. When I tried to ask for a refund the food was delivered and we were instructed to return the food with the driver!!!!!.. the driver didn't take it and left it at the door. There was no apology and no customer service with the person on the phone. It was ridiculous!!!

Used this place a few times now, the delivery from just eat is always on time and hot. I like the chicken sweetcorn soup. Last night this was substituted with chicken noodle and it was not very good. I'd rather of not had any soup at all.

Excellent food which is always so fresh. I love the vegan options very much. Staff are very polite & friendly always helpful. The best Chinese food for miles & they are always on time when they deliver our food. My family & I wouldn’t eat Chinese food from anywhere else as this is such nice quality & the prices are fair. Been waiting 2hrs for our order , still not received :(

Got the order wrong but fixed it quickly. Food was delicious.

We decided to try this place because of the excellent reviews. Are we missing something? The food was very bland. We had to dump salt on everything to give it some flavour. The chicken fried rice was particularly tasteless. Even dousing it in curry sauce didn't really help. I collected the food, so it was still hot, but it was just so meh. There are way better Chinese takeaways out there. And after eating we realised it only had a 3 out of 5 hygiene rating. Never again, and you people that gave it 5 stars are missing out on great food if you think this is as good as it gets.

Giving 1 star because of the delivery times i wish i had read other people's reviews beforehand i would have chosen another takeaway elsewhere we ordered at 6.30 for the food to arrive at 9.15 i mean the food is ok but not worth that wait we called up and all we got was we are busy will be with you 10 minutes (hour later it arrived after the phone call) will not be using them again ruined our Saturday night and we had to keep my son up to wait for the food because he was eating with us if you cant keep to the delivery times given to your customers then stop offering that service and stop taking delivery orders

Most of the food so far was great but very disappointed at my king prawn chow main today. What I received did not have the prawns but actually some sort of a fishy blend which didn't even taste like a prawn, awful and overpriced for what it was.

We order in the phone to collect, collection is fast. You can see the cooking from the customer side. We love the taste of the food here. Flavours are good. Portion sizes are good. Protein amounts are good. Staff are all nice and we felt welcomed. Defo our local takeaway of choice. Well done guys.

Terrible. Ordered food for delivery. It took nearl3 hours for it yo arrive. Will NOT be using the place again

Absolute poor service. We called after we have not received the food 30 minutes after promised delivery time, which was 70 minutes after we order it. Just to be told it will take anither 45 minutes. That makes it more than 2 hours waiting for a take away. Don't offer a service you can't deliver. Will not use again.

Very disappointed, kept on hold on the phone for 10 mins, so hung up and went in person. Complained when I got there and received a shrug of the shoulders. Placed my order which seemed cheap so queried it and she had taken it down wrong. Waited over 40 minutes in there with no apology for the wait. Got home and my chicken and prawn chow Maine had 1 prawn in it. Not going back. They have lost our custom.

One of the worst over prices takeaways in rugby im afraid people. Beef in black bean was really chewy more batter than chicken in in the chicken ball chips were soggy and the price was a rip off. We thought we would try somewhere new and regretted it straight away. Never going there again!!!

Had quite a few Chinese takeaways from here and they have been ok.. but last mites was not very good when we got it home which is just a minute away it was luke warm not very good for £30 of food prawn curry was sloppy too very runny. Ribs cold....bet u dont get a refund either

Disgusting service! Bad first time meal and was promised a refund Sunday night, they had me waiting up til late and didn't show, food was hardly touched so I have a bag full sitting there cos he said he'd come back for it. It's now Wednesday and last night he had me waiting again as he said he will bring my money but didn't come again. Not professional business at all. Appalling.
